Guest Reviews
- Rosa (7/5): Good value of money - Modern and well equipped. Opposite the beach. Canterbury canal is a nice place to visit and enjoy a boat trip. Too hot inside, no air-conditioning nor a fan. Poor communication because we didn't book direct from them.. Any question we had they said to ask booking.com.
We did expect that the reception and facilities were only open from 9am-5pm

- grant (6/5): Pretty happy with what we got. And enjoyed the stay. - Very well equipped overall. Clean and spacious. Everything you needed to cook with was available. The travel cot didn’t have a mattress the hard thing that goes in the bottom is not a mattress. We ended up going and buying our own. The curtains are not blackout so as soon as the sun comes up it’s very bright. It is also right next to the train line

- mark (8/5): A nicely laid out, homely caravan - The caravan was comfortable, clean and had everything you could ever need and more. WiFi worked well, beds were comfortable, showers were good and private parking was a plus. Have booked again for later in the year Gas run out a few hours after arriving and we had to spend the first night with no heating or hot water, on what was a very cold night. These things happen and it didn't ruin our view of the caravan. The problem was rectified early the next morning

- Darren (10/5): Excellent stay lovely clean caravan would definitely recommend - Very clean excellent facility’s all you need
- Syariffizal (9/5): Very nice place - Very nice caravan with all essential needs. Thoughtful owner to prepared the dishwasher and washing machine tablets. Checking in and out was easy and all need to know was properly noted down. Highly recommend for family holiday. Not about the accommodation. The route to reach the site via Navigation maps always chose narrow road (Church Lane) instead of slight detour via Joy lane which is much more convenient to reach the site.
- Lisa (10/5): Very comfortable and bright , modern and clean a lovely stay - Very clean and modern and good facilities car parking next to caravan Nothing
- William (9/5): Immaculate mobile home great location - Immaculate clean nice location 2 minute walk to clubhouse all facilities crockery glasses showers bedding beautiful Could do with TV in bedroom , and a very English thing no egg cups 🤪😜😀
- Roman (8/5): - Nádherně vybavený mobilní domek pro rodinu, 4-6 lidí. Klid, úžasná terasa. V době našeho pobytu netekla dva dny voda, prý se to tam občas stává. Což je problém, když nemůžete spláchnout záchod, ani se osprchovat.
- Angela (10/5): Fantastic. Will defo return - Great caravan. Very modern and clean Train line behind but that wasn’t that bad.
- Susan (10/5): My grandchildren loved the caravan. It’s the perfect base for exploring all that the area has to offer. We had great wea - The caravan was located in a nice part of the park and was quiet and had lovely neighbours.
It was clean and very well stocked with plenty of bedding, towels, washing and cleaning products and toilet rolls. It felt spacious and bright and very comfortable. We had to pay extra for the children to go into the site swimming pool.
- Kevin (9/5): Excellent static home, would have no hesitation returning - Clean, well equipped and plenty of parking Trains a little noisey
- Kelly (10/5): A beautiful modern and clean caravan on a very relaxed site. - Lovely modern accomodation that was immaculately clean and had almost everything you need for your stay. (see below). Onsite clubhouse was nice, we had dinner there and although they were short staffed the staff were exceptional, calm, polite, friendly and as efficient as they could be. The dinner was nice, kind of a harvester menu. A lovely homely feel to the accomodation and a calm site. Although the initial train passing by at the back of the caravan gave us a fright, it didnt really bother us too much for the rest of the stay. Great location to visit many places nearby. Would recommend staying here. Just one minor thing, as it was July when we stayed we would of really appreciated a fan or 2. Ended up purchasing some from the local Tesco's.
- Jermaine (8/5): Very good -
- Carrie (10/5): A wonderful long weekend. Home away from home. Great location which is a 30 min drive from many great days out. Kids an - Well equipped and very clean. Had everything that we needed for 4 adults and 2 children.
- Donna (10/5): Amazing break - It was very clean, had everything you could ever need and more. Good location Train line but wouldn’t stop me returning
- Barry (10/5): Would definitely stay again. Recommended. - Great location and high quality accommodation. Hard-standing for two cars made a big difference when the rains came and parts of the park flooded. Very pleasant experience and helpful staff. Good Chinese take-away nearby and public transport to Whistable or Canterbury a few hundred yards away. Accommodation was of a high standard and modern. Plenty of living space and nice crockery and cutlery. Decking and chairs outside too. Only yards from the sea front. Key fob didn't work to gain vehicle access to the park however I changed this the following day.
- Volckman (10/5): Great stay, very clean and great location - Extremely clean, well equipped and bed was super comfy. Nothing everything was perfect
- Amanda (10/5): Lovely location, caravan was immaculate, everything you could want... Could not fault anything. - NA Trainline behind was a bit annoying at first but you get used to it.
- Honour (8/5): Nice but expensive - Nice and clean, good facilities. No loo roll, no information about the area in the booklet. Would have been helpful to know that the fob for the electric gate to enter the park was on the keys.
Swimming pool not open- should have been made aware of this prior to booking as kids wanted to swim.
- Anne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Katarzyna (10/5): Exceptional - So lovely caravan...me and my partner very enjoyed...we are very recommending...
- Betsy (9/5): Superb - The van was absolutely spotless. Lovely dining/ living area with a full kitchen, lovely crockery and a huge TV. The beds were extremely comfortable and the 2 bathrooms are surprisingly roomy.
It was easy to get into the van and the owner was quick to get back to me following some questions we had.
