• Mariya (9/5): Quiet flat in a nice area - We enjoyed the flat! All amenities were new, the bed was comfortable, and the bedroom boasts mountain views. The hosts were quick to reply and helpful. The flat had good heating - nice for cool nights. The kitchen had most of the utensils we needed for a few days of stay. The flat is located within walking distance from the river promenade. The flat would benefit from extra soap / shower gel - 1 single use shower gel satchel per person wasn't enough for several nights' stay, and we had to buy the cleaning sponges for the dishes, as there were no dishwasher tablets left. Having a teakettle would be nice, but not a necessity as there was a saucepan.

• Danielle (5/5): Flat lacks basic items, noisy surroundings, and management company is unsupportive - Overall flat is good and clearly was recently refurbished. So many things. First, the flat/managing company doesn’t give you anything. The flat does not have basic things like salt, coffee, or oil (I arrived on Sunday evening and all supermarkets were closed). Not even cleaning products or a trash bag. Wifi is horrible and the neighbours are noisy - every morning someone would obsessively ring the doorbell, probably confused with another flat. My experience was not good.

• Aude (6/5): Lovely district and flat with potential - The flat is really nice, in line with pictures and in a great location. It has great potential overall and without our issues with renting agencies, we would probably come back. Unfortunately, we had issues with the renting agency. When we arrived, the flat had not been cleaned yet, and it was dirty with food rotting in the fridge. The cleaning lady came relatively quickly and did a good job once she was there. You can only communicate in writing with the agency, which is not always the easiest. And customer services is not ideal. The flat is also lacking basic supplies such as soap, which would improve the experience. Additionally, some details have not been taken care of, like the bedroom door not closing properly.

• Indra (10/5): Exceptional - No one would have wished for anything better. Exceptional lovely place, very nice, very reasonable price. The location is great, a perfect apartment for relaxation and everything you need. (eg. good sleep) lovely atmosphere and Exceptional clean. We definitely recommend 👌 to all. ( Great Place 👍). Wonderful.

Will definitely consider again. - Apartment was cozy and clean, with nice paintings and colors on the walls. The building was quiet. Oven and fridge were very good quality. There was no remote controlled thermostat. Some view of the mountains from the bedroom. Very close to the river Po with access to waterside promenade. No cutlery and dishes other than a single bowl. Vacuum cleaner in the apartment for cleaning was completely filled up and the hose was cracked (contact person was cordial when informed of this, so that is a plus) . Location, while close to the river nothing really to write home about. No parking provided, most of the parking spaces in the area require payment between 8-18.
