• David (9/5): Carinissimo! - Terrazza fantastica. La serra per la colazione è perfetta. L'arredamento è molto carino e sei in centro. Lavapiatti rumoroso, ma per il resto era tutto in ordine. L'unica cosa da tenere in mente che è in una strada in salita.

• Fiona (10/5): A Wonderful Stay at the Blue Garden Apartment - It was a gorgeous combination of old and new. Beautifully designed inside and out. Thr perfect place to rest and restore before venturing out into Lisbon. The pillows were slightly uncomfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and all communicati - The flat was light and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. The patio was perfect for relaxing after being around in town. The beds were very firm which is normally good but they where a bit too hard.

• Karen (8/5): - The apartment was lovely, very clean and had absolutely everything we needed and more There was a lot of construction works going on in the area so it was really loud and footpaths were blocked off which was dangerous with the really steep roads

• Margaret (1/5): Traumatic and very poor area. No aircon hence the window was open as it was very hot - Nice property Very bad location. My husband and I woke at 3am to a man in our room. He climbed in the window. Very frightening experience for us and our two daughters. Police arrived as someone reported seeing him climb in. We had to go to the police station to formally complain. I did seek compensation from the owner as our trip was totally spoiled. I did not get any.
• Bj (8/5): Very good - Space enough. No airconditioning. We did not need it because it was not so warm.
• Philomena (8/5): Quiet and comfortable - The mattresses were really good. It was lovely and quiet during the night. Great neighbourhood and walking distance to metro The pillows could be replaced. A gesture of welcome like a bottle of wine for example would be an extra touch. More flexibility on check in and check out
• Davoud (6/5): Nice flat for a family, but no view - Warm welcome, nice separate rooms, comfy beds Damp smell, not very comfy pillows, no noise proof flooring, no noise proof between floors
• Drei (9/5): Superb - Clean, comfortable, light apartment, all amenities are in place, friendly personnel. Everything was good and decent.
• Michael (8/5): Great apartment close to bars, restaurants and transport - Great size of apartment for our group of 5 adults. Facilities included everything we needed. It was clean and tidy on arrival, and the host gave good advice of nearby venues. There are plenty of excellent bars and restaurants, a short climb up the hill from the apartment. Nothing. The apartment is up a steep hill, which some might find challenging, but that applies almost everywhere in Lisbon.
• Ysé (8/5): Great appartement but staff and cleaness not so great. - The bedrooms were great and living room and terrace were very pleasant. Dirty with hair on sofas and coffee machine did not work. The staff was nice by WhatsApp for information, very helpful but the person who opened the door for checkin was not really professional, did not even mention the coffee machine not working and let us wait 20 min outside.
• Thomas (9/5): Overall, great, good stylish apartment, got all the amenities you need - nice interior design, comfortable kitchen and common spaces, had a washing machine, a dishwasher and coffee machine; Wi-Fi was great, bathroom and shower really good, convenient location, close walk to metro, near park with city viewpoint I liked it and I try to communicate with hotels/hostels privately about anything first so as to give them a chance to fix it. Any queries were resolved by contacting the host during the stay and after the visit. Emails, booking app and WhatsApp communications were great and my full deposit was returned. a tip for a the future would be to add blinds or curtains to the ceiling / high wall windows that run throughout the apartment so that the light doesn’t carry from one room into the next but the main windows that face the street were super so we slept well regardless.
