• Laurens (7/5): Great place to stay. - Spacious room and shower. Bed is nice. The staff is friendly and really try to make you have a great time. Breakfast is good. The pool is a nice extra. Although they were renovating, they tried to not bother you during your stay. Please be aware: there are some friendly animals (dogs, cats, donkeys) who will greet you and ask for petting. We loved it! The room is pretty damp. We stayed for two nights and our clothes were a bit moist and smelly after our stay. The shower cabin was leaking a bit at the bottom, but I am sure they will fix this. The communication through booking could be better (did not receive any answers on my questions until I got to the accomodation).

• Martin (10/5): Es war atemberaubend schön und herzlich - Die Lage ist grandios, leicht erhöht mit rundum fantastischer Aussicht, mitten in der prächtigsten Natur Siziliens. In unserer Suite mit Meerblick. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Belegschaft ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gastfreundschaft mit grossem Herzen. Als wir ankamen, war ein Grossteil der Belegschaft am bauen. Aber das fiel überhaupt nicht negativ ins Gewicht. Im Gegenteil: wir waren positiv beeindruckt, wie beherzt alle Mitarbeiter hier für die ganze Liegenschaft mit all ihren anstehenden Arbeiten zur Sache geht. Und wenn alle Bauarbeiten hier beendet sind, ist nicht auszudenken, wie schön es dann sein wird!!

• Sanne (9/5): Bijzondere historische hoeve op een heuvel - Bijzondere oude hoeve op een heuvel met een gastvrij team. We waren de enigen die in de accommodatie dineerden, en er werd speciaal voor ons gekookt door de hartelijke beheerder. ‘s Ochtends toen we naar buiten liepen, werden we begroet door een ezel. Het ontbijt was uitbundig en heel lekker. Het was een bijzonder en leuk verblijf! -

Das altertümliche Gebäude wurde sehr gelungen modernisiert und verbindet historischen Charme mit zeitgemäßem Komfort. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das liebevoll zubereitete Frühstück und Abendessen – ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Genießen. Kleiner Minuspunkt: Bett könnte etwas bequemer sein🥴
• Salvatore (5/5): - Sporca, piena di zanzare che non ci hanno fatto dormire tutta la notte, nessuna zanzariera alle finestre, ci è stato consigliato di non aprirle, consiglio seguito a malincuore per evitare il problema, ma è stato inutile la stanza era infestata. Che poi chi sceglie di passerei una notte immerso nel verde la finestra la vorrebbe poter aprire nelle sere di agosto... Esperienza surreale. Sicuramente tra le peggiori mai avute tra le tante vissute.
• Antonella (10/5): Soggiorno breve ma molto gradevole e rilassante. - Struttura immersa nel verde con camera ben ristrutturata, dotata di ogni confort, letti comodi. Ogni camera è indipendente perché si affaccia su un cortile arredato. La sala da pranzo e la camera sono arredate con mobili d'epoca. La colazione è stata abbondante. Abbiamo cenato con cibo ben cucinato. Il personale è stato molto gentile. Ci ritorneremo volentieri per trascorrere più giorni.

• Katrin (8/5): - Wahnsinnig freundlicher Angestellter, der gut Englisch sprach und wirklich alles gegeben hat um es für alle möglichst schön zu machen, suuuper tolles Essen, freundliche Hunde und eine nette entspannte Atmosphäre fernab vom Trubel Alles wirkt etwas verfallen und ungepflegt, die Zimmer sind renoviert, trotzdem tropft braunes Wasser aus dem Siphon und das Gelände wirkt etwas verwahrlost, der Pool wirkt wirklich gar nicht einladend Ich würde die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen für Leute die Ruhe und Entspannung und sehr leckeres Essen suchen, nicht aber wer schick am Pool liegen möchte

Temperature fresche grazie alla posizione in altura, zanzariere efficienti. Bagno nuovo e moderno. Piscina in tela cerata da sostituire con una vera piscina in muratura. Cuscini un po' troppo sottili. Arrivando dall'autostrada Palermo-Messina, GMaps costringe a un'inutile e laboriosa deviazione lungo la mulattiera dell'abbazia, perché interpreta come un'infrazione la svolta a sinistra attraversando la corsia opposta della SS286; il problema si risolve impostando le coordinate GPS 37.97915080472484, 14.099452702045252 come destinazione.

