• Matt (8/5): - It was close to the beach, and close to shops. The place was alright nothing special just what we needed. Wasn't the cleanest but wasn't awful. It was basic but perfect for a quick lash minute thing.

• Alakuro (10/5): - Everything, absolutely everything was lovely. The location is close to restaurants and stores. Aldi is just 4 minutes walk away. It's also not too far from the Pleasure beach. Felt like a cosy home away from home. The pictures don't do justice. So much nicer. Jamie was amazing and helpful. Very prompt in responding and offering support where needed. Nothing was too much! We are definitely coming back. Thank you I can't fault this. Everything was absolutely amazing!

• Duncan (9/5): Good clean accommodation with no extras - Very Clean spacious airy accommodation. Very good location and private parking is appreciated. Hardy any toiletries bring ur own!. The shower isnt working properly and is in desperate need of upgrading as its virtually impossible to get the temperature right. The pressure is good. The equipment in the kitchen is VERY basic obviously dont really want u to cook. There are only BASIC channels on the TV so no streaming platforms unless u sign in with ur personal details. For what u pay in this day and age its almost unacceptable. We were keen to watch the rugby but were unable to do so and WiFi wasnt good enough to hotspot our laptop off our phones. We expected better facilities.

• Trollope (10/5): - Very spacious and clean The radiators weren't working and fire alarm went off. Maybe the code could be left somewhere to be able to turn it off as was very deafening
• Lovina (10/5): Excellent impressive stay. - I loved everything about this property. It was close to everything. Larger than the pictures and in a quiet corner of a busy area so easy access to everything. Absolutely self contained and easy parking. I will use this property again for a long weekend.

• Wayne (5/5): Great apartment. Just needs some more TLC - Better door as door seem very weak New blinds. The blinds need replacing as can not open properly. No door bell. And most importantly a spot light when coming in a night can be very intimidating when its dark around there.
• Kanyakamin (10/5): Great warm, welcoming stay. And would recommend anyone in Yarmouth to stay here. Friendly and responsive hosts. - The apartment is clean, and well decorated throughout. And the bed was so comfortable I forgot I was not at home. The apartment is warm, and was a pleasant to stay at. As well as a great location. Rather it wasn’t that I didn’t like it, just that the wifi was unstable and it was difficult to connect.

• Jacqueline Lennon 03 (10/5): Great stay - We loved our stay at this apartment. It was comfortable, clean and much bigger than the pictures showed. We would definitely stay again. The front door appeared to be a little flimsy which feels slightly unsafe.

Minutes away from the main attractions. Couldn’t fault it. Owner had fast responses and was lovely. Nothing. Everything spot on.

• Peter (9/5): - Good location huge flat, good facilities eg kitchen microwave etc, Easy access and parking. 3rd floor, so something like 35 steps up to the apartment. Not a problem ( I'm 72) but if you've got mobility issues it could be a problem. Great position, very spacious and well app.

Bedsheets and towels are high quality, new and clean. Staff Jamie is very efficient to respond any issue. Parking and access to the keybox is easy. It would be better if a spare duvet were provided.

• Steveieb777 (9/5): Nice apartment in a good location - A very nice apartment in the centre of town and close to the railway station and all of the amenities you would need for a stay. The apartment is spacious and well presented as well as being well equiped for a short or long stay. Comfortable bed, good water pressure for the shower, freeview TV box and plenty of clean towels (Missing a towl rail or hooks in the bathroom though) Would happly stay again. Read your guest instructions very carefully as there are 2 lock boxes outside the bulding and unfortunately I was in the pouring rain at the wrong one - I mention this 1: To be helpful and 2: To highlight the owners response to my messages and request for a call for help, which was Immediate and they got me into the property straight away with a call, which was excellent customers service.

I would recommend it Blinds and some windows ( bathroom) don't open. Property has very uneven floors. Location perfect and a nice Property to stay. A lot of stairs wouldn't suit the elderly

• Helen (7/5): Decent place to stay and value for money. - The location was handy for my meeting the next day and also for the shops. Short walk to the sea front. On arriving there was no welcome sheet. Nor was there a wifi code. This was rectified by the agent who was very responsive to my texts. My biggest issues with the property is access and security. The door is at the side of the property and not well lit. The external door was the only lockable door to the property. Using one key only. No bolts inside. No internal doors could be locked. The external door itself didn’t appear robust. As a lone woman in the property overnight this was a concern.

It had 6 seater dining table, plenty of kitchen units, microwave, cooker, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. The lounge had a corner sofa and a coffee table. The bedroom had a comfortable bed with nice bedding. The bathroom had both a shower and a bath. The whole apartment was very clean. Everything in the apartment was good quality. The apartment was nicely carpeted. The whole apartment was impressive on all levels. The apartment could do with a TV ariel servicing both the lounge and bedroom. The TVs are both good quality and connected to the WiFi.

• Peter (10/5): Exceptional - Smart and clean. Great location for the planned trip to HRH Festival at Vauxhall Holiday Park. A lot of problems communicating with the proprietor. But it turned out that the property was going through a change of hands. The information had not been updated on Booking.com and the previous proprietor did not respond to any communications even when Booking.com tried to contact. Hopefully the new proprietor has had the chance to get contact details updated as everything else was fine. The new proprietor was very helpful.

• Lyle (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the apartment and it was so comfortable and well designed. Very thoughtful stair gate for anyone travelling with a pet or small child. Great parking. Super clean and loved the space available.Brilliant value for money. The entrance to the flat was in a dark and isolated courtyard that in daylight showed that it is used by street drinkers. On the night I stayed there were some intimidating characters in that area which made it a bit unsettling entering the accommodation. The door seemed a bit flimsy and could do with the security being reviewed.

Warm with plenty of towels and quality bedding Brilliant to be able to park on site The door to the flat wasn't as secure as it could be . No lighting outside,so felt a little bit spooked as a lone traveller in the dark.

• Rabatin (8/5): Lovely apartment and I would definitely stay there again if I go back to the area. - It was clean and well equipped. Good size bathroom with both bath and shower. All the rooms were a good size. Nicely decorated. The bed was too hard. The heating should have been turned on as flat was cold when we arrived. We had to mend the blind in the bedroom to open it.

The blind in bedroom was broken so unable to lift natural daylight or open the blind. We unable to get a tv picture in lounge. The WiFi was not accessible. The code on info sheet was incorrect, nothing written on chalk board.

And spacious Few minor things need to be improved • window in apartment need updating as was very hard to open in which this would cause a issues in the hot weather ● the heater in the hall way seem to be on all night which made it very hot. And the blinds need a major upgrade as you can not pull up. When you also come in at night a little spot light needs to be outside as it very dark to see.
• Hayley (8/5): A gem of a find. Huge space, clean and modern. - Lots of space. Clean and comfortable. Good communication. Plenty of towels and bedding etc. Lovely position in town. Will definitely return and highly recommend. Blinds didn’t open and we missed having some milk left (as provided at other AirBnBs we’ve stayed in) but otherwise all amenities were great. No complaints. We weren’t sure on the car parking space (couldn’t find sign) but the apartment is on a car park so we left the car here so no worries at all.

• Alana (7/5): Overall a comfortable stay bar the few things mentioned. I would stay again without children. - Very clean. Warms up quickly when heating was turned on. Main bed and sofa very comfortable. Clean towels and even shower gels and shampoos were a nice touch. There was no mattress for the baby crib so my daughter had to sleep in her pushchair so a bit disappointing there. No hand rail at the very bottom set of stairs. No key to lock bathroom window which is possible for a child to climb up to it.
