- Geetanjali (1/5): Horrible experience and money exploitation sceme. - I don't like anything about the property. Frankly it should not be even listed on Booking.com because I have been a loyal customer and booked various types of properties around the world through Booking.com and always received a certain standard of quality through Booking.com
Booking.com you are ruining your reputation and standard by associating with properties like GabHotel Gargi Delux. Hygiene was compromised to unacceptable levels, the bedsheets and the towels were stinking as if they were rotten (similar to milk spilled long back on all of them).
After I raised the issue with the management to change the sheets they gave the the new ones with the same smell on them. According to the staff those sheets were fresh out of the laundry and denied any possibility of providing fresh bedsheets. The washroom floor was sticky and the buckets were sticky and slimy and unfit for human touch.
There was a high risk of any sort of infection to my family including kids.
As a result, we checked out of the property in less an hour of checking-in. We have been following up with the call Centre to take this case into consideration. Forget any percentage of refund but no-one from the Hotel or Booking.com has even acknowledge and tried to compensate the traumatic experience in any form (empathy, kindness or monitory). This is absolutely shame on Booking.com after so many years' of association with you. Whoever profited from this booking will have to repay a hug cost in future as Karma will get them all. I was forced to pay the money in advance just a day before the booking despite of free cancelation policy as probably FabHotel new that no one can stay in their Hotel after seeing the reality.

- Aliya (1/5): Fab Hotels group is pathetic! - Nothing. The hotel changed my booking to a 2 star hotel at the last minute during my travel. They said that the property was overbooked even though I had paid the advance several days beforehand.
The Fab Hotels customer care was unresponsive, rude and unprofessional. They caused a great hassle to us and rather threatened to cancel our booking.
Would never recommend Fab Hotels group to anyone!
- Chayan (7/5): Good - Wifi didn't work inside room, asked money for drinking water bottle
- Lakhan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shubham (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chandan` (4/5): Very uncomfortable and ambience of the hotel is worst. - Location of the hotel is good in terms of accessibility for the places I wanted to visit. The room service person asked for the money when he got some food for me apart from bills which was completely disappointing. I would have given him the tip for he demanded extra money for the room service and when I told to the reception they returned back my Rs. 25. The wifi is absolutely bad. I experience that my meeting used to buffer due to bad wifi in the hotel.
- Rashmi (7/5): Good -
- Shraddha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Manoj (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sujeet (8/5): A good stay to remember - Proximity to all the popular locations, you can save a lot of money on local travel. Rooms are not in best of their shape. Not very clean but not bad too. It is quite manageable, if you get room in affordable rate.
