• Haritz (8/5): Un riad muy bien ubicado, completo y cómodo - La zona es muy céntrica, tranquila y con muchos servicios alrededor. La habitación es completa, agradable, con un baño también completo. La cama es amplia y acogedora, no se escuchan ruidos y se duerme de maravilla. Muy buena relación calidad/precio. La ubicación está mal, hay que pedirle al propietario que te la envía por whatsapp. La que aparece en Booking está a 3km. La habitación era un poco húmeda

• Nick (8/5): Lovely calm little riad . - Lovely little hidden riad next to the mosque moulay el yazid. Khalid is very helpful and you can contact him anytime in WhatsApp. It’s basic but very worth for the price. Pay attention in some details at cleaning. The bed can use a upgrade as well .

Неудобното е, че домакина не живее там и трябва предварително да се разберете за точен час или поне 30 минути преди да пристигнете да му се обадите за да дойде, тъй като ние трябваше да го чакаме 20-30 минути да дойде стоейки пред вратата с багажа.

Toallas limpias. Te y café a disposición. Pero por sobre todo, el dueño fue muy amaba le, siempre a disposición en el momento. Creo que es el mejor servicio que he tenido. Lo recomiendo. Tuvimos un problema con la electricidad en nuestra habitación pero fue rápidamente solucionado por el dueño
• KONSTANTINOS (9/5): - Τέλειο δωμάτιο, μεγάλο , πεντακάθαρο, με βραστήρα, ωραίο μπάνιο, η τοποθεσία επίσης πολύ καλή. Κρίμα που μείναμε μόνο ένα βράδυ, το τελευταίο στο Marrakech, βρίσκεις και πιο φτηνά δωμάτια, αλλά αξίζει τα λίγα παραπάνω. Μείναμε σε πιο φτηνό τα τρία πρώτα βράδυα και δεν τα άξιζε. Ένα μόνο παράπονο, κάναμε δύο άτομα μπάνιο στις 10 περίπου το βράδυ. Το πρώτο άτομο είχε ζεστό νερό, αλλά στα τελειώματα, το δεύτερο άτομο, εγώ, δεν είχα καθόλου ζεστό.

• Damanpreet (8/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Riad e ci siamo trovati benissimo. È una struttura semplice ma davvero carina, curata nei dettagli e con un'atmosfera molto piacevole. La posizione è ottima per esplorare la Medina, ma la cosa che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata l'ospitalità: lo staff è gentilissimo e ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Le camere sono pulite. Se cercate un posto autentico, tranquillo e con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, questo Riad è la scelta giusta. Grazie di tutto! Ce l’aspettavamo un pó più grande, ma non è stato un problema!

• Bgdelgado (8/5): Bonito Riad, sencillo pero limpio y céntrico. - Nos costó encontrarlo, pero está muy bien situado, por una callejuela cerca de la Mezquita. Andando se puede ir a todos los lugares imprescindibles para visitar. También estaba limpio y ordenado. El anfitrión estuvo siempre atento a nuestras necesidades. Sería ideal que tuviera servicio de desayuno. Creo q es lo único que le falta.

• Luca Meinardo (8/5): - L'assistenza da parte di Kalid durante il soggiorno per ogni richiesta e anche di Tiziana per fornire indicazioni utili sulla città e l'alloggio. La vicinanza sia all'aeroporto che al centro, puoi fare tutto a piedi. Grazie alle indicazioni fornite non abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare il sito come invece altri riportavano. La qualità prezzo è adeguata. Noi avevamo la stanza al secondo piano, non ci è piaciuto che c'era tanta muffa sul soffitto del bagno, però una volta segnalato Kalid l'ha fatta pulire e questo ha eliminato l'odore. Il materasso era un po' scomodo.

• Begoña (9/5): Limpieza y comodidad - La habitación era pequeña pero muy bonita y cómoda. Tenía muy buena relación calidad/precio y estaba muy limpia. Teníamos hervidor de agua, tes, azúcar, cucharillas y vasos a nuestra disposición. En general me encantó. La entrada estaba muy escondida, no fue fácil encontrarla, pero preguntando, se llega a cualquier sitio.

• Toni (9/5): - Very convenient location. Room and bathroom were both spacious. Quiet place despite being located at the entrance of the Medina. I would book this place again if I had to return to Marrakech again, no doubt. All was great.
• Hannah (8/5): Overall, I think it was good value for what you get though. - The Riyadh was in a great location and within walking distance, yet not in an area that was too busy. The room was cozy and well prepared for us. Khalid was also very kind and helpful when we had questions. There is little privacy between the room and the bathroom, it’s just a sliding door that doesn’t close fully, but not that big of a deal. The location is good, however it is right next to a mosque, so if you’re a light sleeper, you may not get the most peaceful sleep in the mornings.

