• Célia Ce (9/5): Fabuloso - Emplacement exceptionnel en plein coeur de la ville. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire qui nous a envoyé plein d'informations. Le studio est bien équipé et la literie est de bonne qualité. Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions laissées par le propriétaire. C'est le pendant de choisir un logement en plein centre : l'environnement est bruyant, il faut le savoir. Le studio manque d'éclairage (impossible de lire), une table de chevet avec une petite lampe de bureau pourrait être installée.
• The Felkers (5/5): More of a 6.2 dressed as an 8.4 - The location was excellent. Walking distance to everything (expect a lot of walking!). The host had left many treats; wine, chocolate, beer, water and some pasta. Also available were other essentials a traveler might need (razors, toothbrush, etc). The kitchen was equipped with most tools to get the job done. We chose this property because of three things: location, washing machine and kitchen. I don't understand its high score as it barely met these needs. While mostly well equipped, the kitchen lacked a knife (why?!) and useful essentials to make meal preparing possible. The hot water in the kitchen sink doesn't work, and despite reporting it, went unrepaired. The mini fridge freezer door is missing, so water pools on every flat surface of the shelves. Making this kitchen more work than reward. The washing machine is broken, from other reviews, it looks like its been that way for a while . While the host did get us a service, this failed to meet my DIY needs and frankly feels misleading. From other reviews we knew to expect noise; what we didn't expect was how much, the type and how long. Literally 24/7 you will hear traffic clanging over metal grates. I wish it was lively restraunt people noise; nothing prepares you for being abruptly woken at 3am by a screaming worker in delivery truck (sleeping WITH earplugs). The apartment is dark, so you will need the lights on but you will have to close the windows for privacy because there are 2 apartments that look in on the bed and 1 to the bathroom. I see the host able to give the last word on all these reviews and I don't think thats fair to us travellers. These issues are not resolved by a "good attitude" or gratitude because they offered us goods we didn't ask for; I wanted laundry, privacy and kitchen I could make meals in....not a bottle of Chianti & chocolates. Fix the broken things and don't downplay the noise; the location is worth it if you can get past that.
• Elena (6/5): - La posizione: praticamente a 5 minuti si arrivava ovunque nel centro. Vicino all appartamento minimarket, ristoranti, take away e negozi. L host disponibilissimo, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni e ci ha fatto trovare un piccolo pensiero al nostro arrivo. Disponibilità al check tardivo senza problemi. Non c'è il riscaldamento ma solo un termoventolatore da parete quindi d inverno fa troppo freddo.

• Celina (6/5): Unterkunft war i.o. - Die Lage war super, das Apartment hatte such noch extra Decken und Kissen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Das Apartment war relativ dreckig, vorallem die Küche und das Bad. Die Küche wurde schon lange nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt und wir haben einen gebrauchten Schwamm erhalten. Im Bad hatte es Schimmel in der Dusche und das Bidet roch nach Stuhlgang (hatte sich Stuhlreste im Abfluss). Dagegen wurde nichts unternommen, obwohl wir es gemolden haben. Der Kühlschrank in der Küche war auch defekt und das Zimmer war sehr kalt.
• Radosław (10/5): - Bardzo dobra oraz miła komunikacja z właścicielem. Mile upominki na przywitanie. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania.
• Maciej (9/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, pomocny gospodarz. Są pewne rzeczy, które wymagałyby podreperowania. Brak poszwy na kołdrę tylko dodatkowe prześcieradło pomiędzy ciało a kołdrę.

Welcome pack of wine, chocolate, biscuits etc lovely and the supplies in the bathroom Lighting over bed wasn’t good enough to read by -could do with some bedside lamps.

Clean and comfortable room, with all the comforts of home. Alessandro is a very helpful, communicative, and extremely hospitable host. Highly recommended. Everything was perfect!

• taneja (10/5): Great stay, excellent location, best host - The host did everything to make you feel comfortable, he gave us a free breakfast at the nearby cafe. Kept some snacks for us at the property, even kept beer and wine in the fridge. Location was superb. If you forget your suitcase he has everything for you to have all the amenities.

• Ornella (8/5): - Accomodation was in a great central place close to everything. All major attractions no more than 15 minutes walk away . Lots of restaurants close by. Very small apartment but it was fine for us. Alessandro the host was very knowledgeable and helpful with local info and always in contact with us. We enjoyed our 6 nights in Roma. Small shower and needed more cleaning, washing machine was not working.

