• Anne (7/5): Good location, fairly basic appartment - Very close to the station and little food shops. There was building work while we were there so couldn't use the balcony and so nowhere to hang washing, which I'd planned to do. There was a laundrette nearby.
• Sandra (7/5): Besides the works going one the staff were gracious and made sure we were happy without much following up. - Location was close enough to the city centre but far away enough to be quiet at night The building works around the building that meant we did not have access to the balcony and the views
• Jéssica (1/5): Terrible - Very good location Very dirty, it literally had plants growing from the pipes in the kitchen sink. Mould in the wall. AND WE FOUND A USED CONDOM IN THE LAMP IN THE BEDROOM. Avoid! It was advertised as with a view but completely obstructed with scaffolding. That was not communicated previously. We communicated the issues with the person responsible and she ignore them. They did come and removed the condom, but that was it.
• Daniel (7/5): Un kuvar como y muy buena ubicacion. - Muy buena ubicacion y asitencia del personal. Siguen trabajando en los balcones generando ruidos y obstaculizando la hermosa vista que tendria. Y que creo que aun se ve reflejada en su costo.
• WEITZEL (7/5): Não vale o preço - Localização perfeita, perto da estação de trem e de restaurantes deliciosos Me senti insegura. O prédio sempre ficava com a porta aberta então qualquer pessoa podia entrar. Além disso, o apartamento fica dentro de outro apartamento então outros hospedes tem a chave do apartamento principal. Infelizmente um deles era bem incoveninete, além de fumar no corredor deixava também a porta principal do apartamento aberta. O predio estava em obras e um dia me deparei um com pedreiro da obra na sacada do apartamento. Não tivemos aviso algum sobre a obra antes de chegar e muito menos não foi avisado que os pedreiros tinham acesso às varandas dos apartamentos. Novamente, foi um sentimento de insegurança constante.

• Rodrigo (4/5): Ubicación buena, no muy limpio. - La ubicación está bien, pero la entrada un poco complicada. El edificio estaba en obras y nos advirtieron después de reservarlo, y nos dieron la posibilidad de cancelarlo, pero no teníamos tiempo de encontrar algo por un precio similar ya que fue próximo a la fecha de llegada. Pusieron unos pingüinos de aire acondicionado, con motivo de las obras y a pesar de que funcionaban, hacían mucho ruido. El apartamento no estaba con un grado de limpieza óptimo, y no digo por las obras, que eso podría ser comprensible, sino más por el baño, las toallas etc…

• Jade (1/5): Not worth the price. - We had no balcony due to renovations even though we paid more for a balcony. Found a bug in our bed, bathroom had a sewage smell. Not enough toilet paper. Insufficient kitchen equipment. Air conditioning was extremely noisy. No clothes line. Towels were very worn. Power socket was dangerous and would pop out. Overall would recommend other places.

• Sarah (8/5): Well located clean apartment, some small basic items being fixed and provided would really improve stay. - It was in an excellent location close to the train station and walking distance into the town. Shops close by. The property was clean and safe. Check in was easy and no issues. Some basic upgrades could be completed at little cost to improve the experience of guests. Tea and coffee making facilities were advertised but there was no kettle. We advised this to the person who checked us in who said they would pass on the message. The shower head does not stay up on its own and needs to be fixed, along with the toilet which does not flush great. Some additional tableware could be provided.

• Wendy (7/5): We felt this accommodation needed some attention to cleanlines and basic needs of the clients - The location and view is terrific. We had a bit of trouble locating the apartment and were not able to speak with the person meeting us. When I messaged the accommodation through booking.com the response was quick and our problem solved. We were not happy with the cleanliness of the apartment. At first glance it appeared clean. But there was significant mold in the shower, the floor was not clean. The kitchen was only surfaced clean. There was built up grime around the sink, in the cutlery drawer and on the dishes.

