Sara (10/5): Just gorgeous and can’t wait to return - So well located, clean and a very warm welcome! I guess (as someone who loves a shower and whose partner is quite tall) the shower in our room was quite small but that’s it! I loved it
Kathleen (10/5): - Very friendly and welcoming propierters. Nothing was too much trouble. As I was on crutches and in an Orthopedic boot, Lyn straightaway gave me a portable handrail to help me in the bath and shower. Location of the guesthouse was ideal and access to the beach, pier, and shops, and restaurants was easily accesible on the flat. A very enjoyable stay, we would book again. Nothing.

Paul (9/5): Great location and nice, very clean property - So clean and centrally based with a lovely landlady. Nice room with dining table for two and fridge. Parking question answered very quickly-a professional team there. There were processes to go through before arriving eg had to pay before going through a payment link rather than pay by card on arrival. Toilet made noise after flushing and slightly leaking tap (property aware).

Arianna (10/5): - The location was perfect, just 3 minutes from the center and the seaside. The room was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Lyn and Kevin are amazing hosts! After check-out, we discovered a flat tire on our car and couldn’t drive back to London. Without hesitation, they helped us change the tire and even guided us to the nearest mechanic. Considering it was Sunday morning, their help was invaluable and very much appreciated. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Lyn and Kevin!

We did not try breakfast as we wanted to set off early to the places we came to visit. We met Lyn on arrival, she was very welcoming and gave us lots of information about the area.

Jennifer (10/5): Perfect stay! - Location was perfect for exploring Swanage, just round the corner from the train station and all local shops and amenities. Lynn was lovely, very friendly and understanding when we were delayed checking in. The property was perfectly set up for travelling with a young child (6), ensuite was perfect and room was warm, clean and spacious. There wasn't any onsite parking which I missed when booking, however there is a VERY cheap (£4 for two days) car park not 2 mins walk from the property so it was fine.

The host, a delightful and engaging individual, greeted me with a genuine smile, instantly making me feel at home. With its cosy decor, the guest house offered the perfect retreat after a day of travelling. The blend of comfort, friendly conversation, and beautiful surroundings made my stay pleasant, I'll stay again next time I visit. Very little to say in a negative light about this place, the only small gripe I had was with the toilet placement, but that's very subjective as I'm 6'3, and not many others would have the same issue as me
