The studio is located on the third floor of the building, with a large private terrace. Ideal for 2 people, although another two people can sleep on a sofa bed. It is close to an area of bars, restaurants, supermarket, shops, pharmacy and bank. Suitable for those who come with a car, because there are free public parking spaces on the street, right in front. In summer they are usually free all day, in winter from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m., too. There is a bus stop just 164 ft away. and the Baños del Carmen beach is 0.6 mi away. The historic city center of Malaga is about 1.9 mi away, and the bus goes directly to the center.

I loved the quiet location, yet close enough to the bus stop to get you into the city centre. Some wonderful bars and restaurants nearby. Also, the supermarket is within walking distance. - Valentina (10/5): Come sentirsi a casa...a Malaga❤️ - Durante una vacanza a Malaga, io e una mia amica abbiamo soggiornato nel monolocale con patio e vista sulle montagne e ci siamo trovate davvero molto bene.
L’appartamento è curato, pulito e accogliente, esattamente come nelle foto. È inoltre fornito di tutto il necessario, quindi perfetto per sentirsi a proprio agio e vivere il soggiorno senza pensieri.
Gli spazi sono ben organizzati e ci siamo sentite subito come a casa. La zona è residenziale, tranquilla e molto piacevole. Nei dintorni si trovano facilmente bar, ristoranti e un supermercato, quindi è davvero comodo per ogni esigenza.
Il mare è a pochi passi, un grande valore aggiunto!
Davanti all’appartamento c’è la fermata dell’autobus, molto comoda, e sul lungomare (a circa un chilometro) ce ne sono anche altre, rendendo gli spostamenti semplici e veloci.
Un altro grande valore aggiunto è stato sicuramente il proprietario, sempre gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni dettaglio. Direttamente tramite lui, c'è anche la possibilità di noleggiare auto, scooter o biciclette: una comodità in più per organizzare al meglio gli spostamenti.
È stata un’esperienza molto positiva e lo consigliamo senza dubbi a chi vuole godersi mare e tanto relax, senza però rinunciare alla movida e tutto ciò che offre il centro di Malaga. 😊

- Bogucka-Tondera (7/5): - Wyposażenie pokoju to lata 80, ale jest czysto. Kanapa jako dodatkowe spanie była bardzo twarda, musiałam prosić o kołdrę i pościel w nocy, bo zapomnieli naszykować. Zaobserwowałam kilka małych wad. Brakowało nam zmywarki. W pilocie od telewizora nie było baterii. Lokalizacja dla nas nie była dobra, gdyż jeździliśmy na wycieczki z centrum miasta taxi ok. 20 minut. Można zejść na dół do morza ( plaża czarna ) ok. 15 minut drogi w dół, a stamtąd spacerkiem pójść do miasta ( około godz. ),ale powrót bardzo pod górę. Dobrą opcją jest autobus nr 33, który jedzie do centrum ok 20 minut. Przystanek jest na wprost . Cisza i spokój
- Brona (8/5): A great place to stay - We had a wonderful stay at Jaun’s place. It is great value for money. Juan is a very kind man and made us really feel at home. The location is a little bit out from the city but that didn’t bother us. There is a big hill up to the apartment but again that didn’t bother us- it was good for the leg muscles! The apartment itself had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was really good. The little area outside really adds to this place. We enjoyed our breakfast sitting out in the sun. We would definitely recommend this place Nothing

- Éva (8/5): - Nagyon szép helyen van a szállás, egy dombon, kilátással a tengerre. Közelben megtalálható minden, bolt, étterem, gyógyszertár. Esti időszakban csendes, nyugodt környezetben. A közelben több iskola található, a napközbeni ingyenes parkolás a szállás előtt lehetetlen.
Az ágy kényelmes ugyan, de nekünk kicsi volt.
A mosógép közös használatra van , és csak meghatározott időben 9- 16ig lehet használni, többnyire akkor nem tartózkodtunk a szobánkban, így nem tudtuk használni.
- G. Roos (8/5): Het was heel fijn. - De ruimte en inrichting van het hoekappartement, de vele ramen, het terras en het contact met de eigenaar. Het appartement ligt op een heuvel. Als je geen auto hebt, kun je kiezen uit een stevige wandeling omlaag en omhoog of de bus.

