• patrick (1/5): J ai dû payer le double de ma réservation dans un autre hôtel. - J avais une réservation confirmée qui n a pas était honoré au dernier moment par l établissement 🥶 La communication et de prévenir au dernier moment qu ils ne peuvent pas m accueillr alors que ma réservation était confirmée.
• Simone (7/5): Not great, but cheap enough to forgive most of the issues. - The host was kind and helpful, the apartment was clean and exactly as described. The bed itself was comfortable, and overall the stay was decent for the price. Considering how cheap it was compared to other options in the area, the value for money is good. The check-in was delayed quite a lot: it was supposed to be between 5 and 6 PM, but I had to wait until around 7:30 PM. The curtain does not fully cover the window, so a lot of light enters in the morning. There are no bedside lamps, so if you want to read in bed you need to get up to switch off the main light. The fridge is inside the room and quite noisy at night unless you use earplugs. The pillows were very soft and worn out, with almost no support. There is no full-body mirror, only a small mirror for the face, and the bathroom could use hooks for towels. The area is not the best either — on Saturday morning there was almost a fight right outside the building.

Al momento della prenotazione l'indirizzo indicato era senza numero civico. Dopo aver prenotato e pagato ho richiesto l'indirizzo preciso e mi è stato dato un indirizzo diverso. Quindi alla fine l'appartamento non era dove pensavo che fosse. Anche trovandosi nella stessa zona, non trovo per nulla corretto che non ci sia chiarezza sull'indirizzo fin dalla fase di prenotazione. Molto scomodo il check in perché la persona che ci ha accolto (in modo per niente accogliente) voleva un orario preciso e si è spazientito perché siamo arrivati con un po' di ritardo (dipeso dal traffico).

The central heating could not be regulated. The street number given to booking.com was incorrect, causing problems for our airport transfers. Someone came to let us in, that was it.

Curatenia a lasat de dorit, incepand cu baia, cabina de dus, vasul de toaleta si chiuveta au fost murdare. De asemenea, pe peretele de langa chiuveta era mucegai si varul era cazut. In bucatarie toata vesela era murdara si iti era scarba sa o folosesti. Lenjeria de pe pat nu parea sa fi fost schimbata, avea un miros neplacut si fire de par pe perna si cearsaf. Gazda ne-a lasat in baie 2 prosoape, care la fel nu erau spalate si aveau un miros neplacut. Peretii dormitorului erau murdari si totul era plin de praf. De asemenea, era specificat ca micul dejun este inclus, ceea ce a fost o gluma proasta, nu poti numi mic dejun 2 pungi de cereale incepute, alte resturi de alimente si o cutie de lapte, nu este normal sa ti se ofere produse despre nu stii cand au fost desfacute si cine a mancat din ele. In plus, facilitatile care sunt specificate in anuntul Booking, nu corespund cu realitatea, in sensul ca nu exista bideu, uscator de rufe, dressing etc, adica nu se ofera ceea ce se prezinta.Proprietatea este situata la periferia orasului, noaptea iti era teama sa mergi pe strada intrucat erau oameni foarte ciudati si se simtea un miros de droguri constant. A fost cea mai slaba cazare pe care am rezervat-o prin aplicatia Booking.

• Heywood (4/5): Didn't live up to expectations - Good location and generally nice Advertised as " Breakfast included " There was 3 liters of long life milk on the counter and 2 bags of unidentifiable cereal in a cupboard, 2 tubs of margerine and 5 small portion sized pots of jam in the fridge, the water pressure in the shower is non existent, the tap on the sink in the small toilet was missing, most of the lamps were dangling from the ceiling by the wiring, there was a Nespresso coffee maker, but no capsules, ground coffee, but no press and instant coffee with about 6 teaspoons worth of coffee left, the kettle was defective and couldn't be turned off, as well as the lid couldn't close. Most of the cupboards were full of ceramic objects and the waste paper bowl was more than half full of empty toilet rolls. The address was also changed a day before arrival for some reason... Keine richtige Adresse angegeben, die Wohnung zu finden war eine Qual mit viel Gepäck. Keinerlei Hilfe vom Vermieter. Das Frühstück inklusive, waren alte Cornflakes, alter Kaffee und Tee. Die Betten waren sehr klein... nein danke nicht nochmal...

