We called before booking and were told there was onsite parking. However, after booking, we were sent a postcode for a paid car park that was a 6-minute walk away. There is no car access near the hotel, which made carrying luggage extremely difficult.
The apartment was in a very poor condition. The bed was broken, there were cockroaches, and the whole building smelled bad. It was advertised as an “opulent luxury apartment”, but in reality it was nothing like that.
The video of the apartment was sent but the apartment no longer looks anything like it.
Cleanliness was shocking: there were bodily fluid stains on the bedroom walls and hair on the bedding.
We contacted the owner about these issues, but they read our messages and completely ignored us.
Overall, this was a terrible and extremely disappointing experience. Do not stay here.

- Jonny (1/5): SHOCKING!!!!! - Nothing… Place was horrible scruffiest place have ever stayed. Hi, I would to make a complaint about this booking and speak to somebody about the condition of this place this was booked as a luxury apartment.
The place is a complete mess hadn’t been cleaned very dirty no towels or cleaning products any were light sockets are hanging of the wall there’s no smoke alarms attached inside the property, there’s screws sticking out of places, the kitchen island is in poor condition with trims hanging of and sticking out, the stools are falling to pieces very unsafe, bathroom tile is also cracked there’s plants that have been used as ash trays the rug in the room hasn’t been vacuumed in a long time, there’s dirty hairs laying around all over this place, The list goes on and on there’s also no parking for this place must use public car park pay and display!
this was booked as a nice night away for me and my partner which ended up being the complete opposite. Avoid this place!

- Romany (1/5): Don’t waste your money, my partner had to convince me to not check into the Premier Inn. - The Jacuzzi bath was the only thing in the apartment that looked semi clean. It’s in an ideal location, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The general condition of the apartment was shocking. There were dirty boxers in the bathroom drawer, a pube on the bed, crumbs on the bedside table and crumbs under the other bedside table. There was expired milk all in the fridge along with lots of ice and an orange stain? The freezer drawer door was on top of the microwave where it had been broken. The blind was broken, there were large gaps between the units in the kitchen, the metal edging of the kitchen units was peeling off, the sink was absolutely filthy and we didn’t feel comfortable using the cutlery and plates etc due to the general cleanliness. There were exposed wires at the top of the ceilings where the LED lights were strung (though they didn’t even work properly - they’d randomly start flashing or changing colours and sometimes when using the remote to turn them on and off, it works in the other room rather than the one you’re in). The holes in ceiling for the spotlights were too big for some of them. The bedroom wall light switch was hanging out the wall. The bedroom door dragged along the floor and didn’t close - there was marks on the floor from where it had previously been forced. The plug sockets weren’t brilliant - very difficult to plug in my charger. The TV seemed to work fine the first night but we couldn’t get anything to work on the second night. I think this was a WiFi issue but even after restarting the router, we still had no luck. The bathroom walls were dirty, there was water staines up the glass doors to the bathroom. There is no privacy whatsoever for the bathroom - it is like a big glass wall. The flooring, lights and all the general fittings of things was wonky (this wouldn’t bother most people but definitely do NOT stay here if you have OCD (or just like a clean place to sleep)). The cushion covers on the cushions on the bed smelt really bad and clearly hadn’t been washed for some time. There’s more but I’ve ran out of characters. We raised these issues and got no response.

- Isaacs (4/5): Disappointing place in the UK City of Culture - The location was good as we were using Bradford rail station and this is very close. The location is also close to a good restaurant Mama Mia. this is a great Italian restraint We arrived and parked in Bradford close to the given location, then when we find the location we can not get in and we find a security guard at a property, he tells us this is not the right location, many people turn up here and its not the right place, We call the owners and they dont answer, they ring us back and blaim Booking dot Com! we then have a 15-minute walk across town to a different address, carrying all our luggage. This was a very frustrating start after driving for 6 hours. This place is totally unsuitable for anyone who has any mobility disability. I don't know why they give a false address, but I suspect they are able to check visitors out, and if they don't like you, they ignore you. After our visit we had an £8 Uber ride to get back to our car,
The ensuite bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a full glass wall, and sitting on the loo or taking a shower is plainly visible from the bed! a bit too intrusive for me! The Jacuzzi bath is big and you can not reach to turn it on without climbing in! The bathroom floor is very slippery with polished porcelain tiles, it needs a bath mat or a rubber rug. The bed is small, it is like one of the small double beds they put in show homes to make you think it's a big room. It was very hot and there is no air conditioning. I have stayed in over 20 Airbnb-type rooms over the last 12 months, and this was the lowest value for money I have had.
- Noorul (1/5): Very unclean.unhygienic - The property is well situated in the canter. The beds sheet had hair. The toilet did not flush. Overall it was as unclean. Parking is not on site but you have to pay yourself and then ask for it to be reimbursed which was not explained to me.

