This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Seascape Holiday Home in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests and ONLY those on the booking are permitted to stay. Additional visitors not included on the booking will not be permitted to stay. Guests MUST notify the owners of any additional visitors during their stay. 1 well behaved dog is welcome, but must be pre booked and the guest pays £6 per night on arrival to the owner to cover additional cleaning. NO parties are permitted at the property and noise after 11pm will not be tolerated. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