En dat voor 20 euro pp incl. huiswijn. Personeel was erg vriendelijk. Google maps stuurt je naar een vreselijke hobbelige omweg, die afslag dus niet nemen, 2 min. door/verder rijden, dan pas de afslag nemen.

The property is beautifully set in the middle of a natural park, with stunning views of mountains and fields. The farmhouse has a charming rustic feel, complete with its own chapel, yet everything is spotless and the beds are super comfy. The on-site chef prepared the most incredible meals — truly unforgettable! A special shoutout to Dana, whose Aperol Spritzes were fantastic and who was always helpful and welcoming, and to Lucia, the site manager, who made us laugh and feel right at home. Perfect for families too, with a lovely pool and lots of space for kids to run around. Highly recommended! It is tucked away and the roads going up are a bit steep ( but then again it is part of the beautiful setting)

The food was great! - Tenuta Luogo Marchese is well located between the medieval town of Castelbuono and the famous see side town of Cefalu. A very quiet place hidden in the hills. Lucia and Archimedes took a great care of us. We have tried several restaurants in the area, but the dinners served at this agriturismo were absolutely fantastic! The chef is a cooking genius cooking with his heart. Be ready for full four course menu dinner, he cannot do any smaller, I think :-) Local wine served with the dinner could easily take a contest in a wine competition. All was good for our short stay. For a longer one, I'd perhaps like to have a room with a little refrigerator and a small coffee maker.

In nessuna parte del mondo visitato, comprese savane, giungle e deserti non ci era mai capitato che le camere non avessero in dotazione la TV, il frigorifero e il phone per capelli; è pur vero che una veloce verifica sulla scheda indica effettivamente l'assenza delle voci, ma è comunque inspiegabile il motivo di 'rendere la permanenza tranquilla'. Purtroppo la scelta da web delle strutture da per scontata la presenza di quei servizi reputati per noi di base e quindi non ne abbiamo rilevato facilmente l'assenza se non in loco; si consiglia di indicare espressamente la loro assenza.

Für Januar Nachttemperatur nicht gerüstet, zügig, nicht gedämmt, ( k)alte Steinwände, im Bad funktioniert die Heizung gar nicht. Daher ungemütlich kalt. Damit stimmt das PreisLeistungsVerhältnis vielleicht im Sommer, im Winter nicht. Zudem ist manches defekt, wie Szromverteiler oder Klobrille.

Nice view on mountains right from bed, gorgeus view. Pool is also nice for day off from sea. Didnt try lunch/dinner, breakfast is not enorm, but for two nights stay it was nice. If you will go there from north sea shore, recheck navigation map, its possible to just go there with drive over road, its not needed to go around with long not good quality road.

