Guest Reviews
- Precious (10/5): -
- Eniola James (9/5): Encounter with Front desk staff. - The hotel is very nice. They should allow reservation to run fior 24hours.
I got there very late and to my surprise the lady at the reception informed me that my booking has been canceled that he called me and l didn't pick my call and advised me that if l can go to another of their branch..
Though it was later resolved by the intervention of the Manager .
A room was later allocated .
Please work on that and give a good briefing to your front desk staff..Because that singular action turned me off after a hectic journey. .
Apart from that Everything is excellent.
- Obiageli (10/5): - I love the comfort and serene environment. Lovely cool breeze at night Nothing
- Edoardo (10/5): -
- Cheryl (9/5): Fantastic - Staff, location. It was great Nothing at all. We had a great stay. We will be back
- gift (4/5): bad break fast - break gm fast is real bad better breakfast
- George (1/5): Okay - Nothing basic Not trustworthy. I booked for a room April 12-15, 2026.
I paid with debit card at arrival but my credit card on profile was still charged. I have contacted them with proof of debit from
My bank statements but I’m yet to get refunded as of 27th of May, 2026
- Yolanda Phillips (9/5): - Clean, modern decor, professional staff, beautiful view and water. Sitting in the lounge area. Shower wasn't working.
- peju (5/5): -
- Adiwu (9/5): I enjoyed my stay and I would always return God willing. - It’s clean and the water view is very therapeutic. The body of the building should have a little face lift to improve the aesthetics.
- Temidayo (5/5): Excellent staff , always willing to help. Close enough to most things, too. - The members of staff like BLESSING ( star girl ) and Vision literally went above and beyond to help with whatever was needed. I suspect most, if not all their members of staff are exactly this way; always happy to help. I didn’t at all like the variety , or lack of, of the breakfast choices. For instance , they served noodles as breakfast ! Another morning , on the menu was sandwiches for breakfast .. I think the other option was something that didn’t look particularly appealing, so I didn’t bother but had coffee instead. It actually was my only down score of the hotel. Oh! They also need to discourage their customers from leaving used plates outside their doors. It doesn’t present a good picture of the otherwise nice place.
- Oyigocho (10/5): - Staff friendship Breakfast not classic enough
- Chetan (10/5): - Location, cleanliness, staff behavior, drinks Standard room's bathroom is too small.
- Christopher (4/5): -
- Nwosu (1/5): Very horrible experience. I don't recommend - I didn't get any breakfast, and it was so annoying. Inconsistency in pricing. I asked someone to help iron my cloth and they initially said it was 3,500. Good, I asked that i wanted it ready at 6pm. Then came 6pm, 8pm and the entire day went by. They brought it the next day and asked that I pay N8,500 for it. It was just trousers and shirt for Christ's sake.
- Chiamaka (10/5): Comfortable, Affordable and Excellent - Firstly, I like the location, made my movement super easy. Secondly, service delivery is a 10/10 staff were politely and always willing to help. Lastly, the pool side at night very relaxing, pool is well maintained. If convenience and great hospitality is not what you’re looking for then don’t stay at Presken. There’s absolutely nothing I don’t like about the hotel.
- Abraham (5/5): Double check your booking before you arrive, there are no guarantees you get what you reserved. - The room was neat and comfy, food was good too. I was given a room different from what I reserved and was made to pay for my initial reservation. Nothing was said or done until I confronted the manager and insisted they refund me the difference.
- Hasana (6/5): Pleasant and acceptable. - The staff were courteous and pleasant at check-in and generally in most of the interaction with them. The location is very good - clean and central in V.I. with quick access to Lekki axis and Ikoyi. They moved us to more comfortable rooms after the 1st night as requested. The breakfast service was too slow and the portions ridiculously small. The staff need to be a bit more professional and aware of how their conduct affects the comfort of the guests. The 1st night stay on the ground floor opposite the reception was characterized by a lot of noise coming from the reception area from staff talking, quarreling and even watching movies as late as mid-night.
