There’s a kitchen if you need, or the restaurant/cafe is so so good. Wifi is really bad, not practical if you need to work or do school stuff

- Dana (10/5): - Die schönste Bambushütte, die wir je hatten. Sehr liebevollen gestaltet. Die Lage ist großartig, die Community inspirierend, die Küche für uns ein Plus. Der Sound der Insel, egal ob Kompressoren für Tauchflaschen, Musik, Hühnergeschrei, irgendwas ist immer, aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht schlechter gemacht.
- Kate (10/5): Fantastic - Not only does the price of this stay make it a complete steal, but the people and accommodation make it even better. They are so wonderful and friendly. If you curious about eco lodge living or actively practicing ethical and sustainable tourism, this stay is amazing. I mean, it’s just a warning to those who may have never stayed in a lodge like this before, there will be insects everywhere so make sure to keep your bags shut etc if you aren’t using them.

- Naw (10/5): - It’s the only place where you can experience a cozy tribal-style stay so close to the beach. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would definitely choose this place again and again.

Comfort paper hanger close to toilet would be nice. Drop off on side of platform made for unusable space. No shelving for bags or gear. Hammocks could have been spread out so both could be used.

I was not prepared for the ground floor and the noisy fan system. I’m travelling since 6 month and now I can say that I prefer a good dorm than a poor private room.

- Lélia (9/5): - L’accueil, la propreté et son très bon emplacement! Malheureusement les établissements autour sont assez bruyant et comme le logement est fait en bamboo, aucune insonorisation.
- Ma (10/5): - I was initially skeptical before booking this hostel, despite the positive reviews, but it exceeded my expectations. I first booked one night to test it, then extended my stay by seven more nights because I liked it that much. Calling it amazing would still be an understatement. The place is run by a vegetarian hippie couple, and it feels more like a passion project than a business. Sustainability is clearly a priority, which adds to the appeal. Aside from one dorm, all huts are private, made of bamboo, and built using natural materials. You feel immersed in nature, and the location is right on the beach. There is no air conditioning, but that is not a problem since the environment is naturally cool. Mornings can even be quite cold, so a fan is more than enough. The atmosphere is very relaxed with a strong hippie vibe, and the hosts are kind and welcoming. I would come back and stay long-term for a few months. Overall, an excellent place. I usually prefer hot showers and generally dislike cold water, so I was concerned about the lack of hot water here. However, it turned out not to be an issue at all. The water is not as cold as expected, even for someone who dislikes cold showers. During the day, it actually feels refreshing, and even in the evening, it was still comfortable enough. Overall, this was not a problem.
- Ophélie (6/5): Très bon emplacement, ok pour nuits courtes - L’emplacement est parfait, face à la mer. Proche de toutes les commodités et les endroits à intérêts. Le restaurant végétarien accolé au logement est super bon et pas cher ! La hute est plutôt bien conçue avec tout le nécessaire, dont l’électricité. Une bonbonne d’eau potable est à disposition à l’accueil. Le matelas n’est pas confortable, après nos 3 nuits, nous avions mal au dos. Bien que le concept de la salle de bain soit charmant, marcher sur des coraux pour prendre sa douche ou se rendre aux toilettes n’est vraiment pas confortable. Ne pas être sensible aux bruits environnants, avec des bouchons d’oreilles ça passe. Les hutes sont fermées par des rideaux, pas de possibilité donc de fermer à clefs.

- Kira (8/5): nette kleine Glamping Hütte - Die kleine Hütte mit eigenem kleinen "Vorgarten" hat uns gut gefallen. Mann kann draußen sitzen und hat auch eine eigene Wäscheleine, das war ein großer Pluspunkt. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir immer eine süße kleine Katze zu Besuch. Die Inneneinrichtung war erwartet Basic aber ausreichend. Es gab einen Decken- und einen Standventilator. Die eine Lampe spendet etwas wenig Licht, vor allem in der Nacht. Es gibt keine Türen. Man muss ein wenig Vertrauen in andere Mitbewohner haben, dass alles Sachen noch an Ort und Stelle sind wenn man wieder kommt, das war bei uns aber kein Problem. Generell haben wir kaum jemanden gesehen. Das Hotelpersonal war am Anreisetag zwar da, danach haben wir aber niemanden mehr zu Gesicht bekommen. Das "Außenbad" hat mir besonders gut gefallen. Großer Pluspunkt, dass man sein eigenes hat. Die Küche konnte man gut benutzen. - dunkles Licht - Mückennetz hatte viele Löcher

Super leckeres Restaurant mit veganen und vegetarisch - Es waren kleine feine Hütten in ganz nah am Strand, völlig ausreichend ausgestattet mit einer Matratze, Moskitonetz, Toilette und Dusche. Kleine „Terasse“ mit Bänkchen. Einfach zauberhaft Es gibt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hätte.

