In ogni caso, ci siamo affidati a loro per il trasferimento all’aeroporto (di poco più costoso rispetto a Yandex)

• KEVIN (10/5): lovely newer midrange hotel, very comfortable, short walk to old city - - relatively new hotel (guess 3 yrs old): very nicely fitted out, smart tv, good beds, fridge, small signs of weather/wear- very happy with overall experience - breakfast nice with plenty of variety - in my room the floor clearly hadn't been vacuumed but maybe just oversight that day. -pool in central V courtyard is lovely to swim in, with chairs and wooden lounges - really needs a large gazebo or umbrellas for break from the hot sun (shade comes about 4pm on one side) location: only 10 mins easy walk to old town west gate, on the way some simpler eating options, park, supermarket with multiple atms. - wifi good, but non-password network, and for some reason surfshark vpn wouldn't operate - so ideally security should be better. - around pool, garden is being established - climate harsh, hopefully good after 1 year; large aircon equipment at back corner - a wooden screen would hide it and reduce the sound

• Stephen (9/5): - The pool! A nice large pool, easy to access, perfect to relax from the August Khiva 35C heat. We particularly chose this accommodation for its pool. We also liked the large room. The hotel is in a perfect location to access the old city. The staff were helpful. Our airport transfer was booked for 5:30am, but another check-out took our ride at 5:00am. This left a desperate scramble for a taxi, which the desk clerk handled really well, securing our ride, The taxi driver had excellent driving skills, getting us to the airport with minimal delay. So, not really a complaint, more a call to prevent other guests from stealing rides.

• Rui (9/5): - Really close to the old town, about 5 minute walk. Rooms were comfortable and staff was good. Having a swimming pool is great, it was too hot (we went in the beginning of July) so we would visit in the morning, head back to the hotel after lunch and then go out again after 17:00. The good part of going at this time was that there were just a few tourists, so we had the place for ourselves. The swimming pool had no shade, so it was hard to stay there for a long time. Staff informed that they already ordered sunshades, so this may get better soon.

Dookoła basenu teren nieukończony lub nie zadbany (pełno chwastow). Bardzo twarde łóżko. Klimatyzacja działa, ale w żaden sposób nie chłodzi.

• bernd (7/5): Grand hotel confortable - Grand hotel très bien situé , à 5 minutes à pied de la porte nord de la vieille ville avec le gros avantage de bénéficier d'une piscine , c'est peu le cas sur Khiva. Entrée magistrale .Les chambres sont spacieuses , bien équipées, literie impeccable. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux, de qualité et varié. Nous avons bénéficié d'un tarif privilégié booking très avantageux pour cette catégorie d'hôtel. A notre arrivée le personnel d'accueil nous a demandé de régler 3 fois le prix de notre chambre.Il a fallu l'intervention d'une seconde personne et un peu de patience pour reconnaître que leur système informatique était défectueux. Nous avons passé 3 nuits , nous n'av9ons eu plus aucun contact avec la réception, inexistante. Hotel spacieux mais impersonnel. Belle piscine mais aucun parasol , dommage car à 38o le soleil est vite insupportable donc on ne peut profiter que le soir. Le jardin est à l'abandon....dommage aussi !
• Tamas (8/5): Nice place with potential - Its walking distance from Old Town (5min to northern gate and cc 10min from more touristy areas) The pool is s big plus. You dont walk around in old town too long in 38 degrees... The rooms were nice spacious. Air con works well. Breakfast was Ok, nothing special. Value for money in case u book it on promotion (we did late booking on booking.com) The garden looks awful. No shade at all (not even the umbrellas you see on pics) they dont even cut the weed. The pool water was nice but sand is not moved out from the ground of it. The whole pool and pool area could be the competitive advantage if the place if it was finished, its a pity they dont realise this (or just dont have the money for it) They asked 30 usd for airport transfer. With others ie Islambek u can make it for 13 usd. Yandex even cheaper.

