- Guy (10/5): I couldn't have found a better place for this short stay - will definitely stay there again! - This place is amazing - for a start, the WiFi had a speed of over 500mbps... What more could you want? Overall, the place was in a fantastic location - right where you want to be for a short stay. It was clean, and had all the bits you might need. The host if very thoughtful, even leaving some laundry detergent in a cup in case I needed to use the washer and dryer. The place had great natural light during the day. There's some long term construction going on across the road, which wasn't really a problem at all, but when it's done it'll help with the view out the window a bit.

He scanned the papers that my mother forgot. Some minor problem with the apt, we tell the host. Hope that it will be solve. Very good location.

- Nicholas (8/5): Great location, comfortable and easy check-in/out, very helpful staff who suggested places to go! - Hadi, does a great job running the rental units. He gave us a choice of several units based on proximity to some construction and personal preference. Though there was construction during our whole trip and likely will be for quite some time, the noise wasn't bad and they finished early in the evening so noise didn't bother us. The lighting they had up for the walk way kept the unit a bit brighter than we prefer for sleep but there are nice curtains on all the windows to keep most of the light out. There are pots (stainless), pans (non-stick), plates and utensils, as well as washer, dryer and a dish washer. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms with a massive kitchen/living room area in our unit. Best of all (for anyone looking to be in the middle of Old Town action) is the location. We were able to walk out the door and be about 50m from the main walking street. Within a 20 minute walk of pretty much any sight seeing location and lots of restaurants and shops all around. Very clean area even with the construction site across the alleyway. We don't use non-stick pans so for personal preference, we would have liked to know what there would be for cooking. Some of the heat registers made quite a bit of noise (likely air in the system). I was able to just turn the temperature on them down and they eventually stopped, this happened at night when the outside temperatures dropped so it did mess with sleep for a couple of nights.

Her sabah 6da uyandık inşaat sesinden. Dört gün boyunca uykusuzlukla mücadele ettik. Dairenin sokağı bile kapalıyd inşaattan. Tesisin sahipleri attığımız mesajlara cevap vermedi. Kahve makinesi bozuktu defalarca söyledik.

Необходимо добавить полотенца для лица. Желательно и для ног. Так как были полотенца только для вытирания тела. Т.е. 1 полотенце на человека. В ванной не хватает крючков для лицевого полотенца у раковины и полотенца для вытирания в душевой либо рядом с ним. Базовые продукты, такие как соль, перец, возможно сахар.

- Roberta (10/5): Next time we visit Munich, we’d like to stay here again. - Even though we were later than expected our host gave us a very warm welcome and very accommodating. It was hot outside but they had it nice and cool inside with the air conditioning running. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The showers were nice. Beds were comfortable. There was a very clean washing machine and dryer in the apartment as well. The location is perfect. I felt so smart for staying here. We would love to stay here again next time we visit Munich. The kids even asked me to say something extra nice about our stay because they liked it so much. Our host did a great job!

Вы в центре всех событий, всё в шаговой доступности и при этом очень тихо в квартире! Владелец всегда был на связи, передал ключи при личной встрече и был очень доброжелательным! Квартира идеально чистая, очень уютная и тёплая! Большой красивый, светлый и безупречно чистый ковёр на полу, большой телевизор с Netflix , удобная кровать, просторная ванная комната, в которой очень приятно пахнет, отличный душ, туалет с гигиеническим душем, стиральная машина и много порошка для неё! Если вы любите много готовить, то имейте ввиду, что здесь мини кухня и мало всего для готовки, но нам этого было достаточно. Есть кофемашина и капсулы к ней. Две банки пива, как приветствие! В доме есть лифт. Всё было прекрасно, мы бы с удовольствием вернулись сюда!

In cucina erano presenti tutti gli elettrodomestici. TV con Netflix per cui i ragazzi sono riusciti a vedere dei filmetti di sera. Essendo inverno abbiamo sfruttato molto la casa anche per delle pause e la posizione era top. La cucina poco accessoriata per cucinare e fare una cena di famiglia, non tanto per scaldare cose già pronte. Le stoviglie erano contate per 4 persone.

Trevlig och serviceinriktad uthyrare som mötte upp och hjälpte till med väskor. Väldigt uppskattat. Det hade varit lätta poäng om lägenheten varit uppvärmd innan vi kom (höll ca 14 grader) och om det fanns glas och porslin så det räckte till alla.

The apartment was spacious and had the bonus of a washing machine and drying rack. the bed was comfortable. It is about a 10 minute walk from the train station. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and in the underground subway system there was a spray attached to the bathroom sink faucet that i think was for the bidet that was broken. That was a gross. i just put the nozzle on the floor

Owner was very fast and helpful in communicating, one minor issue resolved swiftly. It was furnished fairly simply which made the very large space seem a little ‘utilitarian’. Ongoing building work outside obscured windows.

Restaurant below our apartment was a gathering spot for smokers so it was a bit noisy at times and the smoke wafts into the property.

- Michele (4/5): - First of all Hadi was lovely. His communication was excellent, he helped with or questions and immediately fixed the toilet when there was an issue. The location was great ( though it does face a major construction site). And the property was very clean. There was a big "ick" factor that there were hoses attached to the bathroom sink that I think were to make up for the broken bidet feature of the toilets. Brushing teeth right next to this was a huge ick. The kitchen was a sparse, sloppy mish mash of dishes. 4 mismatched dinner plates, a few mismatched water glasses etc. And the showers had a shower curtain and you had to keep the shower products on the floor.

- Marie (10/5): Best choice in Munich. - Best Location, a new apartment and very clean. It was very helpful the availability of washer and dryer. The administrador was very responsive and give us recomendations of restaurants, supermarket, etc. I recommend Al Nafurah Apartments as an excellent choice in Munich and also no more than 12 minutes walking from the train station. Nothing, I like everything.

The apartment is roomy and clean and was exactly as pictured. The self checkin was a breeze. The location is near all major tourist attractions and we were able to walk to most of them. Everything was perfect

- ZACHARY (10/5): Plenty of space in a perfect location! - This apartment was SO close to the city center - the location could not have been more convenient. My spouse and I were traveling with her sister and it was more than enough space for the three of us. It was so nice to have a clean and spacious apartment to relax in at the end of the day! We would absolutely stay here again.

- Christine (9/5): Spacious, clean apartment in a convenient location - The apartment was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Having a washing machine, dryer and washing powder available was a bonus. The apartment location was great and it was nice and quiet.

- Ioannis (10/5): When I visit Munich again I will stay here again! - It was a pleasant stay. The apartment was very clean and the location is great. It is a safe neighbourhood in the center of Munich. WiFi was perfect, the house was soundproof and heatproof. The host was polite and very helpful. Everything you need (transport nightlife and shops) is at a walking distance. I will definitely stay here again when I will visit Munich in the future. Thank you for your hospitality! There is nothing to dislike.
