• Daniel (8/5): Large, clean, great value for money. - Super friendly and helpful host. Fantastic sized apartment, very comfortable and good setup. We think a kettle would be well used. Initial impression of the location walking from the train station was a little unsettling however during the 4 days we didn’t get hassled once.

• Jennifer (8/5): A pleasant stay - Good location. A supermarket nearby was super handy. Communication with the host was easy. The place is spacious. No ironing board. Water pressure in the shower was low. The microwave oven wasn't cleaned when we arrived. Air conditioning was leaking a little in the main room.
• Jesonblack (9/5): Good value for money. Nice to stay. - We can cook and do washing clothes in this property. Bedroom is soft and comfy. Wi-fi was exellent. A bit far from subway. Lift was small and very old.
• Jan (8/5): Goed - Ruime slaapkamers met airco. 4. Supermarkt om de hoek. makkelijk bereikbaar van centraal station. 4 hoog met een krappe lift. Was in principe goed te doen met de trap maar bij 35 graden niet fijn. Buurt is matig maar op loopafstand veel te zien.

• Derval (8/5): Very good - Excellent apartment - Clean, bright, spacious, comfortable beds, good heating and water. Convenient for San Lorenzo. As the location is next to Termini Station, we did not expect a salubrious area and this would normally not bother us, but the area is worse than expected. A few things in the apartment need maintenance eg one of the bedside lights not working.

• Jan (10/5): Exceptional - We think it was one of the most pleasant experiences renting an apartment in Rome. Francesco greeted us with a smile and punctually on the first day, showing us around the apartment. Unfortunately, it was raining on our first day, but Francesco gave us a couple of tips on where to go and experience Roman culture on a rainy day. He also recommended good places to eat. Also, on our last day in Rome, it was important for us to leave our luggage somewhere since our flight was in the evening, but Francesco kindly offered to keep our luggage in the apartment for an extra day since there were no guests that day. We are very grateful to Francesco and his family for such good and welcoming work! Advantages: - Clean, has all the essentials for living (kitchen, hygiene, etc.) - Excellent renovation, temperature control - Comfortable beds, large rooms, and a spacious bathroom - Good location (20 minutes to the Colosseum and 10 to the main Termini station) Drawback: None :)
• Anantharaman (9/5): Very comfortable and spacious flat close to Termini - Jelena and Francesco welcomed us quite late at night in person which was very lively if them. They also went out of their way to get us dairy free milk. The rooms are surprisingly big and very tastefully decorated with plenty of storage space. The location is quite close to Roma termini and we managed with two children plus luggage to walk to the flat. The beds were super comfortable and helped us relax well. The kitchen equipment and the toilet facilities were also well kept. The lack of facilities close to the flat is something that I wish was different. But it's not Jelenas or Francesco's fault. The nearest ATM is near Manzoni metro station or Vittorio Emmanuel station and can be tricky to manage as they are sometimes not working. Many taxis accept cash only.