- HenriettaA (7/5): - The serenity and proximity of my room to pool view Na
- Sa'ad (8/5): -
- Ugonna (8/5): - It was clean, its a 3 star hotel so its good for the price Nothing
- Joseph (7/5): -
- Ray (9/5): Great thanks to the Manager Idowu for her leadership and exceptional guest service. - I liked the room I moved to. It was quite fabulous. I liked the Management Team. I liked the staff. I liked the security staff. The rooms in the reception area are noisy. If noise bothers you, it is worth paying a bit more for a quieter room in another area.
- Babajide (9/5): -
- Ayuba (8/5): -
- Martins (7/5): -
- Erhi G-Das (7/5): Decent hotel; but WiFi outages, basic breakfast and noisy poolside lounge detract - The room was very nice. Comfortable, stylish, modern. Staff were also great. I liked that the pool and chill area at the back overlooked a lake and was very scenic. - the power kept cutting out; and along with it the internet. It was impossible to have a work meeting with the internet flashing on and off. I’d expect that WiFi routers in any decent Nigerian hotel to be linked to a backup power source for stability.
- the pool side/lounge area was extremely noisy from about 6pm - 11pm or thereabouts. The music was so loud that I felt the bass in the headboard of the bed. Impossible to get an early night with the racket going on by then poolside lounge area.
- Osi (10/5): Hidden Gem - Wonderful staff, clean rooms, fresh constant ocean breeze. Occasional wafting of acrid smoke from sporadic piles of burning 🔥 waste on the south side of the Kuramo Waters. Completely out of control of the premises, but they could make a complaint, possibly.
- Chetan (9/5): - Perfect location as I except, supportive staff, room was clean, poolside sitting area was good.
- ADUKE (10/5): -
- OLADELE (7/5): -
- Akhidenor (3/5): My Stay At Presken Kuramo Waters - The location is good.
The staff, especially Miss. Ope was very helpful. I would have rated the hotel as terrible because of the final night experience at the premises.
Some guests were fighting and quarrelling as late as 3am.
I couldn't sleep and complained at the reception.
The hotel staff appeared to be hopeless and couldn't do anything about it.
It will be difficult for me to sleep in such a facility again.
Though the following morning, the GM apologised for the incident, a lot of questions asked were not professionally answered.
Safety of guests at the facility is worrisome.
- U-jay (8/5): - Beautiful anyime
- Pascal (9/5): Grateful to Kingsley for his exceptional kindness and support. - I had an excellent customer service experience at the hotel, with staff always ready to assist. Kingsley, in particular, showed remarkable kindness and a brotherly spirit. Everything was excellent, except for the unavailability of hotel car services. A kind suggestion would be to consider offering optional paid car services.
- OLADELE (7/5): -
- Collette (10/5): -
- Guest (10/5): -
- Vitalis (9/5): - The Assistance I got from the kitchen staff wasn't impressive
- Benedict Tertsea (8/5): Good for the price. - The bed is comfy. The nosie from an adjacent family room was so much in my room. I couldn't sleep well.
- Oyinlola (10/5): - We spent part of our honey moon there, my wife and I enjoyed every part of it. The staff are very friendly the drinks and meals were really good, the poolside and lagoon view made the whole experience special for us. Will definitely revisit.
- GABRIEL (8/5): Nice and restful stay with the ocean breeze and good atmosphere - The breakfast needs to be improved upon . It was a bit below expectation. The quality is low, the options limited and it was largely carbohydrate
- Abubakar (10/5): -
- Abubakar (10/5): -
- Chubuike Felix (5/5): -
- DAVID (8/5): -
- Lyn (10/5): a pleasant stay - the place is clean and the staff are very welcoming, and very attentive on what we need. nothing really , except for the breakfast they should have more selections. but overall its a good hotel with good staff.
- Nkematiah (9/5): Superb -

- Olusola (6/5): Just okay , don’t recommend , go for Presken waters instead - The location and ambience The bathroom had rusted metals very bad
- Aliyha (10/5): It was great - Very clean
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Evong (8/5): Very good - The serenity Delays in cleaning the room
- Gary (7/5): Good -
- Anonymous (8/5): Just fine - A good breakfast option and good location. However, the smart tv needs attention as it’s not connecting to internet. Also, some of the room furniture need repairs or replacements. A good breakfast option and good location. However, the smart tv needs attention as it’s not connecting to internet. - Umanah (8/5): Very good -
- Cyril (9/5): Superb - The area was good Nothing everything was great
- Folake (5/5): Passable -
- David (8/5): It was very good - I liked the breakfast a lot but it's too small. I think the environment needs fumigation, so the mosquitoes don't keep coming in when you enter the room.
