- Natalya (7/5): Хороший чистый отель , стоит своих денег ; пожелания к персоналу быть более чуткими к гостям - Чисто , современные номера Приезжали группой на одну ночь 1 не работал WiFi 2 в один из номеров нужно было поставить дополнительную кровать , все уставшие с дороги , женщина себя плохо чувствовала , пришлось несколько раз напоминать о кровати и ждать больше часа

Les hôtesses en charge du petit déjeuner ne vous disent même pas bonjour ce qui dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing

- Oleksandr (3/5): Ужас. - Персонал старался. Очень вежливая девушка на рецепшне, владеющая и русским языком. Да и другие работники были искренне доброжелательны и прекрасно выполняли свою работу. Всё остальное- ужас. Отель полностью не соответствует своему статусу! Мы выбрали этот вариант жилья в связи с имиджем этой сети отелей. Если детально... справа от входа в отель, в 20 метрах свалка, где постоянно живут бомжи. В самой комнате, при заезде, туалетной бумаги был заканчивающийся моточек. В номере 706 невозможно было нормально сесть на унитаз, он шатался. При описании услуг заложен изначальный обман. Бассейн и сауна-хамам не работали, можно было бы за астономическую доп. оплату, как нам в итоге сказали, разогреть её. Спасибо-не надо. Завтрак был постоянно одним и тем же, без всякого разнообразия, на столе мы обнаружили просроченное прокисшее молоко. Маргинальный район. Отель расположен среди старых лачуг, рядом нет ни нормального кафе, ресторана, магазина. Самый плохой вариант проживания, который я когда либо получал.

Misafir karşılamadaki arkadaşlardan kahvaltı salonundaki ekibe (özellikle Tuğba Hanım) tüm çalışanlar yaptıkları işe büyük özen gösteriyor. Misafirlerin her türlü talebi ciddiyetle yanıtlanıyor. - Charbel Bou Jaoude (10/5): 5 star hotel - The stay was absolutely amazing. The room was very clean, luxurious, and beautifully designed. Housekeeping was excellent, they cleaned the room and changed the towels every day, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff were extremely professional and helpful. They assisted with our luggage and even parked the car for us, which we really appreciated. The Wi-Fi was fast and free, working perfectly throughout the stay. The location is excellent, close to the marina. The staff speak english which is a big plus compared to other hotels. Nothing.

- Noor (4/5): - The staff were very friendly and could speak English. The room was clean. The soundproofing between the bedrooms was terrible, so I couldn't sleep. Also, the room was too hot and we couldn't control the aircomditioner from our room. We asked the staff to change it, but they said if they changed it, all the rooms on our floor would have the same new temperature. The staff were very friendly, but my stay was spoilt due to lack of sleep. I would never book here again, and I would never recommend it to anyone.

- Khalil (6/5): - Хорошие чистые номера, хорошая еда! Ночной менеджер, который испортил все наше пребывание в отеле. Я привез артистов театра и кино, жили большой группой 12 человек. Меня и помощника заселил в номер с одной кроватью, когда в бронировании было указано что нужно две кровать, при просьбе сменить номер. Менеджер стал агрессивно реагировать на просьбу, и говорить, что свободных номеров с двумя кроватями нет. После того когда несколько раз сказали, что мужчины не будут спать в одной кровати, номер нашли. Дали номер для инвалидов, сказав, что это единственный свободный номер с двумя кроватями. На следующий день, вечером в 00-01 час ночи, тот же менеджер отказал в возможности сделать предзаказ на завтрак. Плохое расположение отеля, рядом всего 1 магазин BIM и больше ничего.

- ADINA (9/5): - Camera destul de mica, dar modern amenajata, curata, patul foarte confortabil, baia curata, dotata cu tot ce este nevoie. Pentru tranzit este mai mult decat suficient! Faptul ca desi multi au spus in recenzii ca este o parcare foarte mare, de fapt este in fata hotelului, iar masinile sunt parcate una in spatele celeilalte, cheile trebuind sa ramana la valet, iar daca vrei sa pleci si esti prima masina, trebuiesc mutate toate celelalte. Nu inteleg de ce nu este mentionat in descriere acest lucru, pentru ca mi se pare important.

- Samat (9/5): - Просьбы выполнялись очень быстро, что говорит о лояльности к своим клиентам. Кухня вкусная. Рессепшн великолепный SPA плохой, мастера не умеют делать массаж от слова совсем. Делают движения, которые я никогда не видел в тайском массаже, хотя я их делал очень много раз! Могут нанести травму... Карта, для пользования лифтом и открыть дверь в номер, постоянно размагничивалась, приходилось все время бегать на рессепшн, чтобы её перекодировали.

- Alcay (10/5): - I stayed at this hotel 3 times, it is definitely a wonderful hotel, very clean, especially the staff is very friendly and sociable. It is also a very clean hotel, the rooms are very clean. I arrived at the hotel early in the morning and they gave me a few extra hours without charging me. I was very satisfied, I recommend it.
