• Snehal (3/5): Don't booking for family - Location and food was delicious Don't Book for family As per my booking, I had reserved a Family Room with a garden balcony, but the room provided was different and not clean. Later they changed the room but still many things were missing like toiletries, slippers, towels. Geyser was also not working in this cold weather. And buffet breakfast mentioned on Booking.com was not provided. We faced a lot of inconvenience.

I stayed for one night (8 hours) and said that i'd checkout and they asked me to pay double of one day price. really bad hotel bad expereince! Nothing! Seriously listen to me get a better hotel! pay 500-1000INR extra but never try this one!

• Dhimaan (1/5): BOOKING.COM SHOULD DO EVERYTHING TO GET MY MONEY BACK OF COMPENSATE ME FOR THIS LAPSE. - There was absolutely nothing good to write about this Property, Staff, Facility, Breakfast etc. Only one good thing, i can write about is the Location of the Property. Room was Pathetic. Service was Hopeless. Breakfast was just for namesake and very small Quantity, Tasteless without much choice. Creaking Bed, Seepage on the Walls and Ceiling. Bathroom was much worse, On top of all, the staff was very happy as if taunting with a message to me, "LOOK WE LOOTED YOUR MONEY & YOU JUST CAN'T DO ANYTHING". Spoken with the owner too but to no avail.

The best part is the hotel’s location — it is very close to City Palace, Jantar Mantar and other major tourist attractions, which makes travel extremely easy. • Victoria (4/5): No recomendable - Lo único bueno fue el patio del hotel ! Un jardín lindo y tranquilo . El agua caliente de la ducha duraba para 3 personas consecutivas sin problema. Estaba completamente en desuso , la parte del desayuno estaba abandonado, las mesas tenían polvo y el chico de recepción lo limpió con un pantalón que había por ahí ! La habitación era amplia, las sábanas tenían olor al igual que las toallas ! La desayuno incluido fue café y un plato de Poha para cada uno.

Room size is good, bed were decent and comfy for family room. Window AC was not working well. Did not get the room cold. Toilet had bad smell. Average cleanliness. Room was humid. • Shivani (2/5): Very poor - No glasses were provided to drink water. As staff slept we searched glasses ourself and found condoms in the kitchen instead. Staff was polite but was not understanding simple things. We wanted to modify stay to one day and put request in app but owner did not respond timely and booking could not be modified. • Tarun (8/5): Good property and staff with some scope of improvement - Cooperative and well mannered staff. Property location and connectivity to main attractions in Jaipur including some of the untouched, not so popularised by worth visiting places nearby. The staff is cooperative and accommodative but needs to be a bit more proactive for basic services at least those that are listed and maintenance of facilities. The basic services had to be asked for many of the basic things but were ultimately provided. May invest some amount and time once in a while on maintenance and basic services.

Recommended for a hustle-free stay. 1) They can work on the furniture layout for a family room. Not enough space to roam around and was constantly getting hit by a bed’s leg due to less space. 2) Located in purely residential area. You’ll have to take an auto/cab to reach atleast Sindhi Camp to start the journey.

• Gulshan (8/5): Very good - The owner of the property, Mr. Sandeep is a very decent and well mannered person. He is always there to help. He managed to pick us at odd hours and this kind of help is greatly appreciated. Among staff members, Ashu is really a gem for the hotel as he is helpful in each and everything. It was really very nice to meet such nice fellows. Some amenities in the hotel require replacement/modifications but the decent behaviour of the owner and staff covers up all the odd things.

• Das (10/5): Exceptional - Liked each and everything about this stay. They upgraded us to a family room with two large beds. The rooms were huge in size and the hospitality was also great. We wanted to shop some Rajasthani blankets which they guided us to their know shop from where we got products at a huge discount.

• Kaustab (9/5): A fulfilling stay at Hotel Singhasan - The owner and the manager were outstanding. The owner personally came to the station to pick up which was such a nice gesture. The manager Mr. Ayush was very courteous and friendly. He arranged for our breakfast and also a cab for our city tour. The breakfast menu had so much variety. Overall it was a fulfilling experience and we would love to come back again The washroom's basin was leaking.

One more gentleman who was also present and managing needs to be thanked. Unfortunately I forgot his name. Food was homely and we preferred to have that instead of spicy food. It was very clean and with proper basic amenities. Nothing to dislike.
