• drakeSLO (8/5): - Good value, clean, wi-fi, quiet, near Cagliari... The air conditioner in the bedroom is constantly making loud noises the yoga mats are too soft for my taste - maybe they need to be replaced

• jacques (8/5): Bon séjour dans quartier calme et proche mer - La situation au bord de mer. Appartement très propre . Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires .
• CARLA (9/5): - Carla e Gianni ci hanno ricevute nel miglior modo possibile,  sono stati estremamente disponibili sia per gli orari del check in che del check out e ci hanno dato informazioni utilissime sui dintorni. L'appartamento è ampio e pulitissimo e si trova in una posizione favolosa  per visitare la costa del Cagliaritano  con la bellissima spiaggia del Poetto che le calette verso Villasimius. C'è un ampio parcheggio e la casa si affaccia direttamente sul mare. Supermercato e ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. Sicuramente ci tornerò.

• Alessandro (10/5): Gentilezza e confort - Soggiorno davvero piacevole! Carla e Gianni ci hanno accolto con grande gentilezza e disponibilità, facendoci sentire subito a casa. L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort: aria condizionata in entrambe le camere, cucina super attrezzata con macchina del caffè a cialde, microonde, piastre, tostapane, bollitore e frigo. Il bagno è molto spazioso e il box doccia funzionale e comodo. Un alloggio curato e pratico in ogni dettaglio, perfetto per un soggiorno confortevole.

• Dmitriy (10/5): Un tout grand merci aux hotes, Carla and Gianni, pour leur acceuil qui a été excellent - Nous avons tout apprécié, à commencer par la maison elle-meme. L'emplacement de la maison est très pratique et vraimant réussi. Il y a des magasins, une pharmacie et des petits cafés à proximité ou l'on peu bien manger. De plus, la maison donne directement sur la mer, avec une très belle vue, idéale pour passer les soirées et faire des promenades. rien à dire

• Colin (9/5): Very satisfied, great hosts. - The apartment was very spacious , everything you need was available and as described, for me I wanted to be out of the city to launch a few road trips and this was the perfect location. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, I would come back should the option arise.

Hosts are fantastic. - There are many good things to say about staying at Apartamento Sul de Mare. Hosts Gianni and Carla were extremely nice and helpful. The place was huge for just one person, but I enjoyed it very much. It was very quiet at night, and I was able to sleep very well. It had everything I needed, was super clean, and very comfortable. There are sea views from the kitchen window and one of the bedrooms, but it is best to go out the gate and walk along the coast, which is right there. I was able to do my laundry, and Gianni showed me where everything was that I needed. He even drove me to where the new stand is to buy a bus ticket, showed me some restaurants, and even drove me to Poeto Beach when I had difficulty getting a bus ticket.
• Steve (10/5): Sea and Sun - The location was tranquil. My husband slept so well after many, many years. The property is clean, spacious and has good shower and nice simple kitchen. We wanted a sea view in the morning and evening. I enjoyed my coffee morning on the seaside—a beautiful Sunset with a glass of wine. There is a supermarket, pharmacy,bar and restaurant about 10 mins walk. We are a family of four, we didn't hire a car, we walked and took buses and taxis. We learned to take the bus to the other end of the beach and the centre of Cagliari. Gianni, the owner, is at your disposal and ready to help you if you need anything. If you want to visit the buildings more than 3,500 years old, he could help you give you the information. Would have been useful to have information about the surrounding areas in a folder.

• Patryk (10/5): I sincerely recommend it - The apartment is large, spacious, has two bedrooms and a kitchen where things for our first breakfast were waiting for us. Very clean. Private parking, apartment located by the sea, a short drive from Caligiari. The owners were very nice and helpful. Honestly, I travel a lot and the others could learn from Carla and Gianni. Everything at the highest level. Everything was perfect

All beaches (recommendation Mari Pintau) can be reached quickly by car. Very nice hosts who take care of everything. The flat is large and offers a lot of space and is well equipped. The hosts have many and good tips for the islands. This also made it a very nice holiday. We were very, very satisfied!
