• Elizabeth (8/5): - Sandrine was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Apartment was quite basic inside but very clean and well equipped. Lovely private garden for our apartment and very nice clean pool area. Easy walk to lake, bus stop, great bakery and small supermarket.
• Joanna (10/5): - Lovely quiet location but very close to shops & restaurants. Spacious apartment, the kitchen had everything-large fridge, 4 stove hob, microwave, oven. Super clean.

• Alexandra (9/5): Es war sehr entspannend und ein tolles Erlebnis. - Das Person war sehr nett und immer bei Fragen zur Verfügung, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Lage perfekt. Der Pool war perfekt um sich bei den warmen Temperaturen abzukühlen. Das liegt nicht an der Unterkunft, aber beim Pool waren die Kinder immer wieder mal mit ihrem ganzen Poolspielzeug innen und haben wenig Rücksicht genommen (obwohl dies eigentlich nicht gestattet war), gibt jedoch auch schlimmeres. Alles andere war perfekt.

• Anna (8/5): STRUTTURA CARINA CURATISSIMA CON POSTO MACCHINA INTERNO. MINI APPARTAMENTO BEN ARREDATO. - Residence molto carino, vicino a Sirmione comprendente appartamenti di varie dimensioni, ideale per chi progetta una vacanza sul lago di Garda. Avendo pernottato solo una notte non ho avuto tempo di usufruire di tutte le comodita' che offre. (la piscina). Tornero' in futuro per una periodo piu' lungo. Le abitazioni sono un po' sparpagliate fra i vari sentieri e si perde facilmente l' orientamento.

• Dawn (10/5): Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert. - Fußläufig in 2 Minuten zu einem schönen Strand am Gardasee. Unterkunft war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze sind geschützt durch eine elektrische Toreinfahrt. Auch sehr Hundefreundlich.

• Martin (9/5): Ein sehr gelungerner Aufenhalt bei schönem Wetter den wir gerne wiederholen werden. - Fussläufig war alles erreichbar. Ein großer Balkon, den man von der Küche und Schlafzimmer betritt. Mit Holzrollläden konnten die Türen verschlossen werden. Ebenso waren an den Türen aufrollbare Fliegengitter moniert. Schnelle Hilfe und Lösungen bei Problemen. Kein Safe vorhanden. Kein Geländer beim Einstieg in den Pool. Kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm vorhanden.

• Daniela-Elena (10/5): Es war toll - Es war sehr sauber. Daniela von der Rezeption war richtig nett und freundlich, der Rasen war gemäht und gepflegt und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Küche war mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Man konnte direkt im Innenhof parken, es gab eine Fußbodenheizung und reichlich Handtücher (3 oder 4 Stück pro Person). Unser Baby hatte ein Reisebett, das ebenfalls in einem sehr guten Zustand war. Der Check-in und Check-out haben sehr schnell und problemlos geklappt.

• Sophie (10/5): Super séjour - L’emplacement près de sirmione. Un parking privé et sécurisé. Appart propre et confortable. Avec une grande terrasse couverte idéal pour manger dehors et se reposer même par temps de pluie. Les abords sont entretenus tout les jours par les équipes. Sandrine notre hôte nous a accueilli en français et donné pleins de petits Conseils pour le séjour. Les produits de douche viennent des therme de Sirmione et étaient vraiment top. Établissement dog friendly (dog park a 5 min de marche de l’établissement ) La piscine un peu fraîche mais nous étions hors saison donc normal.

L’appartement était très propre et proche du lac, le parking sur place gratuit est très pratique et nous avons pu profiter de la piscine même si elle était fraîche

• Laura (8/5): Ottima base per il lago di Garda e dintorni - Posizione strategica per Sirmione, sia da raggiungere a piedi che utilizzando lo shuttle. Parcheggio disponibile gratuitamente in loco. Appartamento ben arredato e con buoni spazi sia interni che esterni.
• Sabine (10/5): - Top Lage, nur eine Minute zum See. Schöne, saubere Anlage mit tollem Pool. Die Wohnung perfekt in ruhiger Lage. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die Dame am Empfang ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder!

Garten sehr gepflegt, gute Parkmöglichkeiten.Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Sehr hellhörig, oft zu laut! Keine abgetrennten Terassen, Privatsphäre nicht möglich! Sehr einfach eingerichtet, kein Komfort. Am Wochenende oft keine Parkplätze frei, da der Strand in der Nähe ist!

• Angela (10/5): Fantastisch! Wij komen hier zeker terug! - De locatie was echt top! Overal dichtbij en toch ook lekker rustig. Uitgebreide kitchenette, goede bedden en prima badkamer. Het zwembad was ook erg prettig; na een dagje weg nog even zwemmen...heerlijk! Wij vonden het ook fijn dat we een tuintje hadden; lekker ruim. Verder was het appartement echt verzorgd en schoon. Sandrine was echt heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Parkeren op eigen terrein was goed geregeld middels een code. -Een tochtstrip onder de voordeur misten we; Tijdens de wat koudere avonden voelden we de wind daar onderdoor komen. -De douchebak liep wat langzaam leeg; putje had waarschijnlijk even een schoonmaakbeurt nodig.

• Marco (9/5): Moderna struttura nel verde in posizione comoda - Posizione fuori dal traffico ma strategica per visitare la zona di Sirmione e dintorni. Pulizia eccezionale e struttura ristrutturata completamente nel 2024. Gentilezza della reception nell'accoglienza. Cuscini troppo alti. Mancanza di sale, pepe e olio. Vicinanza alla piscina e all'alloggio vicino senza privacy e poca insonorizzazione. Bagno e doccia da ammodernare, ma funzionanti.

• CRISTINA (10/5): Soggiorno relax a pochi passi dal lago - La gentilezza del personale alla reception ci ha permesso di iniziare al meglio il nostro soggiorno nella struttura. Gli spazi esterni molto curati e l’appartamento comodi e funzionale. Piacevolissima la passeggiata lungo lago. La struttura è adiacente al Porto di Sirmione 2 dove è possibile noleggiare imbarcazioni e bici.

• Mariacristina (8/5): - Bellissima struttura, in un complesso riservato, comodo, nel verde, che da' proprio l'idea di essere in vacanza. Ottimo il parcheggio davanti la struttura e la vicinanza al centro. Gli spazi interni sono ampi, anche per piu' persone. Bello arrivare e trovare la casa riscaldata. Consiglio solo di ampliare un po' la parte pentole - accessori cucina per chi sceglie la struttura come casa, e aggiungerei qualche mobile- ripiano per agevolare gli appoggi.

• Laura (9/5): - Buono il posizionamento in zona tranquilla. Presenza di stoviglie e anche del detersivo sia per lavastoviglie che per piatti. Perfetta la temperatura interna, nonostante il clima esterno umido e freddino. Se ci si vuole muovere a piedi, c'è un solo ristorante a 250 m, mentre tutto il resto è a ca. un km, anche la Coop. Per il resto tutto ok.