• Nikita (4/5): Ant infestation in my room - Good central location. Good sized rooms. There was an ant infestation in my room. Other reviews on booking.com have also complained of ants too. When I spoke to Khalid (the owner) he said it's never happened before, while opening a cupboard and taking out an insecticide spray... He was quite unconcerned about it and was a little rude in his messages. I had to spray my room with insecticide and leave the room for hours because of the fumes. There is also no sound proofing, and guests would be in the common area/courtyard, and the noise would keep me up until 1am in the morning.

The room was clean, modern, cozy, very comfortable and quiet. A huge bonus was the electric heater provided in winter, which was a real lifesaver - December nights are very cold. Highly recommended!

Good place if you plan to stay 4-7 nights in marrakesh. - Feels new, very clean, comfy bed , stylish design , cool bathroom. love that they have a kettle in the room with a few teas and coffee. Habitación bonita y muy bien equipada con su baño privado, lugar tranquilo y silencioso después de lo que es el bullicio de Marrakech. • Gaetano (9/5): Ottimo per pulizia, posizione e rapporto qualità prezzo - Piccolo struttura, ha solo 4 camere, molto pulita e accogliente. La posizione è ottima nella kasbah di Marrakech, vino La porta Bab Agnaou, zona centrale vicina a molti punti di interesse, molto gradevole e più tranquilla rispetto alle zone della medina limitrofe a piazza Jemaa el-Fnaa che si raggiunge facilmente a piedi in pochi minuti circa 5/10. La camera corrispondeva esattamente a quella delle foto, non è grandissima ma molto confortevole corredata di tutto il necessario, bagno dotato di una bella e grande comoda doccia. Le stanze nn sono climatizzate ma avrete comunque a disposizione una stufetta elettrica sufficiente a scaldare la stanza in caso dovesse fare freddo e un ventilatore per il caldo. Il gestore Khalid è una persona molto gentile, seria e disponibile alla quale potete affidarvi per qualsiasi informazioni e prenotare eventuali gite o trasferimenti.Ottima rapporto qualità prezzo. La vicinanza alla Moschea di Moulay al-Yazid (Moschea della Kasbah), tutte le mattine alle 6:00 sarete svegliati dagli altoparlanti del minareto con il canto del Muezzin che richiama per 10/15 minuti i fedeli alla preghiera. Volendo essere pignoli il materasso lo avrei preferito un po' più rigido.

• Elena (8/5): Good - Good location but it would be nice to have a guide or map from the host because Google map doesn't provide the correct path. Good selection of herbal teas, a kettle and a heater. Khalid is nice and hospitable (in general). We have requested the exact arrival time but had to wait about a half an hour the host to arrive and open a door. It was very stressful because he didn't answer our messages and calls. Wi-Fi is terrible.
• Zoe (9/5): Would definitely stay again - We stayed here one night between a conference in Marrakech and a holiday to Imlil. Perfect location for this as it's a few blocks to the Imlil shared van stand. We LOVED the tasty Italian teas in the room - super nice to have those and the kettle to make tea anytime we like. The shower was perfect - nice hot water. Really comfortable space! Check out was also super easy! We had trouble finding the riad (it was dark and the address was coming up incorrectly for us) and almost gave up, but luckily the host responded quickly and helped. If you follow the Google maps pin for the riad and look for the house number, you'll find it just fine.

• Clarissa (9/5): Una bella scoperta! :D - Oramai un punto di riferimento quando vado a Marrakech. La posizione è super strategica. Molto silenziosa. I proprietari sono persone squisite! Accogliente, piccolino e familiare. Il wifi funziona un po' a balletti e purtroppo non possono servire la colazione, anche se in stanza lasciano il bollitore con varie bustine e una bottiglia d'acqua! A volte non c'è molta privacy perché le finestrine danno nella piccola corte interna ma è il classico stile dei Riad, quindi no problem!

• Ira (9/5): Mooie, nieuwe riad - Rustig gelegen, in veilige buurt, met voldoende mensen op straat, heel nieuw en schoon, mooie kamers en dito badkamer. De wufi werkt erg slecht. Accommodatie is moeilijk te vinden, Google Maps geeft een vervallen kapot gebouw aan. Het ligt echter in een binnensteeg naast de lijatie die Google aangeeft.

The room also come with a fan and a heater. Khalid is a great host. He is always ready to answer questions and give recommendations. As with many accommodations the shower didn't drain correctly. So you are standing in a small swimming pool. Not a huge issue and I'm sure it is something the staff can fix easily.

• carmela (9/5): - Riad molto confortevole e pulito, dotato di una serie di accessori utili, phon, bollitore, tè, caffè, tazze e tazzine. La stanza piccola, ma disposta in modo ottimale, la zona comune all'interno arredata meravigliosamente, con piante e poltrone. La connessione all'interno della stanza era impossibile in alcun modo. L'ultimo giorno ci hanno proposto un taxi per la stazione degli autobus a € 20, noi abbiamo pagato €5!!!! Questo purtroppo ha fatto decadere parecchio la valutazione del Riad.

