• Helena (8/5): Value for money considering the position and the space.. - The bedroom was really clean. The shower was very powerful. Good position. The sofa was stained, the shower gel was virtually empty and the bathroom smelled of sewerage.
• Stephen (8/5): Excellent property for a short stay - surprisingly quiet location in the middle of the city within easy walk to numerous - Great location. Period charm of the area. Relatively quiet location in the middle of the city. Beds were very “firm”. Cleanliness of floors was a little below expectations. No air conditioning.

• Alice (6/5): Good location and great space but some revamping required - Great location, convenient access, enough space for a family of 4. Pleasant communication with our hosts, though sometimes felt were communicating with AI-generated messages. Overall well fitted appartment. Appartment less clean than the pictures: sofa, cushions and floor quite spotted, not welcoming bare foot walking or sitting in the sofa; we found hair in the kitchen and bathroom. Hosts mentioned they would take good note of this in future. The appartment was only locked by a code, so you need to trust anyone else having the code not entering during your stay. Location is great but there is no sound isolution: we had quite disrupted nights with neighbours discussing on the stairs or people talking in the street just below the windows. With some refresh and isolation works, this apartment is great.

• Paula (10/5): Brilliant location for Sydney tourist - Brilliant location, clean, comfortable beds. Easy smooth entry into property. Will definitely stay again. Nothing. The only thing I can think of is it was tricky to get the right temperature on shower but a bit of patience and it was ok.
• Kai (7/5): Good - Good Location but Some Disappointments The location of this accommodation is great, and the decor matches the photos accurately. However, I was a bit disappointed that there was no air conditioning, only fans. Fortunately, the weather during my stay was not too hot, and the cool night breeze helped. The biggest issue was the extremely weak water flow in the shower. I communicated this with the host, and while they mentioned arranging for repairs, there was no improvement throughout my 5-night stay. With only one bathroom available, shower time became quite frustrating.

• Justin (6/5): Great location - Very easy process and host were great. The location is fantastic and away from the hustle and bustle. Local parking for overnight if staying there for a while. On street parking available but we noted ticket officers frequent that space. The property was a great location and efforts have been made to create a comfortable space. We found that the cleaner engaged used prior to our visit lacked any attention to detail and left used items in the bathroom and bedroom which were a little off putting. The host was very helpful and wanted to fixthis but we didn't want to make a fuss as we only stayed 2 nights - We did not have much luck with wifi also but no problems as we have hotspot.

• Peggie (8/5): Great location and value for money - Fantastic location and views across Barangaroo to watch the boats passing. Close to food out lets and the Rocks Markets and Circular Quay. Lovely comfy beds and very clean apartment. The only thing that let it down was the bathroom and lack of water pressure in the shower and the only TV is on the wall in the small bedroom. A little odd.

I don’t think I could have found a better spot, Everything was really good, I don’t think there was anything I didn’t like. I read a review about the property saying that for the price the bathroom should have been upgraded - the bathroom was older but functioned fine. I doubt it could be upgraded as I expect the house is heritage listed. The location makes everything else pale into insignificance.
• Chanthou (5/5): Only good location - Good location Not clean, no garbage bag but requested us to bring the garbage out without plastic garbage bag to replace. There’s towel to replace since we stay 4 nights 5 days but used only the same tow. The internet was cut one day before we leave, it made us so annoyed.

• Balme (6/5): Needs aircon installed + updating to kitchen + bathroom to be value for money! good location though. - key access very straightforward / keyless entry great, mitigated risk of losing keys, meant we could be out at different times return without being reliant on this. The courtyard was unkept / overgrown - not safe for my kids The air cooling system was ineffective and with the hot afternoon sun beaming in the building it was very uncomfortable The TV should be in the living room, not the 2nd bedroom for convivial social living The bathroom could use an upgrade - esp given the rate! I could have stayed in a hotel with better amenities for the same price!!
