• Giuseppina (10/5): Soggiorno a Bologna da 10 e lode. - Soggiorno impeccabile! La struttura è modernissima, situata in un palazzo di recentemente costruzione. Gli ambienti sono curati nei minimi dettagli e la pulizia è davvero impeccabile — tutto profuma di nuovo e ordine. Il check-in è stato semplicissimo, rapido e ben organizzato, anche grazie alla disponibilità e alla gentilezza dell’host, che mi ha risposto con grande calore e attenzione. La biancheria da letto e da bagno era pulitissima, profumata e di ottima qualità — un dettaglio che fa davvero la differenza. La cucina, comoda e ben attrezzata, che mi ha permesso di sentirmi come a casa. Un grande valore aggiunto è il parcheggio privato comodissimo, che ha reso l'arrivo e la gestione dell’auto davvero senza pensieri. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca comfort, efficienza e un’accoglienza sincera. Torneremo sicuramente!

Facile raggiungere anche il centro città con mezzi pubblici. Nota informativa del proprietario precisa e dettagliata su come muoversi e suggerimenti dove andare a mangiare sia in zona che in centro. Letto grande e comodo.

• László (7/5): Good - The building is quite new, good parking space in the yard, lift in the building.Good grocery store 5 minutes on foot. Good tv set and new kitchen machines. There is no sofa or sofa bed, the bed in the living room is uncomfortable. The walls should be painted, the kitchen hood did not work. The the air conditioners are loud and difficult to adjust.

Otherwise 40 minutes walk to centre. Good air con which was important for us as we hit a hot period. Host made regular contact to check all was good.

• Sally (9/5): Comfortable modern apartment - good location - Comfortable place to stay for a couple of nights with free, secure parking and easy to find. Very modern and new facilities with smart TV. A 40 minute walk into town. The host is extremely responsive and keen to sort out any niggles. Would definitely recommend.

• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - New clean and cozy apartment in a new building. Fully equipped with everything you need for staying. Easy access to the city centre by bus. Supermarket, night store and a few cafes are right behind the corner. Highly recommended.

The bed was very comfortable and bathroom was new and clean. The balcony with chairs was very appreciated. I would repeat again! Everything was perfect! If I have to say something I’d like to have a Moka for coffee.
• Adrian (8/5): Cosy apartment for 2 or 3 persons - Manuela is a great host. She was very kind, always wanting to help. The block of flats is new and the apartment has it's own fenced parking space. The kitchen is well equipped with quality fridge, dishwasher and oven. It also has a kitchen hood which looks very nice, but it was not wired. The heating of the place is made with convectors, which can be a bit disturbing for persons with soft sleep. The host also provided for us some jam, toast and water for breakfast, but we didn't use. We could have used some basic olive oil and vinegar in the apartment. We bought some and left it for the next guests. :) The area seems safe, but it is difficult to get to city center by foot. We travelled by car. All the windows have shutters for complete blackout. The apartment has a long balcony. We booked this place as a family with two kids. But were disappointed about the dimensions of the secondary bed, the one for the children, which is narrow (can't fit two pillows aside) and stiff. We recommend max 3 travellers for this apartment. Or the host to advertise it accordingly. The main bedroom is also small: no more than 50 cm between the wall and the bed. The bed headrest had dust upon... and also under the beds... a vacuum cleaner would help. Beside the dust... the apartment was well cleaned before our arrival. Also for the soft sleep persons: Important to mention that there is a railway with trains passing less than 100m away from the windows. I'm attaching photos.

• Adrian (8/5): Nice new apartment - Nicely decorated and equipped apartment. New building, secured, with private parking. We used our car to visit Bologna center and the surroundings. The couch is not at all comfortable for sleeping, a mattress should be added on top of it, to make it a real extra bed. The area around the apartment, a contrast to the nice center of Bologna, but this is not something that the host can improve...
• Rui (10/5): Perfect apartment for a stay in Bologna (and the perfect host) - Everything: Manuela was quite attentive in every respect to make sure we had the best possible stay. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay is very well decorated and has a very modern and comfortable vibe that made everything even more pleasing. Location was perfect for our needs (off the city center and with a parking space on site. On top of all this we forgot a valued item in the apartment and Manuela was very attentive to the situation and arranged everything so that we could collect it when we returned to Bologna in the end of our trips. So we can't praise the whole experience enough! Nothing.

• Magdalena (8/5): Very good - Nice, modern,clean appartment, with elevator and air condition, ok.3km from the centre,but there is good bus connection, nice and helpfull owner. Sofa bed in living room is quite tattered and not stable, air condition is working, but it's not very effective.
• Ihardzeenka (8/5): An excellent option for 1-2 nights transit stay. - Good flat. Close to the airport. Has a private parking lot. A small breakfast was included as a welcome gift - that was nice. Nothing. For this purpose, the apartment has all the needed supplies.
• Piotr (10/5): Thanks to this place, our stay in Bologna will be well remembered. - Breakfast was left on the table by the host - toast, jam, etc. The location is fine, there is a bus stop a few metres from the flat, you go to the centre of Bologna a few minutes by bus. On the bus you buy tickets by putting your card to the reader - 1 card - 1 ticket, ticket control is done by verifying your payment card. If you want to buy 4 tickets you must have 4 payment cards :) Buses run frequently and until late at night. There is free, gated parking belonging to the flat. Keys are collected from the locker, the block is accessed by code. The flat is great, contact with the owner prompt. Thanks to the host's kindness, we were able to move in earlier so we could freshen up and explore beautiful Bologna for longer. The flat is perfectly clean. The flat is just right for 3-4 adults, I would suggest the host to insert a more comfortable extra bed. There is no wifi internet in the flat but overall we didn't need it because we have it on our mobile phone :)

I miss a few things like a good knife, cups for tea
• Zinet (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very nice, modernly decorated, clean, had constant hot water and is located in a very quiet area. The host responded to all my messages very promptly and was very helpful. The apartment does not have wifi, I hope they will install it in the near future. We would prefer a full length mirror in the room as well as disposable slippers.
• Ivo (9/5): Superb - A very nice and compact, fully equipped apartment, in a new and safe building with access control. Clean and nicely decorated. Private parking is available. The city center is easily accessible and at the walking distance of around 30 minutes. We had a small breakfast as a compliment from the host. :) Thank you Manuela! I've been there with my family (2+2) and the sofa bed was not really comfortable even for the kids to sleep on. All the rest was perfect.

The wrap around terrace is huge and it is an amazing addition to the apartment. Check-in was smooth and easy. Private parking place inside the yard is an amazing feature, all spacious and secure. Manuela is a great host, very friendly and willing to provide assistance and instructions at any time. We were delighted to find everything we needed for a light breakfast and amazing coffee waiting for us in the apartment. Definitely a place that i would gladly return to, if I'm ever in Bologna again. No complaints.
