• Humphrey (2/5): - The Area is totally unsafe,rooms are not clean multiple older doors that are hard to open and the host those not have good customer service ,I would not advice anyone that care about safety or cleanliness to visit or book this short term rental

But it had all you need for a comfortable stay - heating, air conditioning (yes, utilized both, as the weather swung from spring to summer from day to day). Most importantly: clean and comfortable bed, hot water, and the WiFi is faster than anyone could ever utilize (I work in IT, so that was extra satisfying)I. Highly recommend for anyone who has business in New York and wants affordable but comfortable place to stay

• Jessica Sarah (10/5): - I stayed here on Friday night after seeing a show at the NJPAC cemter. It was a convenient location with an amazingly comfy bed. There was a significant hiccup with my stay where I had to stay in a different room than what I booked but the owner of the property was really nice, helpful, and took care of it for me right away. Once we got everything resolved, I had the perfect stay. I would definitely recommend this place to others if given the opportunity. Thank you!

• Shehzad (2/5): - This place was terrible. It felt unsafe, and there was no parking at all, even though they said there would be. I got a ticket for parking right outside my room because there was nowhere else to go, and the owner wouldn't help at all, saying it wasn't his problem. It was a complete waste of money and made my trip bad. Don't stay here if you want a good vacation.

• Peter (2/5): - If I could give this place 0 stars I would, let me start by saying that I did not stay at this property. I was planning on staying there after arriving late on my flight, but due to external circumstances I missed my flight. I quickly reached out to the owner, explained my situation at the time; and asked if a some compromise or refund can be given due to the unplanned situation occurring. They flat out refused and when I asked to reconsider, they stated that I shouldn't have missed my flight. When I tried to alert Expedia and have them still try to help, the owner STILL refused to cooperate. Unfriendly and rude, I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with this kind of situation as well.

• TONIA (10/5): - Seeing the outside of the property and all of the activity around the home was at first a concern for me but once I spoke to the property owner and was able to get inside, I felt so much better. He was very helpful and I felt safer once I spoke to him. Going into the home I immediately noticed the security systems which also made me feel safe. Being a former AirBNB Super host in Sunbury, PA made me cautious about a lot of properties I may visit but this one was definitely ok for the money. Despite the late-night fire truck incident down the street, For the most part it was nice and quiet, and the home was clean. The only thing I would suggest is they make wash rags and a rag for the guests to clean the tub after use. All in All, my fiancée and I had a really nice peaceful and quiet evening which is what we were looking forward to after all of the work we both do during the week. • Devin (6/5): Not Wroth The Time! - I stayed here while attending an event in New York because I was told the cost would be much cheaper than elsewhere. However, I quickly found out that wasn’t the case, and it ultimately wasn’t worth the time or effort. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I encountered problems. Upon check-in, I’d been in my room for just a few hours when the owner knocked on my door. I extended my hand for a handshake, but he ignored it. I could see he was visibly upset, apparently due to a negative review someone had left about his property. Instead of approaching me calmly with questions, he was angry and ready to ask me to leave without verifying if I was the one who had written the review. I’d barely been there long enough to leave any review. The building’s stairway was very dirty, though the room itself was relatively clean. However, amenities were lacking—there were only two dry towels provided, with no washcloths, and the bed, while decent, could have used a better cover. The temperature in the house was also uncomfortably cold, though the owner eventually provided me with a small space heater. The living room was unfurnished, so if you’re considering this place for a group stay, it’s really not ideal. It’s fine if you’re traveling alone and don’t mind sparse amenities or care much about appearance, but otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it. In the end, it just wasn’t worth the hassle.
