- Claire (8/5): Very good - It was very cosy- nice place for romantic stay It was quite cold- the fire place is fake

- Sue (9/5): Superb -
- Morrison (7/5): Great little spot for a short stay, had everything you needed with only minor downfalls - Very cute little place for a quick stay, the bed was super comfortable, the views were lovely and the pet kitty we found asleep on the little balcony was the cutest surprise The window in the bathroom was left open with no fly screen (it was a hot day) so although we were thankful for some air into the room it let in quite a few bugs, I woke up a few times to mosquitos flying around my head and got a couple of bites throughout the night and the pillows were quite hard
- Nathan (10/5): Perfect cozy Getaway in the lush greenery of Monbulk - Location was beautiful, privacy was excellent, super easy to deal with! Just a shame I could only stay one night :)
- Suzanne (9/5): Lovely stay overall would recommend - Beautiful surrounds and we were pleasantly surprised how nice it was styled with nice touches.
Lovely cat Outdoor area outstide our bedroom, needed some love
- Rebecca (7/5): nice place, minimal privacy. - the set up was nice, layout was good. shower and bathroom was nice. view was beautiful, host was good to communicate. No privacy, no curtins or blinds in living area and bedroom with full glass windows, main house was within 3metres, minimal heating on a cold month itd be ridiculously cold. No TV yes its not advertised but seemed weird not to have one these days.
- Jane (8/5): Comfortable, lovely views, pleasant and helpful hosts, - It was close to the functions we were attending. The dogs were happy with the surrounds. The bed had an electric blanket! There was a coffee pod machine so we could have coffee without going out. The heater was most effective. The shower was great. The view was lovely from both the lounge and the bedroom. It was a very wet day, the path to the unit was awash, and the dogs got rather wet.
- Irene (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rachael (8/5): Very good -
- Irene (8/5): Very good -
- Nic (8/5): Very good - We absolutely loved looking out the large windows with a magical view of the garden, watching the rain as we got ready for a family's special celebration.
It was a cosy, comfortable space, perfect for a mini-getaway.
- Deborah (7/5): It served my purpose. - The view out of the window is amazing.
The host is amazing.
It was very zen and peaceful. It was in a very difficult location, although it’s near to the Nathania reception.
There wasn’t any television in the room.
There were plenty of insects, everywhere.
- Rebolledo (9/5): Great experience, I’d recommend the place - Good location and all went well We missed a tv, but maybe is a good thing
- Susan (8/5): It was nice - There were no curtains on the windows
- Kevin (6/5): Pleasant -
- Natalie (4/5): Disappointing - Garden view was nice. There was several things that were not what I expected. No shower products - eg. Shampoo/conditioner. One roll of toilet paper only, 2 coffee pods for 2 people all weekend. Heating not sufficient for cottage, would not like to be there in winter. It was not very clean either, particularly the bathroom wall & floor tiles.. no curtains on bedroom windows, but picture shows there is..
no outdoor light working outside of cottage & with rain was abit slippery. would not stay there again..
- Melinda (7/5): Just perfect for a night away! - The view to the garden is lovely and it was cosy and homely. It was great to walk to the pub for dinner. I thought from the photo that it had a log fire. The electric one was good up look at but not very efficient.
- Jason-lou (8/5): Very good - The cottage was very cute with a lot of charm beautiful scenery to wake up to very peaceful 🕉️
- James (10/5): Very cosy and pleasant - Very cosy, welcoming and pleasant view from room. Drive way is a little tight go get around in but was still manageable.
- Paul (1/5): A waste of money - The location We received a messaging saying the key was on the breakfast bar. We had to park near the main house and pass the cars in the driveway. The message said the heater was on.although this was true, it was a fake flame heater which wouldn't warm up a toilet cubicle, the place was freezing.
The advertisement stated it was an apartment but this was barely a bungalow. It was not clean with cobwebs and just a general run down look. There is no TV.
The cupboards are covered with curtains which also cover a pipe and a hole in the wall. There are no curtains on the windows so no privacy if someone walked in the garden.
When we messaged the owner stating we were leaving because we were cold and the lack of TV the owner just stated if we wanted a TV we should have read the ad.
We knocked on the door to the main house to talk to someone about maybe getting another heater but there was no response.
Our messages to Jack were not responded to apart from the TV comment. $170 for a cold bungalow and a huge lack of service. For the price we could spend the night in the city in a warm motel
- Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mosfeka (1/5): Bad -
- Buchanan (5/5): disappointing - Great setting, and close to town.
Jack was really nice to deal with in regard to checking in! The place was very dirty. Cobwebs everywhere, microwave was disgusting looked like it hadn't been cleaned in about a year, the oil left for use had stuff floating in it, cloudy and thick. No basic amenities left that normal stays have (tea and coffee) although I probably wouldn't have used have due to cleanliness of cups/ glasses. Stove was not great to use. For the price it was very disappointing in regard to value for money. The glass walls were lovely but could use curtains to keep the place a little more private and warmer. The heater was useless, didn't heat the place up at all. The one good thing was the heated blankets in the bed. No TV, radio, nothing!
Probably would stay again or recommend, sorry but for the price it just doesn't match other properties. Everything just needs a GOOD CLEAN!
- Kayley (9/5): Superb - Convenient location, and easy check in. Super cosy, very comfortable, you are right in the dandenongs.
Really have everything you need for a romantic getaway not too far from home. It was exactly what we needed.
- Sumit (10/5): One the best in that region. - The property was very cosy, clean and beautiful.best for couple stay and it’s affordable.
- Tijana (9/5): Superb - Easy to locate, friendly host, privacy and seclusion! Amazing night away from the city
- Parr (9/5): Comfortable and warm cottage in a great location. - The location was great and the cottage was comfortable and warm. It was clean and the view was lovely.
An extra bonus was that the owner turned on the heater and electric blankets prior to our arrival so that we would be warm and comfortable when we arrived. Loved it!