- Jo (5/5): Dirty common areas and no one responded in an emergency on the number provided in initial communication - Great location, and good communication in advance of arrival. Bathroom is lovely, though didn’t have time to try the jacuzzi. It flooded from the flat upstairs at 2am on the first night and no one replied to my texts and calls. Then flooded again at 10:30pm the next night. Calls and messages ignored again. Message on here was replied to and someone eventually came round at midnight to help and clean up. The flood was from upstairs, so not the owners fault, but all my initial calls ignored.
The man that came round to clean the flood was thankfully lovely, but as a solo female traveller who’d just done a whole day and evening at a conference, I was exhausted and I really wasn’t happy letting an unknown man into the apartment at midnight.
Also, the blinds were broken, so no privacy in the bedroom or living room, which meant I had to hang a towel on the glass door before using the loo. And I had to get dressed in the hall.
My milk froze in the fridge due to lack of door in the freezer section, and there wasn’t a tea spoon, tea towel or bin liner.
Not the owners fault, but the common areas were filthy.
- Khadijah (1/5): Broken door lock - We arrived at the property late in the evening using the code provided by the host. Upon entering the property, we were met with a strong smell of what can only be described as cigarette smoke. We noticed that the window had been left open, which suggests the host was well aware of the smell.
The living room itself was rather small, the pictures are sadly rather deceiving. Some of the blinds were damaged which meant that the window was visible, and the kitchen worktop edging had been patched up. These two issues can be attributed to wear and tear, which is fine.
However, the biggest issue we had was that the door lock was broken. Upon entering the property, the automatic door lock did not retract, which meant that if we left the apartment, it would be left open for anyone to enter. We tried ringing the host, but they did not answer the phone. We then sent a text message to the host raising our concerns about the issues we had with the apartment, as well as the issue with the door lock. The host made no acknowledgement of the issues, and instead only told us that the door should lock itself when you enter the code which it did not. We told the host this, but we never got a response. We had no option but to find alternative accommodation at further expense as we simply could not stay in an apartment that could not be locked securely.
We contacted booking.com to raise our concerns about this, and the host never responded to booking.com's request for a response. Booking.com themselves have not been particularly helpful in coming to a suitable resolution.

- Aimee-jayne (5/5): Minus the hot tub mishap the property was ok - It was my partners birthday and this was a last minute plan, the decor was lovely throughout and the bed was very comfortable. The blinds need updating as there were gaps and it didn’t feel as private as we would have liked, the floor was also dirty in the lounge. The hot tub didn’t work, we couldn’t figure out how to get it on even after getting instructions from the host so this kind of ruined the experience for us.

The Staff are extremely rude not a good customer service bone in there body accused me threatening them by saying I will contact booking.com
Cleaning was dire, bins not emptied,pubic hairs in the bathroom, and leftover balloons in the plant and linen and bedding kept in a dirty boiler cupboard (also being accused of getting into a locked cupboard)
Oven was broken making a horrible sound. They sent someone out who took an hour to get to me. And offered to pay for my meals and put me up in a different room however he said I looked very comfortable so didn’t want to disturb me.
Yes, the property did pay for my meals which I do appreciate however they seem to think that because they did this, I won’t leave a negative review

Location is different as to what is said on the map, and gaining keys to access is a bit of a faff, but all in all nothing major to take away from the experience

When we got in apartment everything was easy just turn switches on and ur away was very clean bed was comfy and jet bath amazing so overall had a great trip and will definatley be back

- Gareth (6/5): Pleasant - Great location. Checkin process was poor. Codes to gain entry arrived 10 plus minutes after our stay commenced. The common parts of the building were dirty, smelly and generally poor. The room itself had a great lounge/kitchen but the space in the bedroom was limited and there is very little privacy in the bathroom with a see-through glass door dividing the two spaces.
