• Francisco (7/5): A un paso de ser un estudio estupendo - La ubicación y la vista, excepcional Faltan muchos detalles fáciles de instalar. Mala iluminación:, poca en el baño, demasiada en el techo de la sala y ninguna de ambiente. Los utensilios de cocina son deplorables y no estaban siquiera limpios. Sarten con mango colgante, cacerola con un asa, ningún paño de cocina, no escurreplatos, etc
• Edurne (10/5): Buen ubicado y confortable - Hay que destacar la solicitud y amabilidad de Raquel,nos esperó hasta que llegamos para mostrarnos la entrada al garaje y enseñarnos todo, la ubicacion del apartamento es sensacional y tambien las vistas. Estaba todo muy limpio y era muy luminoso. La cama y el sofá muy cómodos, el apartamento tenía todo lo necesario. Una mención especial para Rafa, el conserje que nos atendió muy amablemente. Todo estuvo bien
• JAVIER (9/5): - Lo mejor fue la ubicación cerca del casco antiguo y en primera línea de playa con unas fabulosas vistgas al mar Echamos en menos un poco más de menaje del hogar, quizás una plataforma para limpiar los platos y un canapé un poco más consistente.

• Alison (9/5): Perfect apart from the lack of wifi - We stay in Benidorm regularly (3/4 nights maybe twice a year) and have now stayed in many different apartments. This is one of the best. The location is good, 3rd floor, so well above any noise but can still people watch, and there is a 24 hour concierge - the whole block is very secure. The car park space is a definite plus point as parking in Benidorm is getting to be a nightmare. Raquel met us at the car park entrance exactly at the arranged time and took us through to the apartment. The apartment itself is ideal for two people, there isn´t a balcony but the windows slide open almost the full width which is good because you are shaded. There are plenty of electric points and the kitchen is reasonably well equipped although we never actually cook. There is a kettle, not everyone wants fancy coffee machines!, a washing machine and clothes airer. We would stay again. Only one issue - despite quite clearly being advertised as having free wifi, there is no internet available! Would have been a deal breaker in the winter months when its dark earlier and the Amazon stick is essential!. Shame because otherwise the apartment is ideal.

• Paulo (7/5): Good - The apartment offers unparalleled beachfront views and easy access to the beach. Perfectly situated in the heart of levante beach and the old town. The top negative issue: The sofa bed was incredibly disappointing. The mattress for the 4th person were the cushions. We tossed and turned all night, unable to get comfortable. This was really impactful on the quality of sleep. If maintainig this sofa I would say this is a 3 people apartment rather than 4. Some neutral comments: If you are noise sensitive there can be some concerns regarding noise levels at night. Parking is available but not granted. Overall, the level of cleanliness was acceptable, but there is room for improvement in certain areas (bed and linens, dust, etc). Some confusion to collect the keys (agreed were 15h but upon arrival we were told the apartment was only available at 16h).
