Bed was firm. The room was just a little tight.
• Matthew (10/5): Fantastic stay - Roko was very informative and clear with instructions to access the room, The key code check in was very smooth, Amazing location on one of the main streets in Split only a couple of minutes walk to Riva, Very clean room with modern design, Amazing black out blinds that cut out all light and noise in the night and morning, Great air conditioning, Landmark and side sea view from the room, We stayed for a week and the amount of towels and toiletries left for us was perfect, My partner can't live without an iron and Roko was so kind to go out of his way to bring us one, Welcoming beers and waters in the fridge was very appreciated, Some of the reviews for this place regarding the noise are very unfair, it is located on a loud street but the windows and shutter blinds cut out virtually all of it. We loved our stay in this place, there is not a bad thing we can say about it

Un peu de marche à pied pour rejoindre les plages. C'était parfait pour 3 nuits ! Effectivement un peu de bruit dans la rue pour les tardifs. mais nous sommes à Split ! ;-) Prévoir les boules quies.

• Martin (10/5): An amazing stay in a centrally located apartment. - The property is amazingly located and so central and within easy walking distance to all main places just a short walk from the old town and Palace. Everything was as described in the property and the apartment itself is very well decorated and comfortable. The owner sent very helpful check in information to make it a smooth process of accessing the apartment. We were slightly concerned with previous reviews about the apartment being quite noisy however this really wasn’t an issue. Yes you can hear the buzz of the street passing by when the windows are open which was actually quite nice to hear however with the windows and shutters closed at night with the air con on it drowns out a lot of noise. I would 100% stay here again if I return to Split in the future without hesitation. Thank you for an amazing stay. There really was nothing to fault.

• Orla (8/5): - The accommodation was really central to everything. The facilities were good. Strong shower, comfortable, large bed, good air conditioning. The room was on the smaller side for a couple travelling. Because the accommodation is so central, unfortunately, the noise is very loud at night time especially because there is a nightclub right outside that finishes at 4am every night with everyone gathering on the street for a singsong.

• Lizzie (9/5): Superb - We loved the property and would recommend to any friends or family. It was in a perfect location off the main strip. Lots of delicious restaurants near by. The room was spacious and very clean. It can be a bit noisy at night but the window shutter helps minimise the noise.

• Kakia (8/5): Pleasant stay! - I liked the fact that the property has the best location! It was vey very clean which is the most important thing for me. The instructions for the key was very clear and helpful and was given to me days before I arrived! The best part is the safety that the property has. You have to unlock 2 doors to get into the apartment. It was really small.. I expected it to be a bit bigger. Also I would prefer to have a small kitchen to cook. This is maybe my mistake as i didn’t think that I would need to cook before I book it, neither I checked if the apartment has a kitchen. I like to eat healthy and the food choices in Split didn’t full-fill my eating preferences. Also, the restaurant prices were very high and didn’t reflect the quality of what was offered.. so be prepared to cook if you are like me🙂
• Maria (7/5): Comfort meets chaos: Lovely stay by day, Loud by night - The apartment was extremely clean and smelled amazing. It looked just like the photos. The sheets and bed were super comfortable. It’s close to Diocletian’s Palace and other main facilities. Parking is nearby and very easy to access, which made everything even more convenient. The apartment is a good size: comfortable and not too small. Roko was very welcoming and provided clear instructions for a smooth check-in and check-out. He was also very responsive and helped with any questions we had during our stay. Now the hardest bad review I’ve ever written… The apartment and host are truly amazing but the apartment has a huge problem: city noise. Although it’s located on a walking street, there’s a bar and a nightclub directly in front of it. In the morning, the noise is subtle with the windows closed. But at night, it becomes unbearable. You’ll hear live music, karaoke, and people yelling in the street all night long. The bar hosts live music and karaoke a few days a week until 1 AM. The nightclub stays open until 4 AM every night. So, unless you’re an extremely heavy sleeper, you’ll likely be awake most of the night, and feel exhausted the next day. Unfortunately, that was our experience. However, if you’re a night owl who enjoys staying out and partying late, this could actually be the perfect location for you.

The host was really helpful and I loved the fact that he left a few pages with recommendations in the room, such as restaurants to try or day trips to take. We found these very useful! As expected from a main street, there was a bit of noise from the outside, but I found earplugs worked like a charm. I'm a light sleeper and slept very well during our stay!

Room looks brand new as does the bathroom. The bed is sooooo comfortable . Would return. Overnight parking is expensive- the parking lot doesn't have a daily rate, only an hourly rate , so 2 days ended by being a lot!

• Karla (10/5): Exceptional - The place is perfectly located a just a couple of meter away from the Promenade and in the center where all the restaurant were. The room was absolutely comfortable. Even if the street is noisy, once you close the window the room is completely quiet. The host was really helpful and very friendly. I will for sure pick the same place if I come back to split away.

• Lewis (9/5): Clean, Comfy, Central Room - Comfortable, spacious room in the centre of Split, without being too expensive. The location allowed us to walk out and into Split in moments. There were some nice touches in this room. The beds were very plush, the window shutter blocked all light, and the bathroom was clean and practical. There isnt anything in particular, but there are not enough hooks to hang sweaty clothes or wet towels on. This would be good to see. Alternatively a drying rack.

Really tidy and clean, wardrobe and even space to open up both suitcases. Thought it might be noisy but the double gazed windows are fabulous. Shower is a little annoying as it floods floor in front of sink and bed sheets weren’t big enough so slipped off the corners but otherwise it was great.

In such a central location which is great to access split centre but struggled to sleep on the first night due to loud music / noise from another apartment or one of the local bars, not sure exactly where it was coming from.

• Gabbe (9/5): perfect room, very central - The room was perfect, even better than pictured - loads of space, clean, lovely decor, the owner was helpful and responded very quickly when we messaged. very centrally located, easy to access with clear directions and walkable from the bus / ferry. the bed was rather soft for us, but that’s preference, could be perfect for someone else. situated on a very busy street so you can hear the noise from outside, but the windows are double glazed which cut out a lot of it.

I loved the style of the interior it felt so cosy. Roko, the host, even helped me to carry my heavy suitcase in the second floor.

• Zdravko (10/5): Perfect place in the heart of Split - Fantastic location in the heart of Split on the main pedestrian street and 5 minutes away from Diocletian's Palace. The room was spacious and recently renovated. Both the room and bathroom are well-equipped and very nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. We really appreciated the complimentary mineral water in the fridge! The AC is new and kept the temperature in the room perfect. Roko greeted us and even helped us with our heavy suitcase up the stairs. All in all, we really felt at home in Split! If you're a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs as the street can get a bit noisy sometimes because of the central location.
