• Barcelay (5/5): La vista y el jacuzzi excelente - La vista maravillosa Para mí mala suerte estaba lloviendo, y se mojaba más adentro que afuera , el agua caliente de la ducha limitada , paredes en mal estado demasiada humedad, sillas rotas y deterioradas, un cable de electricidad suelto en el baño, el internet pésimo , las fotos del booking nada que ver con la realidad

• Sergey (10/5): I especially enjoyed dinner with a glass of champagne while lying in the jacuzzi overlooking the Acropolis. - Everything was great. Large terrace. It's hard to find a free parking space on the street.

• Francis (10/5): Great apartment. - Great apartment. Great kitchen facilities. Great balcony. Great view. The instructions said it was 6th floor. It is 5th floor. There is no marking on the lift to indicate the 5th floor. Only three floors are indicated with a number in the lift. When you realise you are on the wrong floor you must guess which floor the apartment is on. Lift your luggage again and go downstairs. There are two apartments on the 5th floor. Neither has a number. We arrived at midnight and did not want to disturb residents. The landlord must realise this, surely ?
• Josef (10/5): Exceptional - Small Studio in a quiet neighborhood in Kypseli with lovely terrace and amazing view of the Acropolis. Perfect for spring and autumn with big windows to the south. Very comfortable bed; it has every convenience for a short stay. 10 minutes to the Bus Station (Skyrou), the nrs 2 and 4 take you to the main attractions. We stayed for 3 nights and recommend it.

• Xavier (10/5): Perfect for couples - Amazing location in Kypseli, everything you could need is within a short walk and the views from the balcony were some of the best I've ever seen. Owner was very helpful and polite and quick to respond when i had an issue with the balcony doors! Overall i cant think of anything to complain about! Also if youre staying make sure to head down to Fokionos as its only a few minutes away 😁 Nothing!

• Antonia (10/5): Amazing stay - Great view from the balcony, nice design and a good price for what you get! I would come back anytime. Keep in mind this beautiful view means also walking on steep streets/climing stairs but it’s all worth it. Just some minor things such as: no hangers for the towels, no flat iron, the bed was a little squeky, but nothing major.
• Svilen (9/5): Great value for money - The property is cozy and easy to find/enter. It had a great balcony too. The location itself can be a bit too much when you’ve walked around by foot all day as the streets around the area in Kipseli are very steep.
• Michal (9/5): Comfy and quiet apartment with beautiful views - The view is amazing! The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet. Definitely better than many other places in Athens. The beds were comfy. The terrace is spacious and it's very nice to spend time outside with the beautiful views of the Acropolis and the city. The bathroom was clean and there was always plenty of hot water. It's really best suited for two people. We traveled in a group of three, but the third bed is only a fold-out cot. The cot-sleeper didn't complain much though. It's a bit further away from any metro station. You can take a bus that takes you super close to the apartment, but the busses are often crowded. Walking to the centre is an option, but it takes a while. The bath outside is dirty and it seems it's barely ever used.

• Nikola (10/5): Exceptional - Huge balcony with the view is amazing. Functional jacuzzi adds strongly to the experience. Nice comfortable place with enough space for two. Perfect hideout for the romantic couples. Not many things. Nothing is perfect, lack of a few kitchen utensils here and there and the difficulty of finding a parking spot sometimes... But hey, you are in Athens, eventually you manage to park. All of this is just a nitpicking and definitely nothing to spoil amazing vacation and great memorable times.
• Prince (5/5): It's a small space with a grand terrace and panoramic vistas - The large terrace and incredible vistas I disliked everything else including the one out-of-the-way location. Not suitable for pet walkers nor persons with disabilities. A car is essential! It's not suitable for cooking. It has 1 électrique top with limited cooking essentials. I departed after 2 days. Moreover, there is no washer nor a nearby facility.
• Katharina (10/5): Best Apartment Ever - The location was incredible, you have the best view over Athens and the Acropolis. Its only 30min walking into center but you pass beautiful little streets on your way. The apartment has a whirlpool right on the balcony which is huge and youre the sun shines right into the huge windows of the apartment. Lovely to wake up to. The only thing we didnt like were the stairs you had to climb when getting back from the city :)

• Alexandros (10/5): Worth every penny. - The view was amazing. Even on a rainy night I could enjoy the lightning and the rain splashing on the panoramic window. In the apartment there was everything I needed, bathroom supplies, kitchenware. Really quiet location and the host super helpful and friendly. Will visit again for sure if the occasion arises without second thought. There was nothing that I disliked.
• Bertrand (10/5): Exceptional - A very nice studio with a fantastic view on Athens, the Saronic Gulf and the noth of Peloponnese! The neighbourhood is both lively, with a lot of good restaurants and cafés within walking distance, and quiet with little traffic close to the apartment. The landowner is very helpful and reactive if you need anything. The nearest metro station is at 25 minutes walk but you can find buses. High stairs to access the building from the surrounding streets because it's built on the slopes of a hill. Not really a problem if you are in good shape and that's why the view is so great!

• Sandra (9/5): Superb - Beautiful view from the terrace. All necessary items needed for the stay. Could of provided more coffee capsules, as we were 2 people staying for 2 days. Not very comfortable to get to the city centre on public transport. Taxi costs between €10- €15 each way.
• Lelde (9/5): Worth the money. :) - Place is amazing, with all that you need. View is amazing and I suggest to experience nice, relaxatuig in jacuzzi. Location seemed a little bit sketchy, but maybe it was just in our imagination.

• Dorota (2/5): Very poor - The only thing I liked about the apartment was the large terrace and Jacuzzi. Although the Acropolis was visible very poorly from the terrace. The apartment is located in a very unpleasant neighborhood.Especially when you travel with children. Every day you have to climb a huge staircase to enter the apartment. In the description of the apartment there are two beds.One double and the other single. Unfortunately the single turned out to be a small folding bed .
• Bon (10/5): A Metropolis in a Tea cup - The fabulous view is almost a trope among those that have been fortunate enough to have enjoyed it (bar for one review written in Romanian of someone who found the hustle and bustle of Athens a real chalenge - not least for their driving skills🤭 The excellent host, Vasilis, would guides his Athens visitors with the best available advice 👍 Last but not least, the location is top notch, as is the apartment's value for money. Err... have to think hard on this one🤔 I guess it has to be the length of my stay. Next time, I'll know better 😌