• Stephen (4/5): Dirty and unprofessional staffs - Location I have waited more than 40 minutes outside apartment but no call back and message back from office and check in staff until her arrival. They said there would be cleaning service every 2nd days but not happened until complaint. Full of dust in the room corner by corner. Full of mold and scale on shower head, Bidet tap and washing machines. . It supposed the owner never cleaned the apartment since installed. The kitchen sink and bathroom sink were grimy with stain and scale. We were bitten by bug several times and found a disgusting bug crawling near the bed The apartment appears to have been divided from a larger unit into multiple leased spaces, compromising privacy due to thin walls and poor sound insulation. We could hear conversations from adjacent units clearly, and very loud noises occurred every time water was used. Request on the tax receipt, no react. They treat guests as transient visitors rather than valuing lasting relationships, as evidenced by the unsanitary conditions. Previous reviews by other guests have noted similar issues regarding cleanliness and receipt provision. It is apparent that this apartment has not taken these concerns seriously.

• Viktória (10/5): Great flat, near to the city center and to the train station. - Great location, well-equipped, comfortable, perfect for this price. No such thing, everything was great.
• Vanessa (8/5): Very good - Good apartment overall. Clean. Quick and easy to communicate with property manager. If there’s an issue, just text her and she gets it resolved right away. AC works well. Good location - close to many cafes, shops and places. It was just hard to find at the beginning. We had to ask a cafe owner for help. Elevator/lift works. The pillows - one was very flat. The other was extremely bumpy. The toilet doesn’t have good pressure so it’s difficult for toilet paper to go down. I had to take it out with my hand and put it in the garbage instead

• Jon-paul (5/5): Lovely town but accommodation could be better with attention to cleanliness. - Good location and close to centre of town, bus and train station. Comfortable and clean bedroom with clean fresh linen. Lovely meet and greet by host. Sorrento township is beautiful. Cleaning of apartment needs serious attention to get better reviews! No plug in sink to do dishes, kitchen very dirty and not cleaned properly with marks on benches, cutlery, fridge, microwave (food splatter inside), no tea towel for drying dishes. We couldn’t even clean up like we like to do before leaving. One pot had calcium deposit build up. Bathroom was similar state - no handwash (kitchen or bathroom), and surfaces inc soap holder were very dirty. Just had an unclean feel - and hope that fix this for future guests and reviews. Lift also not working on day of departure so 5 story descent with suitcases. Out of 9 stays through Italy…this would rate at the bottom unfortunately.
• Eleonora (7/5): Overall nice - The location was perfect and the view from the terrace was breathtaking, the host was very responsive and kind, she also let us store our luggage couple hours after the check out The bathroom unfortunately wasn’t clean enough, and the shower has a big step (which made me fall exiting) , and one of the towels had a blood stain (so obviously we didn’t use it)
• Rena (9/5): Great location and very nice apartment. - Very comfortably close to the train station where we went everyday for day trips. Nice clean apartment with balcony and views. Close to restaurants and markets. Street noise at night. But you can resolve with the well insulated windows and air conditioning if necessary. Could use a kitchen towel.
• Tara (7/5): Good - The owner met us at the apartment as soon as we got off the train to show us into the apartment and explain how the lift & keys worked. This was really helpful and made the start of our stay as smooth as possible. The location of the apartment is excellent, only a 5 minute walk from the main train station and closest bus stop, and after a 10/15 minute walk you are in the main centre of Sorrento. We made use of the washing machine and the cooking facilities, the bed was comfy and the shower was hot and powerful. The bedroom didn't have proper curtains, just a small sheet of linen that didn't cover the whole window. This meant that the bedroom lacked privacy - there are other apartment windows opposite. This also let lots of light into the room first thing in the morning. The kitchen facilities could be improved by providing chopping boards & some oil to cook with would be a bonus. The walls in the apartment were also very thin, our bedroom must have been joined onto next doors bathroom so we could hear when they flushed the toilet and had a shower, which was quite noisy - definitely pack ear plugs if you don't want to be woken up by this.

• Francesca (10/5): Beautiful! - We loved the bedroom it was very comfortable. The balcony was very pretty overlooking the coast. The bathroom has a strong sulphur smell when we arrived which didn’t disappear even with the window open.
