Die Bettwäsche war schmutzig und von den Vormiietern gebraucht. Auch die Handtücher waren nicht frisch, sondern benutzt. Überall in der Wohnung war schlecht geputzt und Unordnung. Es gab nur ein 2er-Sofa. Nach einer Reklamation haben wir sofort frische Wäsche erhalten. Der Vermieter hat sich entschuldigt und war sehr freundlich und lösungsorientiert.

The beds in rooms 2 and 3 were totally unsitable for an adult. ONly room for 2 people to sit comfortably in the living room only one sofa to seat 2 whe n the property is marketed for 6 people

• Nadine (10/5): Great experience, friendly and accommodating host. - The area was really green and the cottage had everything I needed to settle in easily for a couple of nights stay. Parking is free and it was a good 20 minute walk to the nearest beach, when I didn't fancy driving there. Great location for a day trip to Lands End. Just a 30-40 minute drive.

Quirky being in holiday park in forest setting but enjoyed that - easy to find on instructions of host. Lovely large bathroom. Great to have the heating - needed it during our stay - to make the place cozy. Kitchen not so well appointed but made do. Shower over bathtub (a common feature in holiday stays throughout England we found), not ideal - either have a shower or a bathtub - not both, so you avoid, minimize splashing water everywhere and making the bathroom unsafe.

• Rabia (5/5): Okay - not one to recommend - The location was ideal. Nice quiet holiday park. As soon as we walked in there was musky smell and we had to open all the windows. There was under half a loo roll for 6 people stay. I understand self catering but simple amenities have always been provided in every self catering facility I used like loo roll shower/hair wash. There was no spare. The dish sponge was disgusting and I believe it should be replaced for hygiene. There was a used condom wrapper in the main bedroom wardrobe and other rubbish left by previous users in bed side draws, which makes me believe a thorough clean isn’t carried out after every use. The beds were extremely uncomfortable especially the bunk bed which creaked all night. The host was super responsive though and helpful. An okay stay for one night. Wouldn’t return.

• Adrian (10/5): A great place to stay in a beautiful location - Everything was very good. Extra bathroom downstairs was a great facility. Rooms were very comfortable. The host was friendly and helpful. We had difficulty with the washing machine and dryer.

When we arrived all the windows were open so it was cold, but the electric radiators quickly heated the rooms. It's good for short stays (1-2nights) but not more. Window blinds (moldy) needs changing. Some of the kitchen utensils were dirty. Moldy bathroom ceiling. One room didn't have the radiator so it was pretty chilly.

Entertainment/bingo was nice for kids to be able to join in Shop was a little small, Arcade wasn’t very big and Not in use. parking was limited. you have to book swimming which I wasn’t told. so be quick only 4/5 of us could Swim and there was a lot of no shows.
