- Gitanjali (1/5): 😡 - We tried multiple times to reach out, but no one answered our calls. In the end, we had to book another hotel😡😡😡😡. That was such a terrible day for us😡😡😡. Would you like it if someone visited your country, only to be scammed by Booking.com? If this continues, how can anyone trust Booking.com? Who will take responsibility for the money we spent on our stay?
