• Robert (5/5): Die Unterkunft punktet zwar mit ihrer schönen Lage nahe dem Zentrum und dem Seeblick, entsprach jedoch weder den Fotos n - Schöne Lage, nahe am Zentrum mit Blick auf den See. Die Unterkunft sieht nicht aus wie auf den Fotos. Als wir angekommen sind waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Für diesen Preis haben wir uns mehr erwartet.

• Kelly (4/5): Disappointing stay despite the good location. - The experience felt expensive for the level of comfort provided. I would not stay here again. The only positive thing is because the property is well located in the Centre of Bellagio and offers a nice view from the window. The building is old and in need of renovation, and looks quite run down. The interior is also dated with many stairs. It’s important to check the exact room when booking, as photos are mixed and may not match the room you receive. We stayed in Studio with Lake View – Via Giuseppe Garibaldi 9, which was at the top of the building and required around 40 steps, which may be difficult for some guests. Not all listed facilities were available. During two days of heavy rain, the room became very cold with no heating, making it uncomfortable and difficult to sleep or dry clothes. There were also very few power sockets. The bathroom is very small, and the shower is extremely tight. Check-in is fully self-service with no on-site support. Overall, the experience felt expensive for the level of comfort provided. I would not stay here again.

Et plus largement, des parties communes. Pas d'éclairage dans une partie des escaliers en plus d'un tapis dangereux. Pas de parking disponible.

The flat, right in the centre, offers a stunning view of the lake; is bright, spacious and in absolutely spotless condition! The mattress was a bit old, but for everything else: 5 stars! • Gina (9/5): Great for a family of 5! - Great location! By the ferry stop! Gorgeous views! The alley that leads to the apartment has an adorable appetizer/wine spot however it is open late night and you can hear people talking and laughing until about 1AM every night.

Dispone de una amplia cocina con todo lo necesario. Las camas son muy cómodas. Tiene calefacción. Las indicaciones para recoger las llaves son muy sencillas. Igual deberían mejorar las indicaciones que envían para llegar al apartamento. Nos costó un poco encontrar la entrada, porque al ser toda una zona peatonal y con muchas escaleras, google maps no es muy preciso. Una vez encontrada la entrada, las instrucciones para la recogida de las llaves y subir al apartamento son muy detalladas y completas, por lo que con un mínimo de explicación de la llegada al apartamento, sería un 10!!!
• maria (5/5): Mejor en las fotos que la realidad. - La ubicacion es buena y las vistas desde la ventana de la cocina y baño. La limpieza es buena en general. El acceso es deprimente. Una escalera sin luz , paredes desconchadas propias de una peli de terror. Subir tres plantas sin ascensor cargando con las maletas. Sin enchufes para poder cargar los dos a la vez el movil. En la tele no se puede poner un FireTV o crome cast. No hay calefaccion en el baño y la que hay es un solo split en el salon que calienta despacio. La cama incómoda. El colchon vence hacia el centro.

• Kev (3/5): Catfished - pictures look nothing like the room given. - The correspondence between the management and me was great. The view of Lake Como was beautiful. The room, though unlike the pictures, was tidy and we can see the management tried their best and we appreciate it. Look at my pictures for the real pictures of this place. The building is pretty old and the rooms are nothing like the pictures, how is catfish even possible on booking.com. Ive been to a lot of hotels and AirBnB, none was this off.

If you’re carrying luggage, I wouldn’t recommend staying here, as you have to carry it all the way from the pier to the apartment. When you arrive, you’ll notice the property feels quite old and very inconvenient. There’s no lift to the top floor, so you have to carry your luggage all the way up, which is extremely tiring.

How can an a - Nothing Looks nothing like the pictures the rating is highly inaccurate room is freezing cold maybe nice in the summer but not in early January. NO HOT WATER WTH. the worst part is literally the only reason I booked here was because I’m driving across Europe for my honeymoon thought I would be good enough just to get some rest have a shower in the morning before I leave but like I said no hot water meant that I couldn’t even do that.