- landje62 (8/5): Great apartment in a perfect location - We look back on a pleasant stay in one of the apartments at Flamencos del Cerrado. A few things stood out:
- Owner Juan is a pleasant man and is always available whenever something needs to be resolved.
- The apartment's location is excellent. Just outside the bustle of the city, yet all necessary amenities are within walking distance. One criticism... upon arrival, we discovered that several things in the apartment weren't functioning or organized properly. While these issues were resolved, the owner should have noticed them during a quality control inspection before our arrival.

- Jana (4/5): - Das Apartment D3 hat mir nicht gefallen, die Lage ist nicht gut, in Zentrum braucht man 33 Bussstationen oder 1 Stunde zu Fuß. Ich würden nicht mehr dort übernächtigen wollen. Die Sauberkeit hat auch nicht meine Erwartungen erfüllt, überall Ameisen, auch in der Dusche. Das WC wurde uns dreckig überlassen, es gab am Anfang nur 2 Handtücher (für 2 Leute), wir bekammen auf die Nachfrage noch welche. Es gab nur einen Lacken dass als Decke deklariert wurde, die Ausstatung der Küche war auch nichts besonderes, die Kaffemaschine war 100 Jahre alt. Die Dusche war mit WC zusammen und sehr eng, man konnte sehr schwer die Tür zumachen. Der Wasserstrahl war sehr schwach.
Die Umgebung war schön, die Lage schlecht.
Ich verstehe die positiven Bewertungen nicht, unser Apartment hat unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt.

- Nijolė (9/5): Ramus poilsos - Patiko, kad naktimis mažai triukšmo, netoli jūra. Atgal nuo jūros, kad nereiktų pesčiomis kilti į kalną, važiuodavom autobusu. Autobusai stoja tik stabdant, į sustojimo ženklą nekreipia dėmesio😀 Šiukšles reikia išsinešti patiems, tai nėra sunku, bet galvoju, kad turėtų būti pasirūpinta šiukšlių maišais.

- Doreen (8/5): Ich komme gerne wieder - Sehr schönes Appartement. Die Vermietenden sind herzlich und alles war sehr unkompliziert. Ich konnte mein Gepäck vor dem Checkin schon abstellen. Besonders toll ist die Terasse. Hier konnte ich Abends sitzen bei Oliven, Brot und Wein und die Aussicht genießen.
Super gut Ist die Busverbindung ins Zentrum. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca 15min
und es gibt zahlreiche Gastronomie in der Umgebung.

- Orsola (10/5): Malaga ❤️ - La struttura dispone di molte opportunità di pernottamento. Tutte le abitazioni sono dotate di tutti i servizi, come se fossi a casa.
Nei mesi estivi è facile parcheggiare lungo la strada e si ha la possibilità di lasciare l'auto e muoversi con il bus.
La posizione dista 14 minuti dal centro con l'auto, ma Malaga in auto è impraticabile. Conviene lasciare l'auto e affidarsi ai trasporti pubblici che arrivano in qualsiasi posto si voglia.
Il mare è distante solo 14 minuti a piedi e a pochi minuti si trovano market e ristoranti.
- Giovanni (10/5): - Ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene, l'appartamento era tenuto molto bene, pulito e ordinato con la possibilità di avere anche l'occorrente per pulire se necessario. Si trova vicino a varie fermate del bus, ristoranti, bar e anche un supermercato. Siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti sia dall' appartamento in sé che da Juan che è stato veramente gentile e disponibile anche nel spiegarci e consigliarci dove andare e cosa fare durante la nostra permanenza. Speriamo di tornare presto

- Véronique (8/5): Une semaine à Malaga - Le studio climatisé est magnifique, il y a tout ce qu'il faut : une grande chambre, une salle de bain, un bureau, une cuisine équipée avec frigo un canapé et une magnifique terrasse avec une belle vu, la Wi-Fi. Pas de machine à laver dans le studio mais possibilité de laver son linge dans la résidence.
Le propriétaire est tres sympa, accueil chaleureux.
Il y a des places pour se garer dans la rue.
Des bus passent toutes les heures pour se rendre aux plages ou au centre de Malaga qui est jolie et tres animé la nuit. Arrêt de bus à côté de la résidence.
Restaurants et petits commerces proches à pied dont grande et bonne boulangerie/pâtisserie café. Il faut prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage ( 30 min à pied mais retour tout en montée) et pour les grosses courses.

