• polyravas (1/5): Stay away from this - The host was very rude to cancel the reservation that i already paid because i asked him if it was possible to check out maybe 1 hour after the checkout time which it was 10 am... Check in was after 15:00 and check out max at 10:00.... the guy didnt even answer the phone , neither the whatsapp messages.... and the funny part is that i finished my job at the embassy way earlier than 09:00. He lost a customer and he earned a bad review.

• KONSTANTINOS (8/5): Small, clean with good location - The location and the conenctions with airport and town are a strong point. The apartment is on the basement. It has a window. It is a small place but good for one person. I have stayed many times here. I can say one thing, that the host is very accommodating to make you comfortable. The price is a bit too much to be considered a good value for money. The area is safef. The price should be lowered significantly. It should not be more than 40 euros as this is a small space underground. So this is not a good value for money at the moment. There is an issue with the door of the bathroom. Seems stuck and not closing.

• angeliki (5/5): - Η διεύθυνση ήταν λάθος και ο ιδιοκτήτης δεν επικοινώνησε ποτέ στις κλήσεις και στα μηνύματα μου.Ευτυχως μας ενημέρωσαν κάποιοι γείτονες αφού είχαμε πάνω από μισή ώρα που το ψάχναμε.Επισης η πόρτα του μπάνιου δεν έκλεινε. Πολύ ακριβό χωρίς να το αξίζει

• ΑΝΑΣΤΑΣΙΑ (6/5): - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία,δίπλα στο μετρό και κεντρικα Το δωμάτιο ήταν ημιυπόγειο,είχε πολύ φασαρία λόγω περαστικών και ακουγόταν ανά 3 λεπτά το μετρό να περνάει από κάτω .Με ώρα άφιξης 16:30 (δηλαδή αρκετά μετά από το check in) το συνεργείο καθαρισμού που είχε άπλετο χρόνο να κάνει τα απαραίτητα...δεν έβαλε χαρτί τουαλέτας και αφρολουτρο.... οπότε έπρεπε να να ψάξω για σούπερ μάρκετ κοντινό να προμηθευτώ τα βασικά τα οποία τα χρειαζομουν άμεσα.Ο ιδιοκτήτης είχε όλη την καλή διάθεση να βοηθήσει αλλά δεν αρκεί αυτό εκείνη τη στιγμή που γυρνάς από όλη την κούραση της ημέρας και του ταξιδιού.

Als Geschäftsreise gebucht und Vermieter stellt trotz mehrmahliger Nachfrage und Aufforderung seitens booking.com keine Rechnung aus. Vermieter sollte gesperrt werden für Geschäftsreisen. • Konstantinos (7/5): Small but very well connected - I stayed many times - This is the apartment I chose for another time as I know the place and I am familiar. The reason I choose this place is the flexibility of the host in combination with the ideal location for easy transport to and from the airport anytime even late in the night. Furthermore, the apartment is quiet. The value for money makes sense only if the price is kept to 40 to 45 euros maximum. The reason being is that this is a small but modern apartment but also underground floor. So in terms of view or anything extra this is not an option. Still the place misses nothing and it is a far better option from a hotel room but as I said it would benefit for more amenities i.e. a free wine or something extra to justify an increase in the price. I would definitely choose this again.

• Konstantinos (7/5): Good - This is another time I stayed here and I always choose this place based on the location and its connection with the city and the airport. The place is small and should be a good value for money if kept maxium to 50 euros per night. This is because it is small but offers all things.
• Konstantinos (7/5): Very central and well connected to the airport - This apartment is nice and I stayed many times. The reason I chose to stay here is first, the location which is well connected with the airport and city center all day and night. In addition, the area is very safe opposite the USA embassy, so it could not be safer. I liked that the place is always spotless clean and I have to say that the owner is very flexible ot assist. The price, should be kept lower than a hotel room (around 50 euros maxmimum) and the reason for this is that the place is on the basement level and there is only a small window for natural light and the room is decent size. As this is not a proper apartment or house, I highly recommend it for one person, maybe two who do not want to spend much time in Athens. Overall my experiece has always been good with this apartment.

• Konstantinos (7/5): Nice place, small, quiet and easy to commute - This is the fourth time I stay in this flat and I choose this place because it is on teh best position for commuting to and from airport. The area is safe and the flat. Although this is a small apartment in the semibasement level, it is equipped to the highest standards and is better to stay here than a hotel room. The price around 50 euros would be decent as it has no balcony or view but the place offers much more. The area is secure, has always something to eat and the place itself is quiet and literally there is no noise from outside. For me the ideal is teh host who is flexible as I can check in when I have a very late flight. I will definitely visit again.

The self checkin is easy and flexible. The price should be kept low because the place is basement with window and small. Overall this is a good place to stay for a one or a couple.