Schoonmaak liet te wensen over, niet echt vies maar zeker niet brandschoon Het was incl ontbijt dit was echt een lachertje Overblijfselen met wat nieuwe verpakkingen vormden het ontbijt. • David (6/5): Buen apartamento pero zona insegura - En mi opinión es un apartamento muy limpio y completo y el anfitrión es muy amable Está algo lejos del centro pero en si no hay problema porque el metro está cerca y es rápido el problema es que es inseguro pasamos dos noches allí y en el primer día bien pero en el segundo nos intentaron robar sobre el medio día nada más en el mismo portal del apartamento tuvimos la suerte que coincidimos con unos vecinos de la finca y hicieron que se marcharan pero nos tocó decidir no salir en todo el día hasta el siguiente y no pudimos ver la ciudad como queríamos el próximo que vaya que esté atento a pasar los más mínimo posible sobre una cafetería cerca de uno de los portales porque allí hay gente que solo se dedica a observar y por la noche hacen algo de ruido y se ve desde el balcón

• Nathan (8/5): Super pleasant stay ! - It was a cozy stay, the location is in a lively district where it's easy to find stuff to do/visit. It was clean and looked well-maintained both inside and outside. Host was super responsive and friendly. The apartment is in front of a bar, it can be noisy in the evening if you let the windows opened but otherwise it's very calm inside the building. Balcony is super narrow but it's nice to have it.
• Anna (4/5): unfortunately i can’t recommend, at least i hope that owner can make it cleaner for other visitors - price wasn’t too high for 2 beds apartment, the building is new, it’s easy to get to the center city we chose this apartment among others at the same price only because of the breakfast. but there is no breakfast, just some random opened food, it wasn’t clear when it was opened and how it was used i was there with friend and we needed two separate beds, but there was only one set of bed linen, so we had to sleep together towels were dirty, there were other people's hairs left in them the floor in the bathroom was dirty the cutlery was also dirty, there was only an old rag and some detergent in the apartment the owner of the apartment could not tell the exact address of the apartment for a long time, because he did not indicate it on booking, communication was really weird opposite the apartment there is a cafe with a dubious audience that works until late, it is very loud and feels unsafe

• Nick (3/5): Poor. - The location was good for us, mid way between city centre and ING Arena, My wife and I were there for a conference travelling with three colleagues. The fridge was well stocked on arrival with choices for breakfast. Also, the flat was a good size for the 5 of us. The bedroom set up was not as advertised. Our booking stated 1 x Double and 2 x Bunks in the two other bedrooms. We had 2 x doubles and 1 x single. This would mean two of our colleagues sharing a double bed. We moved the sofa bed from the living room to the second bedroom but the host did not have any bedding. This was subsequently provided on the second night. The bedding was clean bur not ironed. Some of the pillows were cushions in Pillow cases. The towels were poor quality and too small. There were no hand towels in either bathroom and no bath mats. There were not enough mugs and no cereal bowls in the kitchen. There were no saucepans. This was reported to the host and subsequently put right. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The oven was dirty and there was a pan with oil in it in the oven some of which had spilled into the bottom of the oven, this was dangerous. The floor had been hoovered but not cleaned our feet / socks became dirty when walking on it. There was no WIFI as advertised. All in all unsatisfactory, embarrassing for me as the organiser. I would like to request some financial compensation.

• Samantha (1/5): Would not recommend! Scam! - Nothing! Total scam! They took my money, sent a message that they can’t complete my booking because of electrical issues at the property. That I was supposed to cancel my booking. Called customer service of booking.com they made a cancellation request, the property only needed to accept the cancellation. Which they never did. This place is a scam!
• Tai (1/5): Nice place but terrible experience - The place was nice and clean. The staff assisting with check-in is not responding to messages, and the provided phone number is fake, making it impossible to contact anyone. The check-in time is at 4 PM. We inquired in advance about the arrival time and originally planned to arrive at 10 PM. However, due to a train strike, our plans were canceled, and we informed you that we would arrive at 5 PM. The staff, however, stated that we could only check in at 6 PM because we initially said we would arrive at 10 PM, and now that it's suddenly changed to 5 PM, they insisted that a compromise was only possible at 6 PM. What confuses me is that the report from the accommodation stated that check-in is available after 4 PM, and we also notified you in advance about our early arrival. Yet, we were made to wait outside for an hour, which was a very unpleasant experience. Additionally, when we finally met the staff, there was no acknowledgment or apology regarding the situation.

Cute design and a lot of food to choose for breakfast, especially if you like sweet breakfasts :) I would recommend this place to a friend ✨ The construction work outside but that is not the fault of the owner of the apartment.
