• Atanu (1/5): Misleading listing. Felt cheated. - This listing was profoundly misleading. This apartment is located on a high floor WITHOUT any elevator. But it was NOWHERE mentioned in the description when I made the booking. By the time I learned, my card was charged. I had elderly parents with us. It was impossible for them to climb such high stairs. We informed the owner right away to cancel the booking and moved to another place. It was a booking for 5 nights. We didn't even check in. But the owners didn't offer any refund despite initial promises. I even offered that they deduct the first night's charge and refund the rest. But even that request was refused. I have been using Booking.com's services for 10 plus years. This is the first time such a thing happened and I felt really cheated and disappointed.

• Balla Norbert (9/5): - Tisztaság, berendezés, apartman nagysága, háztartási eszközök sokasága, klímák tökéletes működése. Tudtunk mosni, vasalni, volt finom kávé. Csak ajánlani tudom. Közel volt a Conad szupermarket, ahol jó áron tudtunk vásárolni. Az L1 metro végállomás 10 perc sétára van. Nem találtunk sajtreszelőt.
• Paweł (10/5): Super udany pobyt, lokalizacja w pobliżu dworca i linii metra umożliwia łatwe zwiedzanie. - Apartament bardzo czysty, przestronny. Dużo udogodnień: 2 telewizory, klimatyzacja, przyjemny balkon na którym można wysuszyć ubrania z plaży. Kucha dobrze wyposażona, nowoczesny odkurzacz, wieszaki na kurtki.

• Anonymous (10/5): It was a great place to stay hence the review! There is some areas to improve on (mattresses are good except for longer - We loved how well it was set up. Had items for cooking, serving, lots of spices and salt and pepper, oil which was great! The bedroom with big tv was great! There was one bed that moved/slipped a bit but no major! Loved having a washing machine and line to hang our clothes! Good size bathroom as well and sitting area. It was frustrating when we first arrived and had purchased groceries that the oven was not connected and we were unable to do so, but after speaking with Vitto about it he was fast to sort this the following day. There was also issues with the electric, you couldn’t have the aircon going while cooking and even having the oven and stove top on would at times cause the power to give out. This happened many times. Vitto let us know it was due to not being energy efficient. This I understand but also, it is annoying not being able to have one aircon on while cooking or to have oven and stove top going or to have washing machine and oven on etc.

• Pooja (10/5): Amazing stay - The house is walkable from the station. The house is very clean and well equipped. The rooms are spacious. The host is very responsive.
• Brett (9/5): A comfortable stay with all the facilities we needed available. - The location was good for us, a 20 minute walk to Naples Centrale. The building was quiet overnight so we were able to get a good nights sleep. The price was right, all facilities we needed laid on so we could get our own food and prepare our own meals and even wash our clothes. The coffee machine made a great cup of coffee. The internet connection was fast and stable. Overall the place looked clean and well maintained, it is easy to imagine enjoying an extended stay here. Fourth floor with no elevator. Thankfully the owner helped us with our bags which was greatly appreciated. The floors could do with a mop, they weren't visibly dirty but the soles of our feet were black after walking around, this is very minor and easy to fix. There was no kettle to boil some water for a cup of tea, us foreigners do like a cup of tea.
