• Neumann (6/5): Schöne Wohnung, aber gewöhnungsbedürftiges Umfeld - Modernes, gut ausgestattetes Apartment Nr. 901. Es war in der Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zudem gab es eine große Terrasse mit Blick auf Berge und die neue Stadt. WLAN, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine funktionierten gut. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin war immer ansprechbar. Aber…. Aber… die Wohnung - befindet sich in einem maroden Hochhaus mit abenteuerlichem Fahrstuhl - Eingang und Parkplatz lagen in einer dunklen, ungepflegten Nebenstraße - es gab im Apartment laute Fahrstuhlgeräusche, die den Schlaf störten - zudem wird aktuell eine Wohnung im gleichen Stock kernsaniert, d.h. Lärm und Schmutz - Weit weg von den Highlights - 1,5 km bis zum Beginn der alten Stadt und den Sehenswürdigkeiten und 2,5 km zur Burg

• David (10/5): - Muy buena ubicación, grandes vistas, se puede aparcar en la calle, los anfitriones siempre atentos, y todo perfectamente equipado: microondas, utensilios, ducha cerrada, tv moderna... Todo genial 😊

• Deyalinne (6/5): - El host muy amable nos estaba esperando para entregarnos las llaves y apartamento. Apto muy amplio , limpio de 2 habitaciones moderno y bien equipado. Amplio balcón y baño con lavadora. El parqueadero es en la calle, teniamos un carro rentado con placas de Serbia y a la manana siguiente el carro tenia rayones que alguien habia hecho con una llave por todo el carro, daño el cual nos toco pagar al car rental despues. Por este punto le daria calificacion de 1 a este lugar. El apto aunque muy bonito queda en un edificio viejo sin señas de mantenimiento ni aseo.
• Edith (9/5): Une bonne adresse pour visiter Berat ; 15 minutes à pieds du centre historique, supermarché sous l’immeuble, - Appartement bien équipé et moderne, lits confortables, belle vue, aide pour porter nos valises. Il manque un porte serviette dans la salle de bains. Mais à part cela tout est parfait.
• Indela (10/5): Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. - Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gab sogar eine Kaffeemaschine mit vorhandenen Kaffee-Kapseln. Der Check-in und Check-out war unkompliziert, die Kommunikation freundlich. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert und das WLAN funktioniert auch. Einen Parkplatz findet man selbst in der Hochsaison am Straßenrand vor der Tür. Die Lage ist gut, es ist ruhig, die Aussicht vom Balkon hübsch, aber der Fußweg zur Burg und zum Fluss etwas weit. Das ist aber nur im Hochsommer bei absoluter Hitze problematisch.

• Frances (10/5): The apartment was great and we had a lovely visit to Berat. The host was friendly and helpful. - We loved the space and cleanliness of the apartment. The balcony was great and the view was stunning. It was easy to walk to the old town. Nothing!

• Rajda (10/5): Clean and quiet apartment close to old town - The room was exceptionally clean and was located in a quiet area of the town which means that we got good sleep (very important!). The hosts were nice and made sure to communicate with us in advance so we can meet for the keys and they also helped us with parking our car. We only stayed one night, so I can't comment on the kitchen facilities but it seemed to have everything you need for a short stay. Everything was within walking distance and about 15 minutes by foot to get to the old Berat.

From the communication once we booked the place,to them answering all of our questions. I have traveled quite a bit in my life, but have never met such wonderful hosts before. When you read this.. trust me.. you won't regret staying here! The place is amazing, extremely clean, has everything you need, and has an amazing location. The view is stunning and it's easy to walk to pretty much anywhere from their apartment. Their TV has Netflix (obviously you'll need your own account) and TV channels from almost every country in the world! We came there to experience Berat, but simply did not want to leave our place... The host recommended places for us to eat, helped us find a barber shop, gave us travel advice and was available for any other question or issue we may have had, what a true joy this whole stay was! Absolutely nothing!

Its location made it easy for me to enjoy the city attractions. The view from the balcony amussed me. I enjoyed so much my coffe with a view. The house owners were so nice and friendly. I recommend it to all my friends back in USA. If I ever come back in Berati, Gael House will deffinitly be my number one choice.
