• Rishil (9/5): - We had a really comfortable stay. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and was beautifully maintained, making it feel very welcoming and homely. Its location was quite convenient too—within walking distance to Woolworths and several eateries, and just a quick 10-minute drive to the CBD. A special mention to Pond, who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. The only minor downside was that the neighbourhood felt a little dodgy at times, but overall, the stay itself was very pleasant and enjoyable.

• Ingrid (9/5): Highly recommend for a couple, or short stay for a family as not a lot of space if more than one kid - Loved the garage to park the car as it had a door straight in to the apartment. Also had a washer and dryer in there which meant we could fly home with mostly clean clothes (a mother's dream :-) Possibly not the best area, walked to supermarket with my 12yo daughter but then rang hubby to drive and collect us as didn't feel safe walking back in the dark. Otherwise great spot and apartment.

• Tarnya (9/5): Home away from home! - Loved how homely it felt and had all the necessities we needed like in a home. Washing machine and dryer was a bonus! Heatpump was amazing for air con. Fans in rooms were a life saver!!! Soooo hot upstairs in the rooms - even with fans it was only just bareable. Really happy there was fans though. (Family with 3 children, a 4yr old, 5yr old and 11yr old) Almost need an air con upstairs cos it was soooo hot (January-Feb)

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the extras - Had everything we needed to accommodate two adults and three children The mattresses were a little bit rough for mine and my husband’s backs but the kids loved them.

• Inspector (6/5): Pleasant - Near new property. Had everything you'd need for a med to long term stay. Easy access to local mall. Good WiFi which is essential these days. Privacy was good. Being elderly wasn't best as stairs were quite steep and would be dangerous if lost footing etc. Access to garage was challenging to be polite. We had a medium SUV which you couldn't get into garage so we left on street which weren't happy about re security.

• Sdevetter (10/5): Great place for a family, would come back again - The place was so clean and well thought out. From washing liquid in the garage for the washing machine, a drier as well, to coffee and tea available, along with some herbs and spices and cooking oil in the cupboard. Top cooking facilities and 2 bathrooms made for a really comfortable stay. The double glazed windows were the icing on the cake. Will gladly stay there when we next find our way to Christchurch For my wife and my liking, the bed was a little firm, but our boys thought it was perfect. That's just personal preference.