• Robert (10/5): Rzymski klimat, spokój ,wspaniała lokalizacja. Miły i pomocny właściciel. - Lokalizacja w starej kamienicy w centrum starego Rzymu. Stara kamienica z nowoczesnymi udogodnieniami , nowe ładne szczelne okna, klimatyzacja ,ładna łazienka, aneks kuchenny z płytą indukcyjną. Wszędzie blisko, do najważniejszych atrakcji, zabytków można iść spacerem, nie trzeba korzystać z komunikacji publicznej ani taxi. W ciągu dnia pomiędzy zwiedzaniem kolejnych miejsc można przyjść do apartamentu aby się odświeżyć i wyjść ponownie na miasto. Właściciel bardzo pomocny, komunikatywny poprzez watshap, Chętnie doradza i udziela pomocnych wskazówek. Mogliśmy zameldować się o 2 w nocy, nie było problemu, na miejscu czekał na nas pracownik z kluczami a na powitanie właściciel zostawił nam dobre wino raz kilka przekąsek, które z uwagi na porę przyjazdu okazały się dobrym prezentem ponieważ nie poszliśmy spać głodni. Nie mamy żadnych uwag, jednak należy pamiętać że jest to mieszkanie w starej kamienicy, słabo nasłonecznione i zacienione , dające odpoczynek przed upalnym słońcem ale co za tym idzie nie jest zbyt jasne i nawet w ciągu dnia trzeba w głębi pomieszczenia używać oświetlenia. Podczas naszego pobytu nie działała pralka, ale właściciel zaproponował w razie potrzeby zabranie rzeczy do prania i prasowania gratis.

• Francis (8/5): Very good - A nice little one room studio apartment that is modestly furnished and well located in the historic centre of Rome. The host was always available by phone and provided lots of good tips on dining and sightseeing options. The entrance is via a very steep and narrow staircase. The small kitchen area was well equipt but there was no hot water to the sink and no sink plug making it difficult to wash anything. The shower recess was very small and partially blocked by a washing machine making it difficult to manouver.
• Maureen (7/5): Cute Apartment Close to the Pantheon - Location. Location. Location. Fantastic. Communication with our host was excellent. He went above and beyond for us with info and tips about Rome, snacks and drinks. No couch. Just a bed and chairs. I didn’t see a couch or comfy chair in the pictures so there was no false expectation. The apartment was clean and comfortable otherwise.

• Scott (10/5): A wonderful experience with a very reactive, knowledgeable and nice host/ - The apartment is in an amazing location. The host, Alessandro, made sure we got the keys perfectly and the apartment is clean, tidy and homey. He'd also left us some wine, pasta and sauce - everything you could need :) We had a GREAT time and Alessandro even let us check out a bit later then usual 'cause I'd just run the Rome marathon and my legs weren't working well. A very good time, a great location and friendly host - what more could you ask for in the eternal city?

Only found out that previous guests had broken it when I sent a message. Should have been informed before arrival. Quite strict that I had to leave by 09:30 on departure day. It says 10:00 on Booking.com

• Marharyta (9/5): A good option in the quiet city center for a short trip - Perfect location, very clean, the bed is comfortable. the apartment is small, but for a short stay it is a good choice. The host left us some treats upon check-in and gave a lot of advice what to see in Rome. The communication was perfect in general. The self check-in was easy, just pick up the keys from the nearby store. There is little daylight as the window looks into the neighboring house, and the very high audibility, most likely a thin floor covering from the apartment above
• Mary (8/5): Autumn in Rome - Small traditionally _ furnished studio apartment with wooden beamed ceiling and small kitchenette Very helpful host who provided lots of info. on the attractions and amenities in the area. Great location in the heart of the old Rome with cafes ,restaurants and traditional food shops nearby. Lovely to see traditional craft shops like bespoke shoe and tie shops, leather restorers and picture framers still thriving. Only minutes from the Piazza Navona and Pantheon. Area felt safe. Steep stone staircase might not suit everyone.

• Vasilisa (8/5): Super central lovely apartment with great host - Well located right in the heart of Rome just some minutes from piazza Navona and Pantheon. Comfy bed and overall nice studio apartment with everything you need for a stay. The host is very caring and got in contact with me well in advance to ensure the check in is smooth and find the property without any issue, he also shared some tips and generally was absolutely on top of everything. The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s a short but pretty sharp staircase one has to climb to get to the apartment. Generally not a problem during the stay but moving bulky and heavy luggage was a pain indeed

The place is small but perfect for a solo traveller to retreat to. The location was fantastic, walking distance to most things! A small dish drying rack would be a useful addition to the kitchen or a tea towel to dry dishes. Otherwise, everything was perfect 😊

• Susan (7/5): A simple, authentic apartment in an amazing location! - It was in an amazing location so close to many of the important sites that you can walk to. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the special treats that were left for us. A fabulous wine bar right across from the apartment that also made wonderful coffee. Obico restaurant was only a block away on our street and the food was fantastic. Alessandro communicated very well with us and gave us lots of suggestions for things we could do. Easy check in. We liked everything. Some people may find the 15 steep stairs leading to the apartment difficult. We were fine with them.

Considering there’s no elevator in this building, the apartment is perfect - Responsive host and sent guides and recommendations for the city. Even left us welcome gifts in the apartment! - Host sent detailed instructions several days before arrival so everything was smooth - It’s an old apartment but has all necessary amenities - Easy check in and check out - It’s an old apartment so the apartment lights are dark
