• Judith (7/5): Good value for money - The rooms was comfortable and very clean. Our host was very friendly and accesible. She gave us excellent recommendations about the city It was a little far from the historic centre. Still we mostly walk from the B&B to the centre

No tiene una pequeña heladera propia, tienes que subir unas escaleras para buscar una heladera a compartir con los demás huéspedes. La cercanía con las demás habitaciones hace que sea muy facil escuchar todo. Al ser pequeña la habitacion esta prohibido comer ahi. Por lo tanto no se vera electrodomésticos como cafeteras o una pava eléctrica, nada para prepararse un desayuno.

• Paolo (9/5): - La pulizia della camera e del bagno e la comodità del letto. Costanza si è dimostrata molto gentile, disponibile e prodiga di informazioni. La struttura si trova nella zona di San Frediano, ottima per muoversi verso il centro di Firenze e con diversi ristoranti e locali. Facilmente raggiungibile anche la zona di Santo Spirito che offre, oltre all'arte, anche molti locali per bere o mangiare.

• Amy (7/5): Nice room to use as a base whilst in Florence - The room was large and good as a base to sleep. 25 min walk to the station and 30 minutes to the centre. Lots of restaurants, bars and bakeries near by. Shared fridge to use was good to keep water cool. The room was large so would have been good to have tea/ coffee facilites to save having to go out every morning. Also there is a sign in the room saying you can’t eat any meals there which was unfortunate as we was hoping to keep a tight budget! If you just need a room to sleep in then it’s perfect!

Y tiene una buena ubicación y super céntrico en unos minutos estás cerca del centro de la ciudad. Y la dueña del apartamento muy amable y nos atendió súper bien. Y si vuelvo a Florencia volvería a quedarme otra vez

• Konstantina (10/5): Lovely stay in Florence - After an extensive search of Florence accommodations, we couldn’t have picked a better place for our stay. The room was exceptionally clean and the location was perfect, not too far from the city centre and right next to a super market. The owners were spectacular and super communicative. They gave us great instructions and made sure to accommodate our every need. If I ever have the chance to return to this beautiful city, I’ll definitely be staying at this lovely property once more!

• User1728 (8/5): Very recommended. - The room was really nice, very spacious and comfortable. The bed sheets were super soft. The staff is super helpful and friendly. It clearly shows that the owners have strived to make the rooms as nice as possible, providing the rooms with enough places to store clothes, as well as chairs and sofas. Bathroom was also really nice and modern. The area around the property is also very nice, with many bars and cafes, and close to many restaurants. It is right next to a big supermarket, and because it is not in the more touristy area of the city, it is quieter at night. The shower in our needs some attention. While the shower is being used, the water leaks onto the floor of the bathroom, unless the shower head is pionting to one specific direction.

There was a balcony and the bed sheets were changed every day. It's about 20 min walk to the center. Also, the beds were pretty comfortable, so everything was great.

Close by also big supermarket. To city center approx. 20-25 min walking. Quite at night. We had twin beds, very comfortable mattresses.
• Sophie (5/5): Satisfactory accommodation - The beds were very comfortable We booked with the impression it was a hotel but it felt more like renting a private bedroom in a hostel. Our room was situated right by the apartment door we could hear everyone coming and going. I understand we booked a smaller room but this was extremely small with nowhere to leave your luggage. Noise starts from 5:30 and building work from 8. Two days there was drilling for hours. Unfortunately it was not worth the money we paid.

• Thessa (8/5): Very good - Great room. Comfortable and clean. Fridge to store food. Just a 10 minute walk to city centre. Nice neighborhood. Supermarktet very close. Small balcony. No kitchen (eventhough there were pictures of one)! Price was quite high for what you get (maybe that is always the case in Florance though) and then there is also a high city tax that is not included in the price. So not the best budget friendly option.

The host was very helpful and provided us with a kettle and tea supply. We had self check-in. Our room had a small balcony with a nice view. The bathroom was very clean. We would love to go back!

• Yasin (8/5): Good enough place to stay if you want to avoid heavy tourist area - Location is pretty okay with tram station at 600m distance and some useful bus stops nearby to visit for example Gimignano. There is a supermarket right behind the building, this was for me a huge plus! The breakfast tickets you get for a local pastry shop so you can eat breakfast like an italian. The room is quite spacious and has a high ceiling. Plenty of room for your baggage. Not often but sometimes sounds from the street or neighbours were an issue due to poor isolation. The bathroom shower cabin was quite cramped. Not necessary a dislike but a mention that the building is at this moment covered in scaffolding for renovations.

A young child could sleep on it but not an adult or teen. Clarity regarding the difference between a fold out couch and a foam chair.

• Sofik (8/5): Very good - The room is very clean and comfortable, host very helpful. We reach to the city center by walk. It takes you about 15 minute to reach to Ponte Vecchio. I like everything except a little noise during night and early morning, maybe it is because of the building renovation.
