Sawan (1/5): Waste of money. - Nothing I like ... It's a waste of money. All the things, the rooms were damped. Unclean does not look like the photos that were uploaded online. Shower not working No water Kittle No hot water No toiletries I suggest to you all guys please don't visit this hotel.

Puja Tamang (1/5): I don't recommend this hotel - I went with my partner and we stay for 2nights....thought it was nice but in reality they are unprofessional,service was too late but food is good and they called us again n again until we pick up the call just to take order dinner at 7o clock ...like it doesn't make sense..and lastly room was very dirty ..I'm not recommended this hotel Service and the room was really dirty

Sonjoy (5/5): Horrible Experience - The behaviour of the female manager and 2 of the waiters who were really courteous and helpful. The male manager was too rude and does not have any courtesy. I paid the room tariff while checking in. I had food and a bottle of water in the evening which I was told to be paid altogether while checking out. My chk out time was 11 am and for only Rs. 278/- I was being disturbed since morning just after I was served with the breakfast. The tap water was always dirty full of mud and whenever complained I was told ki "tanki saaj ho raha hain".
Dr. (7/5): Small room but overall a great stay. - Location was good. The staff were well mannered and helpful. The price is a bit high. Rooms are small.

Denish (7/5): Its a good stay, hotel needs more improvement. - Location is good, its peaceful. Elevator was additional bonus for a 3 storeyed house. Staffs were helpful. Location of toilet pan in the toilet was so inconvenient. Almari wasnt that clean, but it was ok for me. Air conditioning worked like a cooler. Whatever the temperature u set, it feels the same, even 31 degrees and 16 felt same.

Manager did not try to amend the fact that the photos of the room online are not the same as rhe room they give. Will ask for double the rate to stay in the room that you book. Not honest or good customer service.

My room was not clean. Bedsheet and blanket were not properly cleaned and their staff's behaiver is not well. In my openion plz don't stay there.

At night there was some weird knocking on the window. The charging points weren't working properly. Overall it wasn't value for money. Not satisfied at all.

Rohan (8/5): Great value for money and awesome staff. - Extremely helpful staff, thanks so much Pradip Da and Anik Da! The location was great too right near Siliguri Jn, charges were extremely fair and everything was hassle free. Rooms could have been cleaner, and aired out more often because it felt a little musty until we opened the windows. The bathrooms were clean, but they smelled a bit funny maybe because of the cleaning solution.

I will recommend people to stay in this Hotel. It is centrally located. Railway and Bus Terminus is at a walking distance.
