Fernandes (7/5): It was a good experience and its not very far from bus ekta nagar stn but its better to have ur own vehicle but travelli - The property is good but the hall space is less and the stairs are little uncomfortable for old age people and children otherwise the overall staff and room is good and clean but little pricy and expensice The hall space is less due more bed in the hall and its little overprices its good for a value of 1500 to 2000

Harshit (5/5): Passable - Location is nice near the SOU. owner have to more focus on cleanliness in Bathrooms and bedsheets and hygiene. Also they have to be ready for water storage tank and staff have to be able for service.

Akshay (2/5): Very poor - Only the Location is good. 1. We had informed the owner about our arrival than too the room was given 1.5 hour after our arrival this was the 1st disappointment. Because of this we had to delay our further plans. 2. The care taker had not cleaned room properly again on bringing things to his notice he gave us various excuses this was the 2nd disappointment. 3. They had promised a balcony for the room but to our surprise they gave us the ground floor which obviously had no balcony our 3rd disappointment. 4. The most gross experience was with the washroom of the room, the Western toilet had no flush we had to pour bucket from top the water was spilling out of commode (yuck) and on the other hand as I said earlier care takers had not paid attention to cleanliness the jet-spray in toilet had some SHIT on it, literally a SHIT Sticked to jet-spray. This was a nightmare. (The earlier guest who used the room should have taken care of it, they shouldn't have done such a thing, such disgusting people we have got in country) It was such a horrible experience that I had washed my hands nearly 10-Times in the basin after using the commode. Room is good, only the caretaker should have done his duty well.

Rushabh (3/5): Budget friendly place, but cleanliness needs to improve - 1. Helpful host, always available 2. Location is 6km away from Shrestha Bhavan, the car parking lot. 1. Cleanliness was not up to mark. Bathrooms were not so clean, the bed’s headrest had dust on it, and we saw stains on walls near the wash basin. Need the host to keep this place clean. We had kids with us and, hence we stress on room cleanliness 2. Geyser in one bathroom was not working, we stayed on ground floor flat.
