- Alejandra (10/5): Unforgettable - It took us a little while to complete the booking, but once it was done, Roberta was very attentive to all our requests – and trust me, my friends ask a lot of questions 😊. She was incredibly patient throughout the process. The arrival and key handover went smoothly with no issues at all. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated in light tones, and had two lovely terraces where we enjoyed spending time. We had to work from home for one day and the Wi-Fi connection worked perfectly. We also enjoyed access to the pool in the complex, which was a great bonus. We highly recommend Palau for its great connections to La Maddalena – just a 20–25 minute ferry ride, with departures every 30 minutes. Once on La Maddalena, we rented a rubber boat (gommoni) to explore the rest of the paradise-like islands, so the location turned out to be a perfect choice. The only thing we didn’t love was that there was no sea view – but we already knew that before booking. In any case, we spent most of our time outside, and the beach and harbour are just a 10-minute walk away.
