Quelli che ho visto io tutti al pianterreno, dotati ognuno del proprio ingresso privato, posti auto, numerati per ciascun appartamento e dentro residence. il mio appartamento ( contenuto nelle dimensioni, ma più che sufficiente per me che viaggiavo da solo) era dotato dei comfort indispensabili. La lavanderia e il punto stiro sono esterni all'appartamento e in comune con gli altri ma perfettamente funzionali ed efficienti e anche molto economici. Io ho soggiornato per motivi di lavoro, ma ho potuto comunque apprezzare la vicinanza del mare a pochi minuti a piedi giusto in fondo alla via. Da climatizzazione è centralizzata e quindi potrebbe non corrispondere agli orari in cui ne hai più bisogno. comunque valida e sufficiente

Charles (8/5): Two bedroom, well-equipped apartment with nice facilities within walking distance to the ocean. - Parking was free and right on the gated property and very convenient. The 2 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 4: husband, wife, 14 year old, 12 year old. The kitchen and dining room worked for our family of 4. We easily laundered our clothing. We were able to purchase coffee, soft drinks and snacks from vending machines on the property. There were bikes that we could borrow for free to ride on the community- to the beach. The beach was an easy, 10 minute walk away. We walked to the bar Toma la Luna. The kitchen was equipped with all necessary amenities, including a toaster and microwave. The AC worker very well and we cooled off quickly on the very hot summer day. The property was very clean. When we arrived we met the host right away and she gave us thorough tour of the facility. The mattresses on the beds were very hard. We could not control.the temperature of the AC units. Therefore it became VERY cold after sleeping for about 4 hours. The shower was VERY small.
