• Christina (10/5): A wonderful stay! - This was such a great place, it was comfortable, great location and when I had questions prior and during my stay I was answered quickly. I would definitely recommend this place for solo travelers/couples. An easy book again stay for me.

It was perfect for my partner and I with our two little puppies. It was close to everything as well which was a plus! The privacy fence was great to take the doggies out. I especially thought it was so kind that they had things we could use as in toothbrushes, toothpaste. Laundry pods, water in the fridge. They're very thoughtful people that go above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable! N/a

• Prodinger R. (10/5): - Es war sehr gemütlich und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es würde sogar ein Glätteisen und ein Lockenstab zur Verfügung gestellt. Desweitere konnten wir etwas waschen, da eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner vor Ort war. Hat alles super gepasst!

• DALE (10/5): Top stay in St Petersburg, Fl - Clean, compact and cool - everything you needed as a couple for a weeks holiday in the St Petersburg area - the host Jodie was simply outstanding & we liked the access to the washer/dryer to do our laundry before returning home - thank you Nothing - but you must realise that the 'chalet' style accommodation, which is exactly as shown in the photographs may not suit everyone
• Anna (10/5): Cute casita with special touches in a great location! - Location was 10/10, beautiful historic Kenwood & walkable to Central Ave. The casita was outfitted with everything we could need for our stay. It was private, safe & comfortable. The hosts clearly have put a lot of thought & effort into making Palm Paradise a welcoming stay! They were also helpful with some unique needs we had while on vacation. Perfect for us & our dog. The A/C unit was a bit loud.

• April (8/5): Very good - Decorated cute, private and quiet! Provided everything needed! Plastic waterproof mattress cover made sleeping hot and less comfy, AC barely enough to keep entire area cool. Humidifier kept filling up quickly and would make the alarm go off in middle of night. Very heavy to empty

• Barb (10/5): Great weekend getaway! - Palm paradise is just as it looks in the pictures. Very cute, comfy & clean. Host provided some very thoughtful touches. A few snack, coffee & cream as well as some personal items in case you have forgotten something. Would definitely stay again when in St. Pete.

• Steven (10/5): Quiet refuge in a busy, noisy city - Great location to see St Pete and the beaches. Especially great because a quiet house on a very quiet street in an otherwise busy, noisy city. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating.

Great stay, but wasn’t that great of a value, probably will not stay in this neighborhood again! 👍💯👍 , was really shocked and surprised the next morning to find what appeared to be bird poo 💩, on my car , after closer inspection seen it was white out, ( right in the keyhole)neighbors across the street ran there leaf blower for approx 30 minutes, covering my car with grit dirt and sand, so yeah I got the message!! 😂😁👍,

• Dean (4/5): did not stay - We went round and round on a very dark street and were unable to find the property, not from the area and did not realize this was a garage that was made into a room, tried to call and did not get through. I am sure it would be an ok place but was not for us.

• Carl (10/5): Exceptional - It was beautiful and very clean! The owner was great. I would recommend anybody To come and enjoy this beautiful experience. I will definitely come back. We came in late, And the air conditioning was not working.(the Owners had no idea.) We had to leave cause it was so hot, We did not want to wake anybody. The owner made everything right the next day. I would definitely recommend staying
• Blance (10/5): Best place to stay EVER!! - This is the second time that I book this property and I will continue booking more and more times. The property is beautiful. Exactly like the pictures. Only 15 min away to the beach. Close to walmart( 2 miles), restaurants, gas station, etc. The property is dog friendly which is amazing. I always take my fur baby with me. Very easy communication with the owners. A shout out to Jodie who is very nice to talk to and very flexible with requests. Thank you so much 😊 Nothing

• Blance (10/5): Amazing place!! - Let me tell you something: This was the best booking/airbnb that I have ever been!! I couldn’t believe how well the owners managed this place. The small details made all the difference. They provided some snacks, cereal bars, Keurig coffee cups, bottles of water… the bathroom had a pretty new tooth brush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash… The kitchen has air fryer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave. The size is perfect for a couple. The place is pet friendly so I could bring my fur baby in and we had an amazing time. We will definitely coming back. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Added Plus: keurig & capsules, laundry machine & detergent supplied. Nothing they can control. Main space is on smaller size (limited hanging & unpacking space) & no off street parking (but on street felt safe & located just outside gate to apartment).