El apartamento está en un tercer piso, con pasillos y escaleras muy oscuras de noche y no me lo habían avisado. La ducha no tiene donde colocar el jabón y el shampoo mientras te duchas. Hubiera sido un buen detalle que hubiera café, agua para beber y algunas galletas o caramelos al llegar.

Costo ubicarlo dado que esta en una calle perpendicular a la indicada, pero el anfitrion envio las coordenadas que nos permitieron llegar. No tiene estacionamiento

Our host did tell us it would be a difficult walk so that was up to us. The only thing we wished for would have been air conditioning in the unit as it was warm at night. We left the windows open but mosquitoes bit us.

There is no safe to store important documents. There is no plug near the bed for phone charging. There are no curtains on the window. For one night to stay, it’s okay.
• Dulcena Yen (7/5): Comfortable place to stay in - The location was right outside the ZTL zone which was near to the famous steps and the start of the walking area. Was pretty easy to get into the apartment, even though it was on the 3rd floor. There wasn't any parking given, so it was difficult to find parking nearby. The toilet was clean and the towels were fresh and nice.

• Butler (9/5): A great place to see Bellagio at its very best. - Great location and the building the apartment is in is beautiful. You do get anit of ferry noise but for my group of friends it was all part of the experience. The apartment was clean and tidy with enough ability to self cater if needed. The owner was easy to deal with, and communication was prompt. The furniture standard in the apartment was good. The views from the apartment are spectacular with three quarter length windows to chose to look from which was the main reason we chose the place and those views did not disappoint. A very memorable stay. Nothing that comes to mind that I would consider needs mentioning.

The listing is misleading, as the owners apparently have multiple locations and you are randomly allocated to one of them, which may be very different from what you expect. During our stay, the Wi-Fi did not work at all. The property we were given was located at the top of a steep hill and on the top floor of a building with no lift, which made access difficult, especially with luggage. Overall, this was a disappointing stay for us, and I would recommend steering clear of this listing.

• Aashna (6/5): Pleasant - Location quite difficult to get to if you have suitcases, you will have to climb up a lot of steps. The apartment is on the third floor, which is not conveyed earlier. On chat the owner only sends photographs of how to get there, no instructions of floor number. The apartment has no curtains on any windows, washroom also has a clear view from the outside. Washroom has no working lights. WiFi and password in the information booklet are wrong and only told later. Not a very pleasant stay. You will find better places in bellagio. There is no accommodation for a later check out or to keep bags in any place if needed.

It’s location was excellent, close to the ferry terminal and restaurants, with spectacular lake views. The host provided very clear instructions (including videos) to assist with locating both the garage and the apartment.
• Andrew (5/5): Great views and location, expected better from the apartment itself - Location was great, view from the window was lovely and bed was reasonably comfy, although it has a dip in the middle. The overall property was disappointing. There was only 1 socket that we could use for our electronics which was by the sink, there were no mirrors other than 1 in the bathroom and no curtains meaning it was very sensitive to light in the morning. The iron provided was also faulty as it leaked water.

On our check-out date, we asked if we could leave our car in the garage until noon, and the host was quick to respond and very supportive. Thank you so much! The bathroom is in the main bedroom. While it can be accessed from a small foyer, it might be a little disruptive for privacy. However, it’s manageable for a family :)

Walking distance to famous stairs and shops/ restaurants which was very convenient The property didn’t have a lift so if you are travelling with heavy and multiple suitcases this may be a challenge. The home was a little outdated, shower was very small, lights flickering, lamp didn’t work, could’ve been a little cleaner.

• Thomas (9/5): Nice private location, roomy apartment - Location was good. We arrived a little early. The keys were not in the box, which worried us, but we checked and the apartment was unlocked. Soon after the cleaner arrived and called the booking assistant. It may have been better for previous guest to return keys to lockbox rather than leaving on kitchen table with apartment unlocked.