- Elliot (9/5): Superb - Everything was good. I enjoyed my stay .
- Emmanuel (8/5): Very good -
- Yetunde (9/5): Superb -
- Chinenye (8/5): Very good -

- Victor (9/5): Superb -
- Ekoja (7/5): Good -
- Enifo (7/5): Good -
- Ikechukwu (7/5): Good -
- Psuchibest (5/5): Passable - The poolside overlooking the waterfront The noise by both housekeeping who start cleaning as early as 5am and noisy guests. Guests were very loud as late as 2am
- Taye (7/5): Good -
- Psuchibest (7/5): Good -
- Akoji (7/5): It's was a great experience - The hotel is neat and perfect. The only concern is their breakfast. They need to evolve to a more appealing breakfast like buffet Nothing
- Moses (5/5): Passable -
- Odunwole (9/5): Superb -
- Peter (8/5): Very good -
- Ideh (8/5): Presken Kuramo Waters - GREAT MEAL DELAY IN ATTENDING TO MEAL REQUEST.
- Blessing (9/5): Superb -
- Efe (7/5): Good -
- Emmanuel (9/5): Despite the aforementioned, it was a memorable experience - The breakfast is okay but would have appreciated more options than the two offered The wifi is weak and delay response from the kichen
- Sola (10/5): Exceptional - The Ambience. The pictures doesn't do justice to the environment, they need to get a professional to do that.
- Clyde (7/5): The staff are caring individuals who work hard each shift but a lot more can be done to support them - The place was clean through out and the facilities were good including the room. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast did not have any variety of choices. It was eggs every day In addition the waitresses work 24 hours a day and 24 hours off all week. Its slave labor.
I dont think that's right. Just my opinion
- Kelvin (4/5): Disappointing -
- Hajara (6/5): Pleasant - The environment , clean, good staff. The complimentary breakfast arrangement is poor
- Uchenna (8/5): Staff were nice and the restaurant food is very good. I will stay here again. - The bush bar seat out is beautiful and staff are very professional The cleaning could be better
- David (4/5): The management of the hotel should up their game if the really want to continue in the business. - The Staff were cool, but I presume were limited in their operations based on instructions from the management. I paid about 50,000 Naira above the estimated dollar rate from the time I booked to when my family checked in, and the excuse I got was because of the dollar rate as at the time of payment. And the dollar rate had not changed.
The cleaners were very disrespectful, and they used the same mop for the bathroom, bedroom, and living room.
In an ideal hotel, towel, tissue, shampoo, bath soap, and lotion are provided on a daily basis. But that wasn't the case in this hotel.
The breakfast portion was very small, with just two choices to make on a daily basis.
Three days into our stay at the hotel, the WiFi stopped working till we left the hotel, after 7 days.
The bathing water was really bad, yellowish in colour... When i asked, i was told that's how all the water on the island is, but I have stayed in other hotels on the island and never experienced such.
- Faridar (10/5): Great! Would be back soon. - This place exceeded my expectations. It’s a boutique hotel but very modern and the room I was given was very cozy and nice. Staff was friendly tho the manager Farida had an attitude the first day but she redeemed herself the next day. Staff was prompt in responding to requests and very courteous. Located in the heart of Victoria island, it was very easy to get uber and bolt. The security guards were awesome and very kind too (thank you for assisting me to wash my car). Would definitely come back and I highly recommend. Kitchen staff may need more training. The two people I encountered were rude. Overall great Stay. Kitchen staff should be more courteous.
- Kingsley (4/5): Average - Location . Design . I got charged N4.9k more than what was promised online. Staff were insufficient . Ordered food and it took 4 hours only to confirm that they didn't register the order . They were not prepared for my coming had to change room which was smaller than what was booked .
