Worth knowing that some rooms don't have air conditioning (no surprises, everything is clear in the description). The weather was great anyway so we didn't mind.

Elitsa (9/5): Charming house with nice people - The house is located very close to mineral pool Kotvata and opposite town's central park. It is very clean.The comunal spaces are roomy and tastefully done. The owner is polite and friendly. She even allowed me to leave my car with them after I checked out so I could spend one more day in Spareva Banya. It would be nice if there was a fridge in the room or at least on the same floor.
Nuphar (10/5): Exceptional - The owners are so nice and helpful, they picked us up at the end of a hike, helped with laundry, shared fresh fruits from their garden, offered a ride to the supermarket to get supplies - they are unreal. The place is very comfortable and clean, close to everything. The kitchen is very equipped and ready for cooking.

Albena (9/5): Superb - Just next to complex "Kotvata". Clean room with everything you need. The place is nice with beautiful garden.We stayed just for a night, but anyway I can recommend it for sure!
Akash (10/5): Highly recommend - Everything was perfect. Especially the kitchen really stood out, for how functional it was and how well it was managed. The hostess was always smiling and there for us. Further, it's 3-4 minutes walk to Kotvata Mineral Pool Center which was a blessing
Olesja (10/5): Hostel vibe - Had a nice Hostel vibe with the big shared kitchen. You have an amazing view over the mountains. There is a nice patio where you could also hang, but it was rainy when we were there. I bet you could have an amazing yoga sesh there. The room was warm and comfortable and the shower was amazing! There was also parking right across the street. No uphill complicated stuff. -

Eva (10/5): Great location, would definitely come again - The owner of the guesthouse is extremely welcoming and nice. Perfect location in a quiet area close to the town's main street and 3 minutes walking to Kotvata. We were able to park for free on the street. Beautiful yard where you can relax and use the outdoor kitchen. There's also a small shared indoor kitchen and tables where you can make a coffee or warm up some food. The quality of the bed was fine. I would definitely return on my next trip to Sapareva Banya There was a motion-activated light at the entrance of our room that was a little annoying Keep in mind that this is a guesthouse, not a hotel, and noise travels more easily between the rooms

Stephen (7/5): Good - It was easy to find and the owners are very nice people. We had booked for two nights and one of the rooms was very nice but the other was right at the top of the house so was very hot with the hot sun we have been having in Bulgaria. Fortunately the owner gave us a different room for the second night which was much nicer so we can't complain about it. We got the attic room because she was fully booked. The house is on a quiet street and there is ample free parking space directly opposite. Unfortunately because the house was fully booked on our first night we had the attic room which was less well appointed than the room our relatives had, however we were able to change for our second night.
