• Michael (7/5): Central location close to train station. Very spacious. - Central location with working elevator. One of the bathrooms were small, but it is a very old building so what can you do.

• Guest (5/5): Great location but a very old building with subpar facilities and no air conditioning. - I could have sworn that the website advertised air conditioning as that is what I was expecting but it is possible that I misinterpreted the profile. Fixtures were very old and in need of repair. No air conditioning. No microwave. Elevator was extremely small and could not accommodate a single person in a manual wheelchair.

Tinha máquina de lavar roupa o que foi muito útil. Acústica. Poderiam trocar as janelas por alguma que tivesse um sistema acústico melhor. O barulho à noite foi um pouco incomodo, assim como ser acordado às 5h pelos carros de serviço.

• Jeni (7/5): Great location but have a clear check in plan - The location of this place is amazing! The apartment is in fact HUGEEE and is plenty of room for a family. The market is a block over and there is a laundromat, two doors down the street, many restaurants and desert spots. The view is spectacular and the train station is an easy 10/15 minute walk away. The kitchen was very handy and the two bathrooms make a stay with a family much easier. The sheets, linens and mattresses could use a deep clean as they are stained which was not pleasurable. The host, though very kind and helpful, had poor communication during the check in, so try to have a clear plan in advance with the host and get a phone number as the one in booking is not dependable at all.