Por la noche en la habitación entraban ratones y a saber qué más, menos mal que hay una mosquitera porque si no se te metían en la cama El baño daba asco, y por supuesto lleno de bichos de todo tipo ya que la pared de bambú está completamente rota y llena de humedades La cama es muy incómoda. La cocina, asquerosa, todo muy sucio y con mucho olor a basura . No lo recomiendo para nada, fuimos porq nos gustó el rollo que vimos en la fotos y al llegar allí fue toda una desilusión. Las fotos no corresponden al estado actual . Está todo sucio y medio abandonado.

I noticed holes in my mosquito net, so asked them to sew them up, pleased to say they replaced it with a new one. The shower has no roof, so if it's raining there's nowhere to keep your towel dry & the shower water is salty. I was pleased to be able to use friends shower.

- Noelia (7/5): - Es una linda experiencia alojarse en estas cabañas, el colchón era cómodo, la ubicación está muy bien. El camino que une la habitación con el baño es de arena, sería bueno que tenga algún camino de madera o algo para no tener que usar calzado ya que uno deja los zapatos/sandalias fuera de la habitación y así es difícil mantener limpia la habitación. El inodoro es extremadamente chico y no tiene tabla ni tapa ni nada. No ofrecen café ni té en la mañana pero si agua potable para beber.

- Esther (10/5): - I can definitely say that staying at Tribal Huts Community was a determinant factor that elevated my experience in Malapascua to a whole other level. JonJon and Hannah, the owners, have created such an intimate and welcoming community. As a young, solo female traveler I felt safe, super comfortable and so welcomed into a home while at the same time given my own space, with a cabin and bathroom of my own. The cabins in the nature provide such a nurturing and raw experience that really connects you to the island. Occasionally, they also hosted dinners where delicious food was prepared and we all got together and play music, they have many instruments there, and everyone is always included! I will miss being surrounded by such amazing and generous people, Gang Gang, Rowena, JonJon, Hannah you are all amazing! I have zero complains!

- Kerloc'h (9/5): - The staff was very nice. Unfortunately I was sick during my stay but they've been very kind and helpful with me. They went out of their way to help me, including the owner. The huts are very rustic, it can be a surprise when you are not used to it. But it fits with the environment and helps being more connected to the island vibe. It is also very close to the beach and Villa Potenciana which is a very good restaurant, also with very nice staff.

- INGHYLL (2/5): 비추합니다. 다른 곳이 훨씬 좋아요. - 해변이 바로 앞이라 좋긴 하지만 크게 이용하기 좋은 해변은 아닙니다. 오두막 스타일 숙소인데 한밤중에 다른 사람이 들어와서 소변을 누는 소리에 깜짝 놀라 잠을 설쳤습니다. 시설관리가 안되고 있고 바로 옆이 공용공간인데 밤새 떠들고 해변쪽 식당에서는 밤10시까지 쿵쾅거리는 음악소리에 잠을 못 잤습니다.

Uns wurde sogar ein Teil des Geldes erstattet, als wir aufgrund eines Taifuns früher abreisen mussten. We were supposed to check out by noon but our snorkeling activities didn't end until 2pm. They let us stay a bit longer so we could use the shower and clean up. They have a hangout area with hammocks if you wanna just chill. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Prime location by the sea shore, and just a few minutes walk to the public night market. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I should've stayed longer!

- Katja (10/5): Traumhaft - Traumhafte Unterkunft! Super herzlich. Es ist ein Leben in den wunderschön in traditionellen Bambushütten in Meeresnähe. Wir haben neben den vielen Hängematten die offene Küche und den allgemeinen Flair sehr genossen. Danke für diesen besonderen Ort, der schlussendlich von den Menschen geprägt ist!

- Thomas (7/5): - Une nuit agréable dans cette hutte. Le cadre est très sympa. Attention il y a des moustiques le soir, heureusement il y a une moustiquaire. Par contre je DÉCONSEILLE le service de lessive, nous avons payé 10$ pour 3kg, ce qui est extrêmement cher, et avons récupéré des vêtements tachés. Le personnel a ensuite ignoré la situation…
- Jurgita (9/5): Definetly worth the money. Very good vibe and nice people ! - It has a nice vibe. Everything is really clean. The yoga shala is amazing. There are plenty of spaces to chill - hammocks, chairs. Very close to the beach and nice restourants. Definetly try the vegetarian/vegan restaurant on the beach There are quite a lot of mosquitos in the evening/night. In the room its no problem, as there is a moquito net on the bed, but if you want to enjoy the hammocks its gonna be a bit of a challange without the spray. Also it was a bit hard to sleep in the morning as you can hear the church and also some mantras/prayers in the shala at 5am
- Mathilde (8/5): Super pour un court séjour ! - La proximité avec la plage, l’ambiance hippie, le personnel super gentil et arrangeant. L’odeur d’humidité absolument partout, y compris dans les chambres. La salle de bain pourtant privative était sale et sentait très fort l’urine.