• Guest (8/5): 良いところも悪いところもあった。 - 新しい設備でしたが他に観光客が泊まっていなかったのか、会わなかっただけなのか分かりませんがとても静かでした。少しイチャンカラまで歩きます。酷暑の時期だとつらいかも。ヤンデックス使えばものの3分の距離です。周りには何も無さそうでした。 夜には気づかなかった？いなかった？？朝起きたら蟻がたくさん床にいてスーツケースの中にも！！ 何とか追い払いました。窓を開けておいたらいつのまにかほとんどいなくなりましたが見つけた時は恐怖でした。

• Rebecca (4/5): Disappointing - The hotel's location is great. It's just a short walk away from the Old City. We especially chose this hotel for the outdoor swimming pool. Despite having confirmed prior to our stay that the pool was operational, this was not the case upon arrival at the hotel. The hotel seems relatively new but already shows some signs of wear and tear. Cheap material seems to have been used for bathroom and bedroom. The mattress was far too hard.
• Ivan (10/5): Современный, чистый, комфортный, с бассейном - Современный, новый, чистый отель. Номера достаточно просторные. Сантехника хорошая. Кровати комфортные. 4 подушки (прямо как у меня дома). Кондиционер почти бесшумный. Я чувствительно сплю, но он меня не будил. Слышно как идет поток воздуха, но никакого гула или щелчков или постороннего механического шума. Как и во многих отелях во всех странах независимо от звездности иногда слышен шум из коридора. Но ночью все тихо и спокойно. Было ощущение, что отель пустой. Хотя постоянно на ресепшен днем сидели группы людей, которые делали checkout. Бассейн работает. Вода очень чистая. Ничем не пахнет. Потом не чешешься после него. Но кажется в Хиве вообще не много отелей с бассейном (если вообще такие есть), а в жару нет ничего лучше, как окунуться и немного позагорать. Персонал - супер классный!! Доброжелательные, предлагают помощь, улыбаются, милые. Все до одного: ресепшен, горничные, в ресторане. То, что отель находится не в старом городе вообще не смутило. До ворот старого города 5-7 минут пешком. Наоборот нормально иметь небольшой «буфер» между проживанием и достопримечательностями, куда можно прогуляться пешком. Тем более такой отель в старом городе стоил бы в разв дороже. В общем, это лучший отель за всю мою поездку!! Так получилось, что я застрял в Хиве из-за отсутствия билетов на самолет. Было комфортно застрять в этом отеле)))

Жаль во время нашего визита не работал бассеин, хотя было заявлено, что в этот период уже был должен. Сотрудники во всем старались помочь и были гостеприимны.

Ubicación (está a unos 400 m del centro), pero si tuviera que volver a Khiva me alojaría en un alojamiento ubicado el la zona monumental, dentro de las murallas. Nos comunicaron por WhatsApp que anulaban la reserva con 14 horas de antelación. Éramos un grupo de 12 personas. Supuesta causa de la anulació no funcionaba el sistema informático; al llegar al hotel nos registraron informáticamente. Pudimos contactar con el hotel y, finalmente, asumierpn la estancia. Todo muy confuso. En el hotel no había casi huéspedes. El peor desayuno ofrecido en hotel. Sin repostería, te daban UNA galleta previa petición. Café horroroso. Una naranja y una manzana cortada en rodajas para 12 personas. Limpieza de las habitaciones muy deficiente: retiran las toallas usadas y no las reponen. Igual con el jabón y papel higiénico. Hay que bajar a recepción a solicitarlos. No se puede pagar con tarjetas de credito. Sólo em efectivo. En fin, una elección desacertada. No volvería nunca a este establecimiento. Por supuesto, no lo recomiendo. Nos pusimos en contacto con Booking el día que el hotel nos comunicó la anulación y, a día de hoy, aún no hemos recibido ninguna notificación. Llevamos muchos años reservando a través de este mayorista y confíabamos en ellos. Nunca habíamos tenido ninguna incidencia, pero cuando la hemos tenido, BOOKING NO SOLUCIONA LOS PROBLEMAS.