Posizione ottima e camere pulitissime Direi nulla , se proprio devo fare le pulci ,la connessione del wifi lenta ma in qualsiasi caso consiglio di fare una scheda qui sul posto ( al costo di 8€ ci hanno dato scheda e 10giga) anche perché senza navigatore online .... nn è semplice girare per la medina ,soprattutto la sera .

• Frédéric (6/5): Riad propre et bien situé. Idéal pour un court séjour. - Petit riad de 4 chambres très bien situé à côté des tombeaux saadiens et de la place des ferblantiers. Chambre très propre. La présence d'une bouilloire d'eau, de thé ou café permet de compenser un peu l'absence de petit déjeuner. Idéal pour une nuit avant de reprendre l'avion. Merci à Khalid pour sa disponibilité et son aide notamment pour le taxi à 4 heures du matin. Difficulté à trouvé le riad malgré sa proximité avec le lieu de dépose du taxi. Absence de clim. Un peu de bruit lié à la configuration des lieux. Le matelas mériterait un changement pour plus de confort.

Extrem geschmacklos, es wirkte wie zusammengezimmert für die Saison, allein das Bad war in Ordnung, Wände mit Pressspan überklebt, Farben grauenvoll, kein Schrank oder Kleiderständer, Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer ( unten ) schlecht belüftest, keine Dachterrasse, kein Personal über Nacht, höchstens für 1 Nacht als Notunterkunft zu benutzen. Für das Gebotene zu teuer.

It was a bit hard to find the exact apartment location for the first time. Also, there is a long and loud call to prayer every morning around 5 am.

• Elisabeth (9/5): Clean, modern, and perfectly located little gem - The location couldn’t be more perfect; safe, very central but still quiet. The room is nicely decorated and the ensuite bathroom perfect and roomy, nice patio to sip tea in the morning. It’s very clean and well kept. I slept really well and loved coming back there after a day in busy Marrakech. It’s peaceful and relaxing. As a solo female traveler I felt 100% safe at all times, even coming back to the riad after midnight once or twice. The great cafe Zeitoun is just around the corner and Jemaa El Fna just 10 min away. There is an Atm, a supermarket, a boulangerie, and lots of little restaurants around. A lot of travelers mentioned the mosque nearby being woken up by it early, to be honest I always sleep with earplugs when away from home so it didn’t bother me at all, I was never woken up by it. If anything, I loved hearing the call for prayer the few times i did hear it in the afternoon while resting in the room with the windows open. It was lovely actually. The manager Khalid is extremely kind and reliable, he organized a taxi to pick me up at the airport at 1 am and waited for me to arrive which I was very grateful for. During my stay he always helped me with anything I needed and always gave good advice. A very friendly and trustworthy person. I will definitely be back. Shukran! • Dann (9/5): Lovely riad located in a strategic location in the heart of the center. - This property is a 3 minute walk away from the Moulay Lyazid Mosque which is a popular meet up point for tour groups. It is also a 4 minute walk away from a bakery and 6 min walk away from an atm machine and 10 min walk away from a grocery store that accepts card. Jema el-Fnaa is also 14 minutes away. There are many walkable tourist spots from this property so it is definitely the perfect spot for those who want to be in the in close proximity to everything. It is very quiet in this riad and there are three windows inside the room that open into the courtyard which I appreciate because of good ventilation. I also enjoyed the coffee and tea making facilities that were provided, as I enjoyed sipping my coffee early in the morning to prepare for my early day tours. I also loved the fact that shampoo, bodywash and several rolls of toilet paper were provided. I never felt the need for airconditioning as this riad gets pretty cold even though it's hot outside. The water pressure is as strong as you want it to be (I was in the first floor). The owner, Khalid, went above and beyond and even accompanied my husband and I to purchase a sim card at a nearby stall. He was so helpful and friendly and made us feel so welcome. Horses frequently stop around the nearby mosque so you will have to deal with the smell of urine and maneuvering around their poop when you leave the property. You might even track said poop into the property so be careful where you step.

• Gonçalo (9/5): Good access to the Medina and good facilities - To find it may be a bit tricky as google maps send you thorough a path that doesn't exist but if you follow the name of the street it is easy, just go to the end of that street and go through the arch If you book just a room and get noisy neighbour can be boring
• Ivan (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, on the edge of the Kasba, spacious room and bathroom. Also each room have enough space in yard and its very cozy at the night. Nearby is a market and a great restaurant Zeitoun. Just a few minutes to main square Jamma El Fna. It was very quiet at night and you can have a nice rest after a whole day of walking. Tiziana and Khalid gave me a great welcome and were always available for any help. I felt like home! 😊
• Leylabi (10/5): Great experience, would recommend - It was a great location right between the kasbah and the mellah and only a 15 minute walk to the square and the Medina. There were shops just by the street as well as some street food sellers. Khalid was very welcoming and the room was great. A very spacious shower, comfortable bed and quiet at night. I would definitely go back.