- Bruna Micaela (10/5): - Hemos pasado una estancia excelente! El personal es muy simpático, divertido y siempre atento, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más agradable. El apartamento estaba amplio, limpio y perfectamente equipado.
¡Sin duda volveremos en nuestra próxima visita a Málaga! La única pequeña observación es que la ubicación está un poco alejada, pero es totalmente aceptable ya que hay medios de transporte cercanos.
- Juan Jose (10/5): Genial - Apartamento muy amplio y cómodo y super equipado. Siempre hay donde aparcar. Zona muy tranquila con restaurantes, supermercado, farmacia y tiendas. Muy cerca de la playa y del centro de Málaga.
- Ain (10/5): Väga rahul. - Jõudsime hilja kohale aga see polnud probleem. Kõik sujus . Majutus oli puhas, korras. Peremees Juan oli olemas, kui vajasime. Parkimisega probleeme ei olnud, alati leidus vaba koht maja ees tänaval. Málaga kesklinna autoga ei soovita minna, kuna parkimine võib osutuda keeruliseks. Kasutasime ühistransporti, mis liigub tihti. Läheduses on söögikohti ja hea valikuga pood ning panaderia (saiapood ja kohvik). Meie jäime väga rahule. ¡Muchas gracias!
- Aldo (10/5): Monolocale a 5 ⭐ - Un bellissimo monolocale situato in un quartiere residenziale in collina con aria sempre fresca e ventilata anche in pieno giorno lontano dal caos cittadino e soprattutto con la possibilità di poter parcheggiare l'auto comodamente e gratuitamente davanti al portone d'ingresso. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort e pulizia impeccabile con vista sulla splendida Malaga. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata BUS, dai supermercati, ristoranti, farmacia ecc ecc... Il proprietario Juan é una persona squisita e gentile sempre molto disponibile ed attento nel soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta dei propri clienti e sempre pronto a dare validi consigli e suggerimenti a tutti. Consigliatissimo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- Armine (10/5): - Juan is heel vriendelijke gastheer. Reageert heel snel en staat klaar om je te helpen. Mooie locatie met een een prachtige uitzicht naar de bergen en en de zee. Je kan makelijk overal heen en ook naar city center. Alles is dichtbij. Er zijn leuke terassen, cafés en ontbijt plekken op loopafstand. Ideale locatie om tot rust te komen en 'savonds wat gaan drinken in de city center.
- Romy (9/5): Estadia mãe e filha - Apartamento bem equipado com o necessário para os dias de estadia. Local bem sossegado, ambiente bem tranquilo. De destacar a simpatia do Sr Juan que foi muito prestável com recomendações no primeiro dia. Do susto que apanhei no dia que estava a cozinhar e o alarme de fumo disparou porque o detetor está muito perto do fogão, mas ficou tudo bem. Alguma loiça estava mal lavada...

Vanaf de locatie lopend afdalen naar het strand, links aanhouden en genieten van prachtige baaien met leuke horeca locaties met veel locals, dat zegt vaak genoeg! Niets, voldoende parkeergelegenheid, bushalte naar centrum van Malaga op 50 meter, maar ook te voet langs de boulevard goed te doen! Kaartje bij de chauffeur €1,40 p/p met de pinpas, dus waar hebben we het over😅

Do centrum Malagi można było dojść pieszo malowniczą trasą, jest też dojazd autobusem. Nie było problemu z zaparkowaniem samochodu pod samym obiektem. Apartament położony w ładnej. spokojnej okolicy. Do najbliższych barów, knajpek i marketu ok 300 m. Apartament wygodny, zadbany, komfortowy dla dwóch osób.

Właściciel bardzo miły, pomocny, nie na rzucający się. Restauracje, sklepy, przystanki autobusowe dostępne niedaleko od apartamentu co też jest na duży plus. - Tomasz (10/5): Idealna wizyta poza sezonem w urokliwym obszarze Malagi. - Apartament był bardzo funkcjonalny. Doceniam merytoryczny i pełen życzliwości kontakt z Gospodarzem, który płynnie posługiwał się językiem angielskim, dzięki jego informacjom od razu poczułem się jak u siebie.
