• Rose (10/5): A marvellous stay - for senior citizens and children. - The reception was warm and hospitality was outstanding. From the concierge, the front desk, the housekeeping team and the man who restored my TV 😍 all of you are wonderful people. We brought my aunty who is a wheelchair-user, she was very pleased with our stay. The location is superb as we could go on short shopping trips downstairs at the mall between solat times and have my aunt rest a bit before starting again. The money changer just outside the hotel also offered an encouraging (☺️) rate compared to those at the mall downstairs. The rooms are very spacious, we stayed at 3 twin/double rooms and a family room. When everyone gathered in one room, suprisingly we can all fit in one room to accompany my aunt during her rest times. The beds are comfortable, the pillows are just nice, not too firm or too fluffy. Bottled water was topped-up immediately when requested. Several TV channels are available. Toilets have bidets and bath tubs. Shower heads have the appropriate water pressure, temperature was also optimal and hot showers late at night was never interrupted with cold temperature or low water pressure. Toilettries are adequate, the shower gel is fragranced well and moisturising. We requested our 4 rooms to be placed nearby and this request was granted. We were all put on the same floor, within the same vicinity. The breakfast buffet was abundant in variety. Sushi, vegetarian Indian dishes, dim sum, noodle soups, nasi lemak, pastries, cereals, the deletable yoghurts, the usual English breakfast items (like sausages), pastas. Endless choices for an affordable price. The only downside was when 7 of us were put in a table for 5. I questioned this logic and we did request a bigger table but was responded with "they are full" while gesturing at the empty tables. The situation was rectified by this very nice, tall, sharp-looking man. Another man in his suit (there were two). His hair is well-kept and short. To the less accommodating man at the breakfast area (he did look flustered before he offered us that small table) I just wish you would be more emphatetic to senior citizens in wheelchairs. If you have a bad day, please don't take it out on others.

Club lounge totally not worth the extra cost - Cleanliness of the room, Staff were great and location for the mall Club lounge food selection was very limited and we were a little underwhelmed. The bath in the room was extremely slippery and having a very wide side made getting in and out very difficult, whats was meant to be relaxing was not!

Easy parking beneath the hotel. Very clean room and public toilets within the hotel The pillow case or the pillow have a distinctive smell which was unpleasant for me at first but within minutes I dozed off due to the plushy pillow and comfortable bed

• Muhammad (8/5): Ideal location for a short getaway or business trip!! - The close proximity of the hotel and the mall. 1st - Sleepless night on the 2nd night from 10 pm all the way to 2.30 am bcos the guests who were staying above me was extremely noisy as i assume they had kids with them - they were running/stomping around knocking on the floors non-stop. Had to call for security to address the issues. 2nd - Extremely rude and unfriendly group of valets. I think they chose on how to greet or address those requiring for a valet depending on the car models you are driving. 3rd - the mirrors in the room are very moldy at the bottom portion.

Lift had unpleasant smell, the buttons are faulty gets turn off and stop at random level. Even though I have registered my car number at the counter, I always have difficulty exiting the carpark. Room door is out of alignment, difficulty in opening and closing the door.

• Paula (8/5): Comfortable and good access to mall and surrounding areas. - breakfast buffet had a lot of options. The bed was very comfortable, room had lots of space and the hotel provided some complimentary drinks and snacks as well as lots of bottled water. They helped organized a taxi to get to work for me as well. The mall was right beside the hotel so lots of restaurant options there as well. The lobby was quite crowded during the Iftar times as food was being served there. Could possibly organize it a little better to accommodate both Iftar guests and other hotel guests.

• SALBIAH (8/5): Convenient, easy access to IOI Mall and clean. - Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast good spread and variety. Bed is great. Location is wonderful as it is link to IOI Mall, easy access to food and shopping. The pillow are not firm enough, causing neck ache in the morning when I got up. As there we no shops nearby, we ended up at IOI Mall most of the time. Kind of stranded feeling.
