Elena Boswell (10/5): Comfortable, great location, cool on a hot day. - The apartment is located right in the centre of Pisa. The cosy, homelike atmosphere of the apartment was very nice and comfortable. Kitchen utensils were good, thoughtfully arranged. The kitchen was a joy to use. Air conditioning proved to be extremely helpful in the hot Pisa days. The apartment is lovely, atmospheric, cosy. The staff were extremely helpful and considerate when we asked for some extras - everything was supplied straight away. Thank you. The shower: perhaps it should be replaced - the handle is broken, and water just oozes from the shower. There were some hairs on the floor in the corridor and in the shower.
