Felipe Kunz Corrêa (4/5): Proprietária problemática - Bonita a vista da sacada A proprietária é uma pessoa difícil de lidar: exigiu que eu fizesse o check-out às 09:00, mesmo estando claro na reserva que eu teria até às 11:00. Antes disso, às 08:30, já haviam funcionários na minha porta me apressando. Só não chamei a polícia pois estava com minha esposa grávida. Foi uma péssima experiência (Cabe destacar que tudo foi registrado na assistência ao cliente da booking). Além disso, o apartamento carece de itens básico (tal como cadeiras de praia, frigideira...) e possui falhas de manutenção (luz queimada, parafuso solto no ralo do box do banho e abajur com fio desencapado)
