• Claire (2/5): - This apartment has a lovely view, but be warned you need to climb 83 stairs and only some sections are lit. Make sure to mind the cat poo. This apartment has signs to take your trash out to outside the old town gate. Be warned they accept cash only, despite not letting us know this until our last afternoon (our 4th day). There was mould in the bedroom and bathroom. The floor is very squeaky, there is a lot of leftover toiletries that have a little left in and they are left to block the bathroom window opening. There is no TV or microwave which we would expect as standard for the 198 euro per night rate. There was some random leftover foods in the fridge and kitchen, but no water. The washing drying rack left rust marks on our clothes. The WiFi didn't work in the bedrooms which Itana said she's very sorry, but nothing was done about this. There is so little thought and care in this apartment. Only 3 clothes hangers provided between 3 people. The outdoor sitting area overlooks a mess. The towels are mismatched with some ex hotel second hand towels. The ironing board doesnt have a cover. We got a shock on our last afternoon when Itana messaged is to ask us to register and pay cash for our stay. We had not been advised anywhere that we needed to pay cash. Be warned before booking this apartment.
• Daniel (10/5): Very Pleasant Place - Spacious and comfortable, it has nice views of the Old Town. We met Itana at old Town Pub which was great. I didn’t mind, but it is a climb to get there with your luggage.
• Dilan (4/5): Not perfect experience - Tatiana is a really nice person. I really appreciate her kindness. Whenever I need something, she is always helpful and reachable at any time. The location of the house is good– it’s in the old town. The house is also very clean. Even though the location is good, getting to the house via stairs was not a good experience. I never imagined it would be that difficult. The house has visible mold, especially in the master bedroom and bathroom. Although it looks like it was painted over, the mold is still clearly visible. The beds are not comfortable, and they make noise every time you turn, which makes it hard to sleep well. Noise from nearby clubs and bars is bearable, but it’s still worth mentioning for those who are sensitive to sound. In the bathroom, there were many shampoo and shower gel bottles, but all of them were already open and most were nearly empty – they seemed like items left behind by previous guests. I’m not sure why the host didn’t provide at least one full bottle of shampoo and shower gel. The same goes for tea and coffee – only small leftover amounts were available. As I mentioned earlier, Tatiana is truly a nice person, but unfortunately, the stay was not worth the amount of money I paid. I didn’t have a good experience overall. If I had seen the mold beforehand, I would not have stayed there.
• Roman (9/5): Superb - Great host (best one we've met during our entire Montenegro trip), great location, view, charming place, well furnished. Old building in it's best historical way, but moden and well maintained inside. If you need a ride - definitely ask the host, you'll get a ride and a great conversation. Floors are pretty creaky, but I was mostly concerned about being too noisy to the downstairs neighbor, which as it turns out is not an issue, otherwise it adds charm to the place if anything. Couple of things I'd note: would be nice to have a smal trash bin in the bathroom and slightly more kitchen tools (spatulas and a few more cutting boards for variety). Single bed mattress are slightly uncomfortable. But these are very minor things. AC is noisy when heating the room (one real major issue).There's quite a few stairs up to the place, but that's just Kotor, it gives you a great view and absolutely worth it.

• Emily (9/5): Beautiful, peaceful retreat - It’s a peaceful retreat at the back of the town with a view over the rooftops to the sea in the distance. It is quirky with some lovely old features. Not the property per se, but just a note that when paying by swift transfer, I was charged an extra 7.5% by the local banks. To get to the property you need to be able to navigate some steep steps, but definitely worth it.
• Rachel (9/5): Loved the apartment and loved Kotor - Location in heart of Old Town. Characterful with great views. Excellent host who was very helpful. Some basics such as tea and coffee would have been nice in the kitchen. Also some thicker duvets!
