- Kristina (8/5): Cremona is amazing, these rooms are just OK. - These rooms are an extension of a nearby hotel placed right next to the cathedral in an historic building. The location is great, but I'm not sure it is better than just being in the actual hotel. The breakfast at the hotel was lovely with many options and the staff there were very attentive and helpful. In the guesthouse, you are mostly on your own. The rooms were clean and the wifi worked well. I didn't love the tower rooms. They were furnished in a very modern, minimalist aesthetic like the hotel and the only reference to the historic nature was in the weird skeleton key to enter the room, which was awkward to use. There wasn't a ton of soundproofing, so you can hear everything happening in the bathroom. It also overlooks the street and edge of the piazza, so you can hear everything happening in town at the same time.

Titania on the desk extremely helpful. - We stayed in the Arthotel NOT Foresteria il voltone ….we liked the fact that Tatiana, receptionist at the ArtHotel went above and beyond to help us. She organised a room in the ArtHotel on the ground floor where we were happy. The Art hotel is central and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted. We paid for parking in the hotel parking which is 30 m from the hotel. We didn’t like the fact that we could not locate the hotel from the address given and texted them and learnt that it was an annex of the ArtHotel and we would be two floors up and there was no lift. We never actually found Forsteria il voltone so have no idea what it was like…