Luciano e la ragazza delle pulizie che provavano a fare del loro meglio sempre gentili ma purtroppo la struttura é gestita male dall'amministrazione. Occorrerebbe piú correttezza nell'assegnazione delle camere, piu personle per la pulizia e il decoro delle aree comuni e di ristoro e qualcuno che si occupa dell'accoglienza in loco. Cura del cliente 0. Niente!! Sconsigliatissimo!! All'arrivo sono rimasta scioccata. Posto sciatto e abbandonato. Su un tavolo all ingresso della tenuta un piattino con del prosciutto per attirare le vespe, un cane (poverino) molto maleodorante perché con la leishmaniosi. Non c'era la signora che si occupa delle prenotazioni.. L'ho sentita solo a telefono perché mi é stata data una camera diversa da quella prenotata e cosi é successo anche a 2 ragazzi che avevano prenotato direttamente con loro. Ho segnalato la situazione a Booking ma la struttura voleva offrirmi un tagliere di salumi per rimborsarmi 😅. Peccato che la struttura é trasandata, piena di vespe e mosche ed é sporca quindi non abbiamo nemmeno mai mangiato al ristorante. Struttura lasciata a se stessa con solo 2 persone che se ne occupano e che non riescono (non per colpa loro) a stare dietro a tutto. Non é prevista la pulizia delle camere a meno che non chiediate un 'ripasso' che consiste solo nel cambio asciugamani. In un area del ristorante c'e puzza di muffa mentre nell area colazione é invasa da vespe e mosche. Una vera delusione. Cornetti confezionati del supermetcato a colazione, ci siamo fatti una scorpacciata di quelli perché imbustati. Mi fermo qui parleranno le foto per me. Peccato che ne posso mettere solo 4. Credo che mettere nelle mani di certa gente strutture con un cosi alto potenziale sia un danno per la Sicilia.. Le foto comunque non rispecchiano la veridicità dello stato della struttura. Non sono solita a lasciare recenzioni del genere anzi mai accaduto ma é giusto che le persone non cadono nel mio stesso problema visto che il costo della struttura non é basso.
• Tom (8/5): Traumlage - und trotzdem nah an den schnellen Verkehrswegen - ideal für Pferdeliebhaber! - Die Lage des Anwesens ist ein Traum - der Pool ist zwar nicht groß, aber in Kombination mit dem Ausblick - ein Traum (Sicht bis zum Meer) - beim Agritourismo muss man damit rechnen, dass ein Pferd mit Nachwuchs über die Terrasse hoppelt - einfach schön. Unser Zimmer war „einfach“ - Bett, Schrank, Kasten … das wars .. ; super ist die Lage auch im Hinblick auf die Infrastruktur - man ist in 10 Minuten auf der Schnellstraße und in Richtung Palermo, Cefalu und Messina mobil - das war uns wichtig. Die Verständigung ist fast nur mit italienisch möglich (klar, wir sind in Italien, aber ein paar Brocken Englisch in einem Tourismus-Betrieb.. wären nicht schlecht). Englisch nur ganz wenig. Das Frühstück gibt es sehr früh und nicht lange .. nur bis 9.00 Uhr… das Buffett wurde nicht aufgefüllt… wenn Du nicht rechtzeitig da bist, könnte es schwierig werden. Wir haben nochmal „Brot“ bekommen, aber irgendwie hatte man schon den Eindruck, dass es nicht recht war - um 9.00 Uhr. Kaffee für „draußen“ gibt es in einem Plastikbecher mit Porzellan-Untertasse … weil man „draußen“ auf der Terrasse ist … na ja, das Plastik kennt man ja in Italien. Das Bad war ordentlich ausgestattet, nur Warmwasser war morgens nicht zu bekommen … wahrscheinlich Solar-gewärmt erst gegen Mittag erhältlich… tut mir leid, aber so war es. Am Abend hätten wir uns in der Dusche fast verbrüht … es war leider genau so bei uns.

• Ciaramitaro (8/5): Grande potenziale. Da migliorare il servizio e la manutenzione dei locali/spazi. - Ottima posizione e bel panorama. Camere spaziose e letti comodi. Immersi nella natura! Giochi di società a disposizione dei clienti. Cucina ottima. La struttura è un po' strascurata. Nelle camere non vi è frigo, all'esterno non vi sono stendibiancheria per costumi e teli. Il bar e il ristorante al nostro arrivo erano ispiegabilmente chiusi per quel giorno.
• Fallico (5/5): Signori, che materasso! - Il materasso....non ho mai dormito così bene...il bagno molto bello e particolare. Colazione mediterranea molto buona e variegata La struttura sembra un po' abbandonata a sé stessa..la piscina non è all'altezza della location (infatti non ne abbiamo usufruito per niente)
• Francesca (8/5): - L'aria fresca e il panorama sono già un buon motivo per andare, la piccola piscina ha fatto tanto divertire la bambina e rilassare mamma e papà. Il momento della colazione è apparso un po' caotico e disordinato, ma niente di irrimediabile. Google Maps indica un percorso lungo e tortuoso per raggiungere la Tenuta ma è molto più semplice di quanto sembri, una segnaletica all'uscita dall'autostrada potrebbe aiutare i visitatori a trovarla più facilmente
